Stayed two nights. Very nice new hotel (very similar to Amavi - Paphos). Staff friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness was consistent throughout our stay. At check-out the receptionist was eager to know how our stay was and was genuinely interested in suggestions and feedback (many hotels skip this essential part). Breakfast buffet was great, comparable to Med Hotel Limassol, with good selection and again very good staff standing to to eagerly assist. Indoor gym, sauna, and pool are new and well-kept. Outdoor pool works with reserved tanning beds and includes a useful mini safe and you also get a portable coolbag with cold water for two on each visit. On top of all of that we were surprised by a birthday cake delivery, which was delightful. Turns out it was a €35 cake! The blackout curtains are nice but they could be closer to the ground and sides of the wall. By the morning there is a fair bit of light leaking into the room. Noise levels were quite low and rest was possible at any time of day or night. PS - Everything in the room is digital so don't forget to turn on the "DO NOT DISTURB" botton, otherwise you may have cleaners buzz the door and come in.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Service. Wir waren Anfang November in Zypern und es war die perfekte Reisezeit. Wir hatten täglich 24/25 Grad mit leichten Wind der sehr angenehm war. Nur geht die Sonne bereits schon um 17 Uhr unter. Aber das war auch das Einzige. Das Amanti Hotel ist ein sehr schönes luxuriöses Hotel. Die Zimmer waren super schön und über ein bedienbaren Touchscreen sehr modern. Man konnte die Vorhänge darüber bedienen oder im Bad Musik an stellen. Beim Bett konnte man sogar spezielle Kissen und Topper für Seiten- oder Bauchschläfer anfordern! Wir hatten Halbpension und wurden jeden Abend von einem neuen Themenabend überrascht. Von mexikanisch, über italienische zur Zypern Nacht. Super leckeres Essen bei dem man live beim Kochen dabei stehen konnte. Zudem hatte man die Möglichkeiten in 2 der hoteleigenen Resaurants zu dinnieren. Das eine Restaurant ist von einem Michelin Koch inspiriert. Tolle experience! Die Pool Area hat uns besonders gefallen. Mit den ganzen Palmen herum, sah es aus wie in Bali. Man hat jedes mal zu den Badehandtüchern auch kühles Wasser bekommen, welches in einer kleinen Kühltasche mitgegeben wurde. Auch die Beistelltische bei den Sonnenliegen hatten alle einen Safe, um seine Wertsachen einzuschließen. Alles sehr gut durchdacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der aufmerksame Service. Jeder Wunsch wurde einem erfüllt und alle waren sehr freundlich. In Summe ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen 😀

Beautiful, new hotel. Pools are awesome, bed booking system is great. Breakfast is nice, and it's a fun touch that you can have both the buffet AND a-la carte. However, the breakfast service is slow and inaccurate, so take that into account. Housekeeping could be neater - some of our towels were left as we dropped them in the couch. Management is VERY friendly and attentive, and listened to all we said and comped us for breakfast issue - very appreciative for that.

Superbe hôtel avec belles prestations. Superbe piscine extérieure et intérieure avec spa. Très bien placé dans Agia Napa. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil et s’occupe bien de vous. Les repas sont fantastiques aux 3 restaurants de l’hôtel.Un grand bravo au chef. Un grand merci à Christina et Lola pour leur gentillesse. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 pour 100.

Beautiful hotel,staff lovely, food was probably overall the best holiday hotel food we've had.assigned sun beds worked well.Evening entertainment was ok but lacked atmosphere due to poor attendance, drink prices probably kept people away but expected for 5 star hotel.I found lack of toilets in reception/bar area strange ,bit of a walk to get a toilet ,think Weatherspoons 😂 .Around a 10 minute walk to beach.The walk to and from hotel from street has a fairly steep climb not sure if people with walking difficulties would manage or are aware,if so worth checking with hotel as there maybe another route for easier access.

Absolutely beautiful stay. The staff couldn’t have done anymore! The hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS, with the most amazing food options. My husband and I couldn’t have loved it anymore. To the sun beds, showers, pool and even the hair salon was INCREDIBLE! Definitely recommend. The surrounding area isn’t very nice, but it’s walking distance to the beach and supermarket and very easy to catch a bus to nicer parts. But this hotel definitely is a MUST, pure luxury.

The food was excellent! We always looked forward to dinner - everything was freshly prepared, huge praise for the chefs! The staff were friendly, everything was clean and the rooms are really nice! The pool bar is great, the apple crumble is an addiction! We totally enjoyed our stay! Thanks to all!

Das Hotel wirkt sehr neu und modern, sehr mächtig aussehend. Das Personal hat uns sehr gut empfangen mit einem kleinen nassen Handtuch sowie einem Cocktail - darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir wurden am Anfang sehr gut aufgeklärt. Der Hotelmitarbeiter hat unsere Koffer mit uns aufs Zimmer gebracht und uns das Zimmer gezeigt und alles professionell erklärt. Das Zimmer schien sauber, doch es gab Staub auf den Lampen, an den Fliesen und am Fernseher. Ich finde, dass das Reinigungspersonal zu oft am Tag im Zimmer ist - 2x/ tag. 1x am Tag reicht, dafür aber genau und effizient wäre besser. Handtücher wurden nicht getauscht, Wattepads, Ohrstäbchen, Body Lotion, Shower Gel, Kaffee wurde nicht nachgefüllt, am letzten Tag nicht mal das Toilettenpapier. Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon wurde spät gereinigt. „Do not disturb“ wird ignoriert, das hat mich wirklich sehr aufgeregt. Wenn ich nicht will, dass das Personal ins Zimmer kommt, dann sollte es auch so sein! Egal ob ich im Zimmer bin oder nicht. Schade, dass das Personal kein Englisch versteht. Jeden Tag wurde das Bett gemacht, was auch gut ist, aber warum immer der gesamte Schnickschnack mit Dekokissen und Tagesdecke etc.? - das hat uns genervt. Irgendwann auch die nett gemeinte Schokolade am Bett, wenn alles andere nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Irgendwie begegnete man dem Reinigungspersonal jedes Mal, wenn man das Zimmer verlies. Beautiful, new hotel. Pools are awesome, bed booking system is great. Breakfast is nice, and it's a fun touch that you can have both the buffet AND a-la carte. However, the breakfast service is slow and inaccurate, so take that into account. Housekeeping could be neater - some of our towels were left as we dropped them in the couch. Management is VERY friendly and attentive, and listened to all we said and comped us for breakfast issue - very appreciative for that.

The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The hotel had such a calm and harmonious energy. The buffet food was fantastic! We eat vegetarian and vegan, and there were plenty of delicious options for both breakfast and dinner. This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We already can’t wait to come back.

The food was excellent! We always looked forward to dinner - everything was freshly prepared, huge praise for the chefs! The staff were friendly, everything was clean and the rooms are really nice! The pool bar is great, the apple crumble is an addiction! We totally enjoyed our stay! Thanks to all!

Lovely hotel. Fabulous pool. The pool staff deserve a special mention aa they were so helpful. Particularly a polish person whose name began with M. Food overall was good , although Nocturne relly did not live up to expectations. Our room was lovely although it did lack as much storage as we would exoect, and a little small. Overall we had a lovely week and i would reccommend the hotel but not the location

Stayed two nights. Very nice new hotel (very similar to Amavi - Paphos). Staff friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness was consistent throughout our stay. At check-out the receptionist was eager to know how our stay was and was genuinely interested in suggestions and feedback (many hotels skip this essential part). Breakfast buffet was great, comparable to Med Hotel Limassol, with good selection and again very good staff standing to to eagerly assist. Indoor gym, sauna, and pool are new and well-kept. Outdoor pool works with reserved tanning beds and includes a useful mini safe and you also get a portable coolbag with cold water for two on each visit. On top of all of that we were surprised by a birthday cake delivery, which was delightful. Turns out it was a €35 cake! The blackout curtains are nice but they could be closer to the ground and sides of the wall. By the morning there is a fair bit of light leaking into the room. Noise levels were quite low and rest was possible at any time of day or night. PS - Everything in the room is digital so don't forget to turn on the "DO NOT DISTURB" botton, otherwise you may have cleaners buzz the door and come in.

Flott hotell med smart rom og fin utsikt over havet. Vennlig og serviceminded betjening, frokosten var veldig bra og man kunne forhåndsbestille solsenger for hele oppholdet, genial løsning. Hotellet anbefales på det varmeste :-)

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Service. Wir waren Anfang November in Zypern und es war die perfekte Reisezeit. Wir hatten täglich 24/25 Grad mit leichten Wind der sehr angenehm war. Nur geht die Sonne bereits schon um 17 Uhr unter. Aber das war auch das Einzige. Das Amanti Hotel ist ein sehr schönes luxuriöses Hotel. Die Zimmer waren super schön und über ein bedienbaren Touchscreen sehr modern. Man konnte die Vorhänge darüber bedienen oder im Bad Musik an stellen. Beim Bett konnte man sogar spezielle Kissen und Topper für Seiten- oder Bauchschläfer anfordern! Wir hatten Halbpension und wurden jeden Abend von einem neuen Themenabend überrascht. Von mexikanisch, über italienische zur Zypern Nacht. Super leckeres Essen bei dem man live beim Kochen dabei stehen konnte. Zudem hatte man die Möglichkeiten in 2 der hoteleigenen Resaurants zu dinnieren. Das eine Restaurant ist von einem Michelin Koch inspiriert. Tolle experience! Die Pool Area hat uns besonders gefallen. Mit den ganzen Palmen herum, sah es aus wie in Bali. Man hat jedes mal zu den Badehandtüchern auch kühles Wasser bekommen, welches in einer kleinen Kühltasche mitgegeben wurde. Auch die Beistelltische bei den Sonnenliegen hatten alle einen Safe, um seine Wertsachen einzuschließen. Alles sehr gut durchdacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der aufmerksame Service. Jeder Wunsch wurde einem erfüllt und alle waren sehr freundlich. In Summe ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen 😀

The staff were great. Very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Room was well sized and the bed was very comfortable too. Good system for reserving beds to save the morning competition. Whilst the hotel says made for two, I went on my own and had a lovely time. Would highly recommend.

Superbe hôtel avec belles prestations. Superbe piscine extérieure et intérieure avec spa. Très bien placé dans Agia Napa. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil et s’occupe bien de vous. Les repas sont fantastiques aux 3 restaurants de l’hôtel.Un grand bravo au chef. Un grand merci à Christina et Lola pour leur gentillesse. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 pour 100.

NOT a 5* hotel by all means. Poor facilities and amenities but over all nice staff and excellent location. Hotel lacks any luxury touch. Breakfast is okay but you have to bag for a tiny glass of orange juice they’re obviously on a very tight budget you won’t even see in a 3* hotel. They refused to give me even an hour late check out saying they’re over booked but I didn’t see anyone checking in. The hotel is okay and the location is great but definitely doesn’t deserve the rating! PS: They don’t offer any room service on evenings!!

Beautiful hotel,staff lovely, food was probably overall the best holiday hotel food we've had.assigned sun beds worked well.Evening entertainment was ok but lacked atmosphere due to poor attendance, drink prices probably kept people away but expected for 5 star hotel.I found lack of toilets in reception/bar area strange ,bit of a walk to get a toilet ,think Weatherspoons 😂 .Around a 10 minute walk to beach.The walk to and from hotel from street has a fairly steep climb not sure if people with walking difficulties would manage or are aware,if so worth checking with hotel as there maybe another route for easier access.
Beautiful hotel,staff lovely, food was probably overall the best holiday hotel food we've had.assigned sun beds worked well.Evening entertainment was ok but lacked atmosphere due to poor attendance, drink prices probably kept people away but expected for 5 star hotel.I found lack of toilets in reception/bar area strange ,bit of a walk to get a toilet ,think Weatherspoons 😂 .Around a 10 minute walk to beach.The walk to and from hotel from street has a fairly steep climb not sure if people with walking difficulties would manage or are aware,if so worth checking with hotel as there maybe another route for easier access.

Absolutely beautiful stay. The staff couldn’t have done anymore! The hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS, with the most amazing food options. My husband and I couldn’t have loved it anymore. To the sun beds, showers, pool and even the hair salon was INCREDIBLE! Definitely recommend. The surrounding area isn’t very nice, but it’s walking distance to the beach and supermarket and very easy to catch a bus to nicer parts. But this hotel definitely is a MUST, pure luxury.

NOT a 5* hotel by all means. Poor facilities and amenities but over all nice staff and excellent location. Hotel lacks any luxury touch. Breakfast is okay but you have to bag for a tiny glass of orange juice they’re obviously on a very tight budget you won’t even see in a 3* hotel. They refused to give me even an hour late check out saying they’re over booked but I didn’t see anyone checking in. The hotel is okay and the location is great but definitely doesn’t deserve the rating! PS: They don’t offer any room service on evenings!!

Super dejligt voksen hotel med fantastiske søde og imødekommende medarbejder. Stor buffet med pænt anrettet fade. Stor variation af maden og mulighed for at booke plads på de andre restauranter. Så fedt at man får tildelt en solvogn, så man skal ikke op kl. 6 for at spærre en solvogn. Vi vil give vores bedste anbefalinger og kommer helt sikkert igen. Hotellet ligger også godt placeret i Ayia Napa by/havn.

The food was excellent! We always looked forward to dinner - everything was freshly prepared, huge praise for the chefs! The staff were friendly, everything was clean and the rooms are really nice! The pool bar is great, the apple crumble is an addiction! We totally enjoyed our stay! Thanks to all!

Lovely hotel. Fabulous pool. The pool staff deserve a special mention aa they were so helpful. Particularly a polish person whose name began with M. Food overall was good , although Nocturne relly did not live up to expectations. Our room was lovely although it did lack as much storage as we would exoect, and a little small. Overall we had a lovely week and i would reccommend the hotel but not the location

Stayed two nights. Very nice new hotel (very similar to Amavi - Paphos). Staff friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness was consistent throughout our stay. At check-out the receptionist was eager to know how our stay was and was genuinely interested in suggestions and feedback (many hotels skip this essential part). Breakfast buffet was great, comparable to Med Hotel Limassol, with good selection and again very good staff standing to to eagerly assist. Indoor gym, sauna, and pool are new and well-kept. Outdoor pool works with reserved tanning beds and includes a useful mini safe and you also get a portable coolbag with cold water for two on each visit. On top of all of that we were surprised by a birthday cake delivery, which was delightful. Turns out it was a €35 cake! The blackout curtains are nice but they could be closer to the ground and sides of the wall. By the morning there is a fair bit of light leaking into the room. Noise levels were quite low and rest was possible at any time of day or night. PS - Everything in the room is digital so don't forget to turn on the "DO NOT DISTURB" botton, otherwise you may have cleaners buzz the door and come in.

Beautiful, new hotel. Pools are awesome, bed booking system is great. Breakfast is nice, and it's a fun touch that you can have both the buffet AND a-la carte. However, the breakfast service is slow and inaccurate, so take that into account. Housekeeping could be neater - some of our towels were left as we dropped them in the couch. Management is VERY friendly and attentive, and listened to all we said and comped us for breakfast issue - very appreciative for that.

Superbe hôtel avec belles prestations. Superbe piscine extérieure et intérieure avec spa. Très bien placé dans Agia Napa. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil et s’occupe bien de vous. Les repas sont fantastiques aux 3 restaurants de l’hôtel.Un grand bravo au chef. Un grand merci à Christina et Lola pour leur gentillesse. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 pour 100.

Wonderful hotel. But the greatest of all is the people working there! They all made our stay just perfect! From the reception to everyone in the dining room, through the spa staff, had been so attentive and kind! I would highly recommend.

The hotel overall is beautiful, including the amenities and front of house staff. Only down fall is that the staff in the restaurant are a bit slow and got orders wrong. Our eggs in the morning didn’t arrive and our coffee orders were wrong. I can only assume that this is because the hotel had just opened for the summer period and they were getting into the swing of things. I would definitely return and hope that this would be better, however, overall I am extremely satisfied.
