Pulizia diciamo buona. Ho trovato dei capelli nel letto purtroppo e pur chiedendo il cambio asciugamani per due volte hanno scordato il tappeto da doccia e poi il secondo asciugamano (eravamo in due). Il personale in parte cordiale, alcune ragazze non lo sono state. Servizi molto buoni, colazione ottima, posizione comoda ma comunque distante. Struttura nuova e ben organizzata!

Nice and clean, no frills functional hotel. I was just stating over 1 night, and it was OK. Not much thought given for vegetarian breakfast items. So, beyond the fruits, serials and yogurt, wasnt there anything else. For someone like me, thats enough. May not be for others. Didn't have much interaction with staff myself. But witnessed firsthand ,some other hitel guests approaching them for help, and the staff was very courteous and helpful.

Excelente todo, cuarto de muy buen tamaño, limpio si le pudiera poner un pero es que hay que avisar si quieres que hagan el aseo diario, de lo contrario solo te cambian las toallas y es un hotel grande con muchos huéspedes, desayuno bastante vasto y bueno de todo, solo que hay que tener paciencia porque hay bastante gente, todo lo demás está al 100!!

We stayed for one night in Prague. The hotel has good transport connections and the room itself was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff at reception and at breakfast seemed unmotivated and not particularly helpful. Questions were answered, but often rather reluctantly. The only exception was the housekeeping team, who were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The self-service check-in is a good idea in principle, but the process is far too complicated and not intuitive enough. Entering all the required information took much longer than necessary. If a hotel chooses this concept, the process should be as simple and efficient as in many Japanese hotels. What made it even more frustrating was seeing several apparently underoccupied staff members standing around the combined bar/reception area while guests struggled with the machines. The biggest problem, however, was breakfast, especially when coach tour groups were staying at the hotel. The organisation seemed completely overwhelmed: far too few seats, not enough crockery and a generally chaotic atmosphere. Overall, the hotel was acceptable for one night, but based on our experience, we would not recommend it.
