Fantastic hotel. Our room was large, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great - good choice and quality. The staff were exceptional - friendly and super helpful, making dinner reservations, assisting with car parking (book ahead!), etc. The rooftop terrace and pool are an added bonus. Easy to recommend.

Stayed for a long weekend. The initial greeting, despite being gone midnight, was friendly whilst efficient. The rooms wowed us even more than expected from the hotel photos. Nice and spacious, immaculately clean and kept with effective air con. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Throughout staff greeted us each morning with a smile. Staff provided a lovely touch with happy birthday balloons waiting for us. A lovely touch. The roof top pool was warm from the sun and pleasant with a phone to contact the bar for drinks to be brought up for you. The drinks were well priced for a top end hotel. We used the spa once. This is booking only with 1 hour slots and exclusive use for your room, hence the need to book. There is a sauna and a small pool with relaxing music and a great ambiance. Location wise was in the old time with lots of nice coffee shops, restaurants and shops within 10 minutes walk. The sea front is also only a 10-12 minute walk. Would definitely recommend and would love to return again.

Amenities The wellness area includes a sauna and indoor pool, designed for private use and available 24 hours a day with a simple reservation, a very thoughtful feature. The hotel also has a rooftop pool, which we unfortunately only discovered on our last day, so be sure not to miss it! Dining The hotel offers breakfast for an additional fee, but given Palma’s incredible food scene, we decided to skip it and instead explore the many fantastic nearby cafés and restaurants. Amazing customer service from the staff, from check-in to check-out. Hotel is located very conveniently off a quiet square, less than a 10 minute walk from just about anywhere you'd want to go in Palma. Parking garage is very conveniently located just across the square.

After a lot of research, we booked this hotel because of the good reviews. We stayed in a Superior Room and were celebrating our honeymoon. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the lounge areas are great. The staff are brilliant and we really valued all of their recommendations. However the rooms themselves are rather poorly finished and the fixtures / fittings feel cheap rather than luxurious. We were really disappointed with the rooftop pool which is tiny and the whole rooftop was pretty neglected. Overall, the hotel is well located and fine for a short break, but doesn’t provide the luxury we expected for the price and reputation.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, man ist aber innert weniger Minuten direkt im Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Rooftop ist ebenfalls ein Highlight. Der Pool war perfekt für eine Abkühlung. Uns hat auch der Service gefallen. Vom Rooftop aus kann man telefonisch aus einer kleinen Karte Speisen und Getränke bestellen, direkt auf die Sonnenliege oder Sitzgelegenheit.

The hotel was beautifully renovated in the old part of Palma within a short stroll to its many shops cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff and the service they offer are a real credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were spotlessly clean. The spa and rooftop pool and terrace were a wonderful addition too. We wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Thank you!

This property is an absolute gem. You walk in from the typical narrow stone street on old town Palma into a soothing calm of peace, tranquility and luxury. The staff are attentive, understanding, accommodating and welcoming. The room was luxurious albeit not too huge given the constraints of a building of this age. The dining and lounge areas are respites from the heat and general hubbub that come with a tourist town. A hidden treasure is the downstairs spa: You get your own sauna and plunge pool ! And then there’s the rooftop pool and sunning area! All in all, given the luxury, location and service, one of the best hotels out there . 😁😁😁

Absolut mästerverk till hotell! Servicen håller högsta nivå. Så hjälpsamma på all sätt. Rummen fantastiska, frukosten drömlik, läget är perfekt. Det privata SPA:et var magiskt. Det fanns ingenting som kunde varit bättre!

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay overall. Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location, quiet and safe, walkable to many restaurants and shops nearby. Room was nice and comfortable with good size washroom. Only complaint was the design of shower door caused water to always seep onto the floor but otherwise ok. Staff were very friendly and very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

We just got back from our trip to Mallorca and stayed at Posada Terra Santa for one week. This was the best hotel experience my wife and I have had. The hotel is beautiful, charming and elegant. The staff is incredibly friendly and will do anything to ensure you have a great stay. The rooms are very cozy and kept clean. We highly recommend trying the breakfast at the hotel restaurant. From start to finish, our stay was amazing. We will definitely be back!

This is the most amazing boutique hotel. The rooms are amazing as is the hotel which is 900 years old. It has the original stone building with gorgeous renovations making it the most charming hotel. To top it off the breakfast is fantastic with gorgeous coffees and fruit and eggs to order. In addition the staff is helpful and goes over the top to make your stay pleasant. Would 1,000 times recommend it!

Mycket trevligt hotell. Rummet stort speciellt badrummet med fönster och badkar och mycket rymlig dusch. Stora ytor! Allting var väldigt fräscht. Städningen toppklass. Sängkläderna otroligt sköna och behagliga. Väldigt lugnt läge. Fanns inga störande inslag över huvud taget. Nackdelen var att det är svårt att hitta tillbaka till hotellet. Ligger mitt inne i gamla stan. Allting ser likadant ut. Man får använda GPS på mobilen. Frukosten var helt okej. Väldigt gott bröd. Man fick beställa omeletter och dom var utsökt goda. Tycker att scrambled egg och bacon borde finnas tillgängligt på buffén så man kan servera sej själv.
Mycket trevligt hotell. Rummet stort speciellt badrummet med fönster och badkar och mycket rymlig dusch. Stora ytor! Allting var väldigt fräscht. Städningen toppklass. Sängkläderna otroligt sköna och behagliga. Väldigt lugnt läge. Fanns inga störande inslag över huvud taget. Nackdelen var att det är svårt att hitta tillbaka till hotellet. Ligger mitt inne i gamla stan. Allting ser likadant ut. Man får använda GPS på mobilen. Frukosten var helt okej. Väldigt gott bröd. Man fick beställa omeletter och dom var utsökt goda. Tycker att scrambled egg och bacon borde finnas tillgängligt på buffén så man kan servera sej själv.

A truly lovely boutique hotel, conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Palma’s city center. The property offers on site parking, a huge plus, as parking in Palma can be difficult to find. The staff were excellent throughout our stay: communicative, helpful, and always polite. Property & Rooms The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with clean, stylish rooms. We stayed on the first floor in a room with its own terrace, which was a great addition to our experience. Amenities The wellness area includes a sauna and indoor pool, designed for private use and available 24 hours a day with a simple reservation, a very thoughtful feature. The hotel also has a rooftop pool, which we unfortunately only discovered on our last day, so be sure not to miss it! Dining The hotel offers breakfast for an additional fee, but given Palma’s incredible food scene, we decided to skip it and instead explore the many fantastic nearby cafés and restaurants. Only thing we would say is our room was close to the lift so there was fair amount of footfall outside our door and a creaky floor made it a bit frustrating at 7am when staff getting around. The plunge pool is a lovley addition. A seperate snug bar would be nice albeit there were quiet places to sit. All in all a lovely quiet retreat nestled central to the old town

After a lot of research, we booked this hotel because of the good reviews. We stayed in a Superior Room and were celebrating our honeymoon. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the lounge areas are great. The staff are brilliant and we really valued all of their recommendations. However the rooms themselves are rather poorly finished and the fixtures / fittings feel cheap rather than luxurious. We were really disappointed with the rooftop pool which is tiny and the whole rooftop was pretty neglected. Overall, the hotel is well located and fine for a short break, but doesn’t provide the luxury we expected for the price and reputation.

Love, love, LOVE this amazing boutique hotel! From the moment we walked in, we felt a sense of calm, peace and just overall feeling of joy. Every employee we spoke with during our visit was so nice and helpful, always asking about our day and plans, genuinely interested and kind. The ambiance was just so wonderful, from the sitting rooms near the lobby, to the rooftop terrace and our incredible room. We were lucky enough to get a room with a terrace and it was just lovely! Comfortable bed, quiet room, delicious breakfast and incredible location. Just perfect!

Everything was perfect. The staff was very attentive, especially Hugo, who made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, with every detail well taken care of. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was large and modern. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was simply beautiful, facilities were excellent, rooms were spaciius and immaculately clean , lovely roof top pool and seating area. Staff were polite and very helpful. Ideally located to walks, dining and shops.

The only thing more outstanding than the beautiful property itself was the service! Everyone who worked with us was so accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Their service orientation was so impressive. The hotel itself is gorgeous, in a quiet but convenient location, and we loved the rooftop pool area. My friend and I were thrilled as soon as we stepped into the beautiful courtyard entryway, and our stay just got better and better after that. I cannot rave enough about our stay here - Highly, Highly Recommend!

Enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine while I went through my check in. Gorgeous hotel as well with a restaurant on the Michelin guide. We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at Boutique Hotel Posada Terra Santa. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with cava and a smooth, welcoming check-in process that immediately set the tone. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and well-appointed, and the rooftop pool—though small—offered a beautiful Spanish vibe that made it feel special. One of the highlights of our stay was dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. My now-fiancé had secretly arranged a semi-private dining experience months in advance for our post-proposal meal, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it memorable. Our host, Joey, was fantastic—warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. He recommended incredible dishes, especially the ceviche, which is the chef’s specialty and a must-try. We were so immersed in the food, wine, and the moment that we didn’t realize we had stayed well past closing. The staff never rushed us and even graciously offered to bring the remainder of our dessert back to our room, so we could continue celebrating our engagement in private. This hotel exceeded every expectation—not just with the facilities, but with its heart. An absolute gem of an hotel in the heart of old town. Beautiful interiors, friendly, knowledgeable staff and delicious breakfast options. Spacious roof terrace with a much needed “pool”. Highly recommend as a base for exploring Palma and Mallorca.

Amazing customer service from the staff, from check-in to check-out. Hotel is located very conveniently off a quiet square, less than a 10 minute walk from just about anywhere you'd want to go in Palma. Parking garage is very conveniently located just across the square.

This hotel is outstanding. Excellent greeting on arrival, welcomes with a glass of champagne and left to relax whilst our check in was being attended to. The building is absolutely beautiful, in a lovely quiet location, but only 5 mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the city. Every aspect of our stay was wonderful, and we will certainly revist in the future.

Absolutely loved this property! Located right outside the city center. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Plus get great sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Anna and Tomas greeted us with the warmest welcome and truly made the first impression of this hotel a great one. They assisted us with the parking garage and answered all of our questions regarding our stay. Aside from this being a gorgeous property that is efficiently managed with care, it is so perfectly located. It is quiet, yet exactly where you would want to be located in Palma for a perfect stay.

We just got back from our trip to Mallorca and stayed at Posada Terra Santa for one week. This was the best hotel experience my wife and I have had. The hotel is beautiful, charming and elegant. The staff is incredibly friendly and will do anything to ensure you have a great stay. The rooms are very cozy and kept clean. We highly recommend trying the breakfast at the hotel restaurant. From start to finish, our stay was amazing. We will definitely be back!

This property is an absolute gem. You walk in from the typical narrow stone street on old town Palma into a soothing calm of peace, tranquility and luxury. The staff are attentive, understanding, accommodating and welcoming. The room was luxurious albeit not too huge given the constraints of a building of this age. The dining and lounge areas are respites from the heat and general hubbub that come with a tourist town. A hidden treasure is the downstairs spa: You get your own sauna and plunge pool ! And then there’s the rooftop pool and sunning area! All in all, given the luxury, location and service, one of the best hotels out there . 😁😁😁

The best part of our 6 night stay in Palma de Mallorca. Arriving after a long day of travel felt like finding water in the desert. We were whisked into comfortable chairs in a beautiful room, given glasses of Cava and checked in while sipping on our drinks. Our room was a cool oasis during a very hot and humid week. Everything was so thoughtful and all the details made the room comfortable and beautiful. Incredible shower with the best pressure. Although the decor was not fussy or over-designed, it fit the aesthetic perfectly. I was deciding between this hotel and another one that fit my personal design aesthetic more, and finally chose this hotel based on reviews. I’m so glad I did, because pictures really don’t do it justice. The hotel embodies understated elegance, although I do wish the mattress was more comfortable especially when everything else is so high-end. The breakfast every morning was gourmet and the coffees and mimosas made the breakfast extra indulgent. The staff were kind, helpful and genuine. Mallorca has some of the most incredible hotels, but I would 100% come back to Posada Terra Santa.

An unforgettable stay in Palma. Boutique Hotel Posada Terra Santa exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town. The rooms are elegant, the breakfast was delicious, and every member of the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everything was thoughtfully designed, making our stay truly relaxing.
