Mattress was lumpy and squeaked. Very uncomfortable. The sofa was old and looked like needing new cover. I saw 2 small spiders in the bathroom and on the sofa. Lighting was dark. The carpet could use shampoo.

I stayed here with my dog for a quick night on my way up north. -very convenient to getting on and off the 5. - room size was very nice, lots of space and a whole sitting area. - had more amenities than I had time to try this trip: pool, breakfast, etc. - The dog friendly room was ground floor and right by the exit and potty area which was super convenient Cons: the room didn’t feel the most clean. Maybe some of that was the room felt dated. The AC didn’t truly work. It seemed controlled by the hotel in that any buttons I tried to push on it did nothing to change it being on or off or fan speed. It would turn on for a little bit and then off fully. Then later turn on and then off. It never cooled the room down and it was a warmer day so the room and even the hotel itself was just too warm. For this reason alone I wouldn’t personally stay here again. Overall it was fine for a one night passing thru stay but I think the hotel rating/review rating is too high. It’s closer to an 8-8.2 in my opinion.
