Cons: The room was pretty dingy. The closet doors were off their track and on an angle. The overall room was pretty banged up. There was dog hair on the carpeting. The stairwells were pretty disgusting and dirty old carpeting. The hot tub was broken and was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Pros: The free breakfast was nice. There are tons of dining options in the area.

Upon arrival, the front desk lady was so generous and attentive to our questions. I have stayed at this hotel many times, and the last two times the tub was not working, so I asked if it was working this time. I give her an excellent rating for customer service. The housekeeping staff is amazing and hardworking, and the amenities are wonderful. Maintenance was also very attentive and helped us with our TV, which we truly appreciated. The only problem with my stay was on Saturday when we went to enjoy the pool area and hot tub. Unfortunately, there was a huge crowd from a party outside, and people who were not staying at the hotel welcomed themselves into the pool and hot tub area. There were no adults watching the kids. The children were running around wildly, using water guns, and spraying other people and kids around them. The kids were entering through the emergency entrance, which was strange because the alarm never sounded. They were able to come in and out through the pool and the back wing without a key card. Cars were also parked by the basketball court, and it was clear they were visitors who were not staying at the hotel. After that experience, we gave up on using the amenities because the area remained chaotic until the day we departed.
