Disappointing stay at the "Villa-Penthouse" for our family of six adults and a baby. The apartment is completely inaccessible, as the elevator only reaches the 3rd floor, forcing us to drag all our heavy luggage up to the 4th floor. The unit desperately needs a full renovation: the furniture is extremely old, worn out, and partially broken—like a broken shelf in the fridge—and the double bed had uneven mattresses, one being terribly old and sunken. Bathroom doors do not lock, there are no towel hooks, and an unpleasant odor emanated from the trash cabinet under the sink. Half of the balcony was closed off and filled with junk, while the kitchen lacked enough dishware for all guests as well as basic supplies like salt, dish soap, and garbage bags. To make matters worse, check-in was long and exhausting with an unwelcoming receptionist, and the laundry facilities were located in a separate building with far too few machines, forcing us to wait in the lobby for a turn. On a positive note, the location is great and close to the lake with free parking, the overall layout is spacious and comfortable with a large dining table, and the view toward the lake is beautiful. However, the poor maintenance, lack of accessibility, and disappointing service far outweighed the positives, and we cannot recommend this penthouse in its current condition.

바닥에 먼지와 머리카락 덩어리들이 뭉쳐있고 전자레인지는 고장이 나서 작동이 안되는 상태였습니다. 의자에 음식 얼룩이 너무 선명해서 앉기가 망설여질정도고 램프 중 하나는 고장이 나서 작동이 안되고 하나는 커버가 너덜너덜 한 상태였어요. 한마디로 관리되고 있다는 생각이 전혀 안들었습니다. 제가 있던방은 일층이지만 거의 반 지하의 조망입니다. 그나마 그 창들도 거미줄이 얼키설키 있고 사람들 지나는 발이 보여 커튼을 종일 쳐놓았어요. 조식도 추천하지 않습니다.
