Gorgeous property, quiet area. Kids enjoyed feeding the cows and checking the chicken coop for eggs. Great family friendly place

Great set up, we were very comfortable and had a fun time!

Everything was as described ..bonus being the courtesy bus from the golf club there and back

Location and property itself were great, we loved being able to feed the cows and able to walk into town. However, excessive rules and requirements around cleanliness and care set out by the host were not provided to us before check in. Dust everywhere, food wrappers and socks left in the bedrooms, dead frogs in the pool, broken pull out bed (which would’ve been cheaper to replace than the additional hiring cost). T&C’s stated an additional $50 cleaning fee if BBQ was left dirty, only to find it filthy upon arrival. Advertised an outdoor fire pit but arrived to find no firewood provided. Conflicting information provided by the host about check in, received 3 different times/dates from hosts confirmation email, stayz confirmation email and direct discussion with the host. Overall disappointing given the amount of money spent to hire for a long weekend.
