We loved our stay! It was a terrific vacation, added by the beautiful surroundings of our accommodations, inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with dish ware and cookware. The beds were comfortable and the living area was spacious. The back patio was the highlight of the stay as it was wonderful waking up to such beautiful views. The location to the pool was wonderful and the pool was enjoyable- including the grills on the premises. Also, the property management team was amazing- we had a small issue with a leak in the kitchen sink and they had someone out within ten minutes of us calling them (and repaired in 20 minutes). They are very accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at the Kapalua Condo for New Years. The unit was great, amazing views, stocked with everything that we needed and was easy to get around Kapalua - lots of great walking options. They did guarantee that each member would have their own beach chair, however we were short one in the unit. Also some of the drains, drained a bit slow. No issue was enough to report and our stay wasn't that long, but the host was very communicative. Great overall experience. Something to note, right before we arrived, Kapalua stopped doing their free shuttle service and getting ubers was very difficult while we were there. The free shuttle was a main reason we chose the Kapalua area. Upon departure, we all discussed that we would stay in the unit again.

We have stayed at the bay, ridge and golf villas for the last fifteen years or so. This unit is now our favorite. Nicely remodeled, great views, and small touches from the hosts that make the stay even easier and more convenient, like the beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas. Super clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful condo with plenty of room for us to spread out. We opened the lanai doors in the morning and evening to soak up the incredible ocean breeze. The included beach chairs and cooler were so thoughtful and greatly appreciated! The view of the beautifully maintained grounds and ocean just beyond was enjoyed every morning. With a local beach and fully stocked convenience store close by, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be returning!

Nice condo and location, great snorkeling close by. We also enjoyed the pool and grill area. Unfortunately, the Plantation and Bay golf courses were shut down due to drought just before we arrived. Look forward to a future stay when the golf courses reopen and the whales are migrating.

We had the best, most amazing stay in Maui EVER! This condo is gorgeous with stunning ocean views from every room and lanai. The decor was fresh with really nice furniture and all the comforts of home including a large soaking tub. There are really nice beaches close by and great walking trails without the large crowds like other popular tourist destinations on the island. The place was clean and quiet and it was so nice to stay at a place with a good AC unit. To top it off it’s all one level and only a few steps away from the carport so no hauling luggage up and down stairs. The check-in was easy, no keys and we received texts to make sure we had everything we needed. This place is great, located right across from the Ritz and the Bay golf course. We will definitely be back and are looking forward to another relaxing and restorative vacation here.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo. Plenty of space with two bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and beautiful and beautiful views of the ocean. Very close to the pool so walking down to the pool was a breeze. The entire property is very well kept. The kitchen in the condo is excellent, but there are also two very nice and well maintained grills by the pool. The location is excellent, with golf and beaches within walking distance, and the wonderful Honolua store that was amazing - wonderful breakfast and lunch served there, along with several other key items (a great little market!). We had a small issue with a tub being clogged and it was fixed immediately. Excellent check in process and excellent communication from the time we booked to the time we left. Great supply of towels and soap and other essentials. And the washer and dryer in the condo worked extremely well!! While most of your time will likely be out and about exploring Maui, the down time and rest and relaxation will be perfect at this villa. It’s a great respite from the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts. Thank you for a wonderful stay on our dream vacation!

We had an amazing time at this rental. It was conveniently located minutes away from the beach, Ritz, Montage, Merriman's and more. This unit's view was incredible and we loved waking up to see the ocean from the primary bedroom every morning. The free shuttle to take you around the resort was the best part. It ran daily from morning to night with different hours depending upon the day (they can let you know when you call). The wait time was always under 10 minutes and the team of drivers were all incredible. Thanks again to Cimi and the team - we can't wait to stay here again.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay in your condo! Our Christmas vacation with our daughters (22 and 25) was better than anything we could have imagined! The beds were SOOOO comfortable - the bathrooms in the words of our daughter - were like a ZEN spa!! The condo was SOOOO clean and had everything we needed and MORE!!! The walk to the pool or beach had amazing views and the quiet surroundings made for the recharge we needed! This unit is one you never ever want to leave! Thank you for the most wonderful stay we have EVER had at any rental!! Love this place!!

Communication with Quam was fantastic, and the starter pack of products was very helpful. We loved this property and close access to the Ritz Carlton store and restaurants. Napili beach was great as well. We look forward to staying at this villa again!

The amenities were wonderful, and the view was incredible. The roaches and mosquitos were an issue that must be taken care of.

The condo was clean, property grounds were spotless. Condo needs some updating, carpet, couch but everything was clean and I’m particular. An amazing stay. Thank you to the owner. My favorite place was the lanai with the beautiful furniture and views. The beach was stunning just a hike going uphill. Highly recommend this condo.

What a wonderful condo in our favorite Kapalua area. We have stayed in Kapalua many times and this was the best location and condo by far. It was extremely spacious, well decorated/appointed, updated beautifully, and felt homey. The view is spectacular from the lanai and bedrooms and we enjoyed having multiple bathrooms. While the layout is funky, it feels like two separate wings which is great for a family or two couples. Highly recommend for the price and space

Unit was spacious, well furnished, clean, and had amazing views from every room. Each bedroom had an outdoor seating area, which was a bonus. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and large TV’s in each room were great. Would definitely stay there again.

Cannot stress enough how gorgeous the views are from the balconies. Ocean, mountains, islands, rainbows and beautiful landscaping. We love this development for the lushness and beautiful walk to the shops. It’s quite a large condo with bedrooms separated for privacy. ACs work great if needed and with 3 showers and bathrooms- nobody was fighting for room. Kitchen is well equipped and updated. The rest of the condo is a bit dated (older carpet and some of the doors need a bit of attention- nothing major), but love the retro Hawaiian style and tile in the age of gray decorating. Easy to walk anywhere and since it sits on the ridge, the views are stunning walking down to the highway. We purposefully pick this area to get that experience. Very easy check in. We love Kapalua because it’s gorgeous, not touristy like Ka’anapali and cooler than Wailea in the summer. Cannot wait to come back and enjoy Merrimans, The Honolua Store, The Gazebo, Miso Phat and all the walking paths going up the mountain and The Kapalua Trail.

There was a lot of thoughtful extras in this property such as coffee, tea, pineapple, robes, bath products and beach toys. Loved our stay here! Quiet location, beautiful view and lots of space.

We had been looking forward to our Maui vacation for quite some time. On day 3 (of 8) our power just went off around noon. We thought it was an outage and just went about our day not thinking much of it. Upon return the power was still out, yet everyone around us had power. We called the number and then was told maintenance was coming and that was that. Maintenance has zero idea what to do and it became a blame game right away. “The person with the key needs to open the panel they are unreachable “ Then nothing . No instructions, help, solutions. We call the emergency line and a man that was clearly annoyed we were bothering him said the power would be restored tomorrow and can we make do without power for the night. We have 2 small children and no desire to “make do” on our vacation . So, exasperated emergency man sends us to another condo. We take some belongings over there and leave the rest behind. The following day comes and it was silent at condo #1. Not one person came by to fix the electricity, Yet, no phone calls , instructions, apologies once again. We called to inquire what we do now. Apparently the power will be back the NEXT day now. Somehow this has clearly become our problem and we had to seek out any instructions from the management company. Next day, electricity man arrived and fixed the problem while we were out for the day. We return to get our things from condo #2 to take back to condo #1. We are locked out. Call exasperated emergency line man and are told we will receive a code good for one hour only to get our things out. Again, we feel like this is our fault: Eventually, we get things back in power outage condo. However, the whole situation was handled so poorly I will never be back. Who needs this kind of treatment on a trip you were really looking forward to? Things happen, but an ounce of empathy would have gone a long way here.

Was pretty much as listed. No real issues. The staff was responsive. The layout is a little weird as is the decor, but it was a great value.

The property itself was very good. The location is highly desirable within walking distance of beaches, pool, restaurants, golf, and Ritz Carlton. Kapalua shuttle service is available to take you within resort spots. The communication and support provided by property management is lacking. We reported on 1st full day of stay that bathroom shower didnt have hot water. They asked me to troubleshoot which shouldn’t be asked of guests. Ultimately, we were told hot water couldn’t be addressed until after our stay concluded. We had access to 2 of 3 bathrooms. We didn’t get what we paid for.

We’ve stayed at many Ridge Ocean view Villa in Kapalua over the last 30 + years. This one was our least favorite. While the view was beautiful, the washer was broken and unusable, ( this was a big problem for my family) , also there was a huge burn hole in a sofa cushion, additionally, wires were hanging out of a missing light fixture in the master bathroom shower. The front door could not be locked for the first two days. Not sure why these issues weren’t fixed before putting it up for rental. There are no USB Outlets. TVs are pretty small. At the end of our stay, while trying to walk out the front door (early in the morning) to leave for the airport, the front door had automatically locked up and we couldn’t LEAVE . Luckily, I remembered there was a side door, which allowed us to leave the villa.This could be a serious problem. When trying to contact a manager, It could take a day or two to get a manager response.

Beautiful rental and location! The property was as-advertised, the check-in process was smooth and property management was just extremely nice. 100% recommend and would love to come back.

What a gorgeous unit! So nicely updated. The kitchen and bathroom counters are really great colors. The bathrooms I would love to have in my home! The views of the Ocean and bays are amazing. Had a wonderful day at the Montage Spa and great dinner at Banyan Tree at the Ritz. Love the Kapalua/Napili area.

The whole area and rental are super beautiful and pleasant. I loved the functionality of the rental - could cook and eat at the rental or the pool, easy to clean clothes or swimming stuff. The nearby beaches are probably some of the best in the world. Snorkeling nearby was top notch.

I am not prone to hyperbole but this was one of the best stays we have ever had (and I usually joke about the classic "this is the best X I ever had" type posts). But we've stayed at numerous places through the years throughout various countries, and this was one of the best overall places we have ever stayed. The locale helped for sure, but the property itself was beautiful. Super clean, nicely furnished, huge with three full bathrooms, huge living area and beautiful terraces. Great covered parking right in front and amazing views every day of the ocean, surrounding hills and the world class golf course. The breeze we received every day with a small crack of the patio doors was truly to die for. With the comfortable beds and overall beauty of the environment coupled with that breeze, we slept like proverbial babies every night. Management was fantastic. Very responsive and very helpful. We are so happy we chose this property over some of the other high rises we looked at nearby. These are private villas reminiscent of what you would see on the side of some country side in Asia. Beautiful design, private yet everything in walking distance. Pool down a set of stairs. Beach a few minutes walking down a dedicated path as well as nearby hiking, a fantastic store with everything you could imagine including great food and several restaurants. The property is shared with a Ritz Carlton so you truly get the best of all worlds - you pay for a huge villa. Loved it!
