ibis Ankara Airport Hotel

Ich wurde im 7. Stockwerk untergebracht, obwohl der Aufzug nur bis zum 6. Stockwerk fuhr, und es war niemand verfügbar, um mir beim Tragen meines schweren Koffers zu helfen. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, eher armselig. Obwohl das Hotel näher am Flughafen liegt als andere, muss man dennoch ein Taxi nehmen. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich lieber ein etwas weiter entferntes Hotel wählen und zusätzliche 2-3 km mit dem Taxi fahren. Als Info, die kurze Taxifahrt von ca. 2,5 km hat nur 2,30€ gekostet.

Otel için fiyat performans oranı yüksek denilebilir. Havaalanına yakın dolayısıyla Ankara'ya uzak bir bölgede kalıyor. Genelde uçakla seyahat edenler rötar yiyenler için konaklama sağlanıyor olsa da aracınız varsa otoparkı geniş karmaşadan uzak ve fiyatına göre sundukları iyi olan bir alternatifler olarak düşünebilirsiz.

Das Hotel ist toll, leider ein Geruch von Parfüm oder Spray im ganzen Hotel das war sehr unangenehm. In den Zimmer war alles perfekt Blitz sauber tolle Bettwäsche schöne Dusche, komme gerne wieder.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist ideal. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles tip top sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich und gut.

Odalar eski, küçük ve kulanışsız. Temizlik çok zayıf. Sigara içilmeyen oda istememe rağmen, talep yerine getirilmedi. Sabaha kadar cam açık kaldı ve hiç uyumadım.

The room was bad enough and the mattress was not hotel standard.

Since I was flying on a very early time I stayed for the night. Note that there are no direct exit on the freeway to the hotel when you come from the city. You need to drive 2 km and then turn back. The same goes for drivning to the Airport. The check in was very quick and smooth. However there are no concierge to help with your bags, which is rather remakable for a hotel of this class. Secondly there are a threshold when entering the room, so you need to luft the bags over them. Very strange. The room was small/medium in size. For overnight staying completely okey. The beds were actuall very good, but only one pillow in the room, but the reception was very helpfull. That is not good. The room is very clean and everything works fine. The TV was very small though. And the air conditioning did not chill the room even when we used the maximum power. So that is a minus. The bathroom works without any issues. The shower is very good, the temperature and pressure was excellent. I am split in stars, the room quality would eadily give a 4 star rating, but all this small stuff drags down the point. So it ends with a very week 3.

My wife and I arrived on a flight in Ankara at 11:00 pm and had our next flight to Rize early the next morning. We had to get up at 4:00 am, and we were planning to sleep at the airport for those few hours, but for comfort, we decided to rent a hotel room for a short time. However, the night at the hotel was a disaster. We arrived late, and the hotel room was stuffy hot due to the air conditioner heating system. We turned off the heating thinking that it would be enough, but around 2:00 am it was unbearably hot. We decided to turn on the air conditioning, but it wasn't working. I called reception, and they told me they couldn't do anything and that we would have to wait until 8:30 am when the maintenance staff arrived to fix it. We couldn't sleep for the rest of the remaining hours because, in addition, we could hear the noise of the cars from the highway leading to the airport. Finally, we decided to use the shower to get ready to go to the airport, but the shower drain was clogged, and the water wouldn't drain. It is irresponsible of the hotel not to carry out a prior inspection before handing over a room to a customer and to expect a guest to go through such a bad experience and be the one to report the problems with the room. I demand a refund because, with such a terrible experience, it would have been better to stay those few hours at the airport.

Staff barely speaks English in an International Hotel near a major Airport. They are very unaccommodating to foreign visitors. Also, the air conditioning in the room does not work . it is just a fan.. Rooms are small and confined. Very disappointing!

I couldn't check in... The reception was so busy and kept me for ONE HOUR waiting then stop working saying that the system is off.... I had to go out to book another hotel because I had another flight so I couldn't wait.. I didn't use the room at all

Great service people from reception, front desk, and others. They cheerfully arranged my cab to the airport. Multiple language programs on the TV -- thank you! 😀It was a quick check-in/check-out trip, and a welcome stay.

Ottimo albergo con personale professionale, buona colazione, camera efficiente pulita, comodissimo per la vicinanza all’aeroporto.

The room was very clean. The food is not expensive & it's within ealking distance to the airport.

Breakfast was between 4:30 and 10AM if I am not mistaken and this is one of the reasons we picked this hotel in addition to proximity to Ankara airport. However the breakfast was not ready at 6:30 even, not even eggs, not to mention anything else hot. We ended up not having breakfast which was 420Tl x 2= 840 TL value. There was one young waiter and he apologized and that he was alone and could not prepare anything and only after 7AM there may be a full breakfast value. We think we are owed the breakfast portion of the payment. Waiting for the management's feedback

Great hotel for the purpose. Very clean and restaurant downstairs was open till 11pm. Very friendly staff. 10 mins drive from the airport by taxi. Very good experience overall.

Sakin huzurlu bir oteldi kahvaltı açık büfe şeklinde temiz ve güzeldi herşey vardı.

Kahvaltı pek iyi değildi simit vb bayattı çeşit çok azdı kesinlikle 400 tl etmez bar kısmı yetersiz ve çok fazla yapacağınız birşey yok otelde

Very neat and clean rooms . Very near to the airport . The stay at the restaurant and the bar were very very good . Food was tasty .
