Trop bruyant. Trop côtoyer par les jeunes fêtards. Mais bonne literie et petit déjeuner varie Gros bémol , il faut prévenir avant quele parking de l hôtel n accepte pas les berlines. Et le stationnement est compliqué à salou

Straightforward check in Straight to room on the 3rd floor Choice of 2 lifts Room clean and tidy 2 large beds Balcony overlooking pool Lovely bathroom Fridge Safe(didn’t use) Didn’t use hotels breakfast and bar as was out majority of days we visited Our last night(Saturday) we visited the rooftop bar and was extremely busy but with a good atmosphere We would deffo recommend hotel for a short stay Is a good 5-10 minute walk into town however we didn’t mind that

I travel extensively and this is the first time I have used this brand. I will avoid it in future. The reviews were very good and the photographs were excellent, the reality was not the same. I was in a room on the first floor, the carpet in the hallway was filthy and smelt horribly. The noise in the hotel was unacceptable. The roof top bar looked glamourous, however, it attracted masses of young people who created a lot of noise. There was inadequate security in the evening with none residents arriving to use these facilities. Breakfast was satisfactory, and quiet as the hotel guests slept in. Breakfast was served in the basement. Air conditioning in the bedroom was ineffective. The atmosphere was more like a hostel than a hotel. Cafe/bar during the day was poor. Pool is undersized and very shallow. Staff were generally unfriendly, one very useful female who did state I should have complained sooner about the noise. I could not sit on the balcony as next door used a boom box and the noise was unacceptable. She noted that I could have has a room change or they would have been informed to keep quieter. Reviews were good, but obviously made by young adults who stay out late and sleep in. A very unpleasant stay. Room very basic, towels and sheets clean.
