Apartment is in good location within a few minutes walk of Hastings Street. It is spacious and well furnished. Upstairs balcony had not been cleaned and covered in large spiders. While there major maintenance to the roof with extreme noise. They should have not taken our booking or offered alternative accommodation. Agents response was basically to shrug their shoulders and say it wasn’t their fault. However it wasn’t ours either. Asked for a discount but no reply. It says it all about their attitude towards guests so be warned.

We loved our stay, however there was I adequate toilet rolls & dishwashing tablets. We had to buy more toilet rolls which is not expected in such a nice property. Also suggest that you provide paper towel & tissues. The agent (Elaine) was lovely with her flexibility for dealing with checkout & luggage. All in all, a lovely stay. Thank you
