By The Beach - Royal Sapphire Villa

We have stayed with La Mere 3 times now and they never disappoint. Instructions all easy to follow. Always tea, coffee, milk and bread waiting as flights generally late in evening. Villas always clean and tidy with all the utensils you will need. Nothing, all good

The villa was not clean on arrival with remnant hair from last guests. Also ensuite shower was blocked which should been picked up/ remedied if the villa was cleaned prior to our arrival. Unable to use the oven as not cleaned with remnant food stuck inside. Clothes airer was rusty & seen better days. Patio near BBQ was covered with grease/fat and broom was covered with dust/ hair etcLocation is next to busy road & traffic noise was significant.Lastly when we enquired about housekeeping and towels/sheet change, we were informed by the maintenance company that it is their policy that only stay of 15 nights or more is entitled to this service but available on request at additional cost which is a new experience to us having use VRBO premier host villas for the last few years.On more positive note, maintenance support was prompt & responsive when the above issues were raised.

We were greeted by water, juices, cheese, ham, teas and coffees, to name but a few, the villa was perfect and had absolutely everything you would need for a stay.

Väldigt fint hus med fantastiskt poolområde, fräscha toaletter och en effektiv AC. Dom små problem vi stötte på under veckan löste värden omgående och vi blev väldigt väl bemötta av personalen som åtgärdade våra önskemål. Hade absolut rekommenderat andra till detta boende och hade gärna kommit tillbaka.
