Han Deluxe Hotel

Otelde 1 gece kaldık. Ne çok kötü ne de çok iyi diyebilirim. Ortam biraz karanlık ve kasvetliydi, bu da genel hissiyatı etkiliyor. Odalar ve temizlik idare ederdi, personel de normaldi. Fiyat/performans olarak beklenti çok yüksek tutulmazsa sorun yaşanmaz ama daha keyifli alternatifler bulunabilir.

From start to finish it was first class very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money and particularly good customer service would definitely return again.

The stay started as a holiday from hell with the hotel putting us in a run-down worker's accommodation because they didn't have a room available. We were given our room the next day—a spacious room on the 2nd floor with a large bathroom and balcony. The staff were amazing, especially Ramazan/Rambo. They always have a smile on their face regardless of the endless hours they work. A bell at the reception will definitely help as it was unmanned most of time. Breakfast daily is a table service and from a selection of three options. Additional options can be ordered separately for a charge. The hotel offered us a free late checkout but our request to refund us for our first night was rejected, which we think is disappointing,to say the least.

Otelin yenilenmesi gerekir. Calisanlar yardimci olmaya calisiyor ama eksik kahvalti cok kalite degil fiyata gore kalite düsük. Yenilemeyi ve renovasyonu öneriyorum.
