Nice clean, hotel, friendly staff. A nice breakfast was included. Their pool was not available either day, which was really disappointing after a long drive. We come to area regularly so will give them another try!

The staff were all nice. The breakfast stayed stocked and hot. The pool was a nice cool temperature. The only real disappointment was the fact that the housekeeping forgot to clean the mirror, vaccuum the floor, and there was food leftover in the fridge from the last guest.

My family and I traveled to Danville Illinois for my Son’s wedding. Overall we were very pleased with our rooms and the amenities Townplace Suites had to offer. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices to choose from. The only thing we didn’t care for which is not the fault of the hotel are the two marijuana dispensaries nearby. It would have been better if there were restaurants nearby instead.

My family and I traveled to Danville Illinois for my Son’s wedding. Overall we were very pleased with our rooms and the amenities Townplace Suites had to offer. The room was not cleaned properly. Crumbs on floor. Spots on carpet. Spots on couch. The plastic molding on the wall, close to floor was off the wall and laying on the bathroom floor. House keeping wasn’t performed during the stay and no fresh towels were brought to the room. Neighbors were extremely loud. The front desk staff was rude on night 2.

It was I few miner things that could be improved. The tussie rake was broken, the walls was a little dirty looks like someone had wasted something on them. And if we need a small vacuum we can get to it to keep the carpet clean. And thing else me and the kids had a great time there and will be coming back. Thank you

Room was clean, bed was super comfy, and temp in room was easily adjusted. I did not give 5 stars due to noise. The door of bathroom and door on rooms were all old/so loud and we could hear others talking and coming in and going even though we werent around common areas .....but otherwise fantastic stay!

We stayed here because we were visiting for a celebration in Georgetown and have stayed at this location before. The hotel is very clean and affordable. Our suite had everything you could possibly need and everything was in working order. We will definitely stay here again when in the area

It was a very nice and clean room. The only issue was the noise the fan/furnace made at night. I like to have a soft fan type noise, but the one in my room squealed.

Stayed overnight on our trip to visit relatives. Our room was very nice. Unfortunately it wasn’t as quiet as we expected. Too much noise from the hallway. We were awakened around 4 in the morning with what sounded like someone stomping overhead. We headed to breakfast before 8 only to find almost nothing left so cannot comment on it. There was a small spoonful of scrambled eggs and what was probably sausage gravy but no biscuits. Our timing wasn’t good and we needed to get on the road.

We stay at this property every year for a speed skating event. This year the thermostat in the room made it a challenge to get the temperature of the room to a comfortable level. Otherwise we love this property.

Even though there were other rooms available, I could not move because it was an 'Expedia' booking. Expedia's rate was the same as if I had booked directly with the hotel, which was disappointing. Breakfast offered is terrible!

The first room I stayed in had no hot water in the shower, and the bathroom lost power. The front desk was quick to offer me another room, the repairman was cordial and explained carefully the settings on the power panels in the room. This hotel continues to employ regular, kind people. Even with an unexpected problem, I can confidently recommend it.

We booked a king suite with a sofa bed. When we checked in, the room we were given had a queen bed. When we went to rhe desk to clear it up, there was a sign that someone would be back soon. After they came back, they moved us to a new room. That room didnt have any linens for the sofa bed, or enough towels for the 3 people we reserved for. It all got worked out, but it was too much hassle for something that should have been easy. They blamed it on the fact that we booked thru Expedia, rather than directly with them.

There was a small spoonful of scrambled eggs and what was probably sausage gravy but no biscuits. Our timing wasn’t good and we needed to get on the road.

Stayed overnight on our trip to visit relatives. Our room was very nice. Unfortunately it wasn’t as quiet as we expected. Too much noise from the hallway. We were awakened around 4 in the morning with what sounded like someone stomping overhead. We headed to breakfast before 8 only to find almost nothing left so cannot comment on it. My family and I traveled to Danville Illinois for my Son’s wedding. Overall we were very pleased with our rooms and the amenities Townplace Suites had to offer. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices to choose from. The only thing we didn’t care for which is not the fault of the hotel are the two marijuana dispensaries nearby. It would have been better if there were restaurants nearby instead.

Average hotel. Food is mediocre compared to many of the hotels we have stayed at. We chose this place because it was very close to family we were visiting.

Nice facility, a bit off the highway but east to find, clean and comfortable, fitness area good and pool clean (needs a clock), breakfast very tasty and complete, staff friendly.

My experience at this hotel was unacceptable from check-in through checkout. The first room had a foul odor and was extremely unsanitary. There was hair in the shower, sink, and on the floor; the mirror was filthy; dirty laundry was left in the closet; and there appeared to be dried mucus or another substance on the bathroom door. The bed was also only partially made. I was moved to a second room, but unfortunately, it was in similar condition. The bed again appeared partially made, and I was so uncomfortable with the cleanliness that I did not feel comfortable sleeping under the covers. Most concerning, the employee who inspected the first room acknowledged that it was disgusting and stated that staff had made a “mad dash” to clean it before my arrival and that the sheets may not have been washed or changed. I also called the front desk multiple times with no answer. After approximately 45 minutes, I called again for an additional blanket and was told I had to come downstairs to get it myself. At checkout, there was also an issue with the card on file, and I was refused a receipt and directed to Expedia. Given the condition of both rooms, sanitation concerns, poor service, and billing issues, I am requesting a full refund or substantial compensation for this stay.

Support staff was not available to fix the TV which didn't work. Luckily my son was able to fix it. The tissues in the bathroom were never replaced, only the towels. The room was not vacuumed. We stayed 4 nights, and only had the room serviced once. Wish vacuuming would have been done.
