Excelente ubicación! A 2 cuadras de Gare Nice Ville y por consiguiente de las principales atracciones de Niza. El lugar muy limpio y todos en recepción exageradamente amables! Altamente recomendable!

First time ever to write a review here after using hotels.com for over ten years. The hotel staff actually very rude to me which I didn’t expect. The high rate in breakfast and welcoming staff on reviews attracted my booking of three nights. Giving up the chances to live in Monaco hotel, I hope to enjoy a nice breakfast and the staff first ask us to remember a pin in order to get to the hotel but one time I forgot the pin and the staff seems not happy. He also reminded me to make requests in order to have room tidy which is weird as I spent 600€ for three nights I don’t expect I need to specify to have room tidy every day. The breakfast is the main thing I especially felt I m being treated rudely. The table didn’t have juice or milk and the cakes and bread are seldom choices. I can have pancakes or eggs if I specifically order but the pancakes are overcooked for 5 minutes so it become dark in colour when I ask her to make another one she simply flip another side to hide the fact of overcooked. my expectations of a ordinary holiday is ruined by the rudeness and unprofessional staff. I don’t want the other travel lovers suffering from this sort of situation, so I decided to write the review for the first time.

Johan was excellent and very helpful unlike the other gentleman the chef. Very clean and nice place to stay.

Attention: les chambres basiques sont très mal insonorisées: On entend tout des voisins, même les conversations à voix normale. Nous n’avons pas pu nous endormir avant 1 H du matin et ne reviendrons pas.
