Hyatt Place at Anaheim Resort / Convention Center

Front staff when we checked in was very welcoming and friendly. Easy access to free shuttle to Disney parks. It was very nice that we could park our car until the midnight after checked out.

Breakfast included was great start. Great hotel option, about a 15minute walk to Disney. Hotel was clean and friendly, plenty of dining choices in the area. Only downside was booking lisiting labeled the pool and hot tub, only to arrive and be told you would have to use their sister hotels amenities.

The staff were so nice and helpful when we arrived. However, the pool was unavailable until August 29th and that was not mentioned in the Expedia. It was super inconvenient that we had to leave the hotel, go over to the next Inn to use their pool and it was not even similar to the one at our hotel. Our room was great but the shower head was super dirty and it came out very little pressure. The sink was not right or something because the water spilled everywhere. Overall our stay was very inconvenient and I would like a credit, half off or a refund.

Great hotel and not too far from Disneyland. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff is super nice and rooms are clean and spacious. Hate the parking. We arrived back at the hotel late night coming back from Disneyland and we had such a hard time finding a parking spot. Parking garage is small and this hotel is shared parking with another hotel in the same lot.

I cannot say any thing good about the experience that I had the elevator was not working. They had one elevator working for a weekend that it was really busy. We had to use the stairs to go down and it was also horrible because everybody was using the stairs not to mention this hotel is next to Disneyland and it was completely booked. They had other events going on at the convention center also which made the hotel even more busier request was a nightmare to go down even if you got up early it was still about 45 minutes to go down because of only one elevator working so we had to go up and down the stairs room service I guess was minimize to every other day, probably for the same reason or maybe it’s just the hotel the way they work. Parking was $30 per night, which was also terrible because they did not have enough spaces for cars to park and they would park you in random places. Overall this experience was not good for me. I would not recommend this place to stay.

Property is nice. Not happy with the Transient tax which is a total of $48 per day + $35 per per day parking.

The rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was decent-eggs, potatoes, meat yogurt, toast, bagels, donut holes, minimal fruit. Not a lot of healthy options. Friendly and helpful staff. No laundry facility on site, but could use beighbor hotel. Pool and hot tub nice. Exercise facilty decent. 5 min walk to disney shuttle at toy story parking lot, very useful!

We booked this hotel mainly for the pool. On a 3 night stay. The pool got closed after day 1. Not to reopen.

I like the proximity to Disneyland, the service, and being able to charge our car for free

Hyatt Place is a conveniently located property that offers a good range of free breakfasts and is within a walkable distance of Disney Parking. The staff is friendly and helpful and listens to the guests. However, the elevator was a big issue during our stay. One of the elevators wasn't working. Also, the elevator is shared by the housekeeping and guests. This makes it very congested as the housekeeping has their equipment and guests also carry the luggage. Other than this it was a pleasant stay.

Pool on property was not accessible and we didn’t know this, room sheets were dirty and found dirty sock left on top of the lamp in our room. Not enough room towels provided upon check in.

Super spacious and modern room (standard 2 x queen beds), and spotless cleanliness! Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, however a bit limited seating in the breakfast area. There was an overflow breakfast seating area in one of the conference rooms, but it was never needed by us. Check-out at 12 (noon) was also perfect which allowed us a stressless morning when we left. Thank you for an excellent stay

Friendly helpful staff, nice rooms that were clean, modern and in good repair, location was perfect for our visit, comfortable beds!

Morning front desk receptionist was not very welcoming. However, some of the ladies working the breakfast area were very nice. Found hair on the floor behind the bathroom door, shower curtain and bed sheets.

Nice property, clean, and safe, but I stayed multiple days and never got my room cleaned even though they said they would come every other day. Parking garage did not have signage showing where the elevator or stairs were so I walked up the ramp, much to the dismay of the staff. In-house dining was limited, but decent. Staff was friendly but seemed clueless at times.

The hotel was very nice and clean, it's very conveniently located. The breakfast was delicious. Only thing is that the first day we've stayed, the cleaning lady didn't come to our room.

The room was clean for the most part. The bathroom had mold in the corner by the tub and toilet. The bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable.

We definitely enjoy our stay Very clean The only problem is in the room 404 one of the bed it’s old they should change it. Everything else was wonderful.

We stayed at the Hyatt Place at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center for our daughter's TKD tournament. The staff was friendly and considerate, and the hotel was clean. Highly recommend.

Nice location, free breakfast, room is large and clean but the downside is that the wall is paper thin.

Variety of breakfast options. Comfortable nice sized room. Only complaint is the water pressure being super low and the blankets on the bed being super old/warn out. Would absolutely stay again though.

Great location and walkable to Disney. The only complaint I have is the comfort of the bed. It was average. Wasn’t the most comfortable bed.

Room was spacious, bed was cozy and the ac unit was amazing!

The hotel overall is great—clean and with an excellent breakfast. However, there’s no microwave in the room. Other than that, everything is wonderful.

Great size rooms

Clean and very comfortable, the beds are so comfortable. We said in the family suite and the size of the room is perfect (4 of us total- 2 adults and 2 teens )

Thin walls. We were kept awake by another family opening and closing what sounded like a prison door multiple times. Also, request a room away from Harbour Blvd. The property is just feet away from the road and you can hear every car speeding away from each light.

Room was great, had separate area with bunk beds. Qwnt during the week, breakfast was good, bus busy. Alot of people. Kept up with it well and added extra saeating in another room. Only complaint is the pillows are extremely too flat. An assortment of firmness would be nice like other hotels offer.

Melissa and all the other front desk staff were super friendly and gave excellent service...

The staff lady was not in a mood to help us out. She was rood. So i asked the other lady and she had a solution right away

The staff at this hotel are all exceptional. Melissa went over and above to ensure our stay was a memorable one. The rooms were clean, the bed and pillows were awesome. The breakfast was excellent and the walk to toy story parking shuttle to disney was easy. Walking directly to Disney also an easy 20min happy walk. Definitely worth a 5 star review.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful when we needed anything . Will definitely stay again!

The front desk (the one with braces) was so sweet and welcoming. She made it a very nice experience and we will definitely stay here when we come back to Anaheim

The front desk staff aren’t as approachable. It seems they choose who to be nice to. And when you asked questions, they make you feel as they are surprised you’re asking the question. I’ve been a fan of Hyatt. I guess you can’t always have the best service. I will give credit to the housekeeping staff, they are very friendly!!!!

I wasn’t happy at my stay this time. First I called the receptionist and asked for 4 blankets. She said will send the housekeeping ASAP. I waited like a hour, but nobody came. I Called again and I talked to the same person and I told her nobody brought blanket yet and we are about to leave the hotel and head to Disney land, she said she doesn’t have anyone available yet but will send somebody to the room even though we won’t be in the room as long as we don’t have the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and I agreed and thanked her for that. I came back from Disneyland at 2:00 am and still no blankets . I was very tired and the kids were exhausted and got busy butting them to bed and me getting ready to bed and couldn’t called them for the third time because I assumed the I expected them to have them already ready on my bed. I was shivering the whole night, my daughter was cold as well. I gave my blanket to my daughter and I had to cover myself with only 2 sheets. I had to use my sweater to cover myself and still was shivering even after increasing the AC temperature . Me and my daughter didn’t feel good the next day and we just wanted to go home. We even checked out early, even though our check out was not till 12:00 pm. Today, April 10, I was supposed to go back to work but I got so sick I couldn’t go back to work and I had to call in sick. I work in the cardiology department and I lost 12 hours of work. I don’t know what else to tell you. I lost lots of money and not happy

Front desk female staff member was rude, unpleasant and condescending. Overshadowed the time with our family

The staff was particularly friendly and accommodating which was really appreciated with so many guests at the hotel at the same time for a conference. The complimentary breakfast offered a great assortment and was served hot when necessary. Thanks for everything.

I liked that it was within walking distance to Disneyland & the Anaheim Convention Center.

The area is close enough to walk to the Disney Parks, and many other food options available all around us! It was very easy access and the breakfast area in the morning. It was spacious and staff was very friendly and helped pick up the plates without us needing to get up to place them in the necessary areas after use. I will definitely be booking this hotel for my future Disney visits!

Delicious Breakfast and Friendly Staff

Pretty solid, the breakfast was good but it was mayhem on certain days. There was a ton of people showing up to breakfast at the same time I guess…

Stayed for 3 nights, free breakfast was well worth it. We had lunch there one day, it was not worth the cost, in my opinion. Overall, it was a nice hotel, we will stay there again.

Nice staff and close to Disneyland, but the breakfast is mediocre at best. Food runs out before end of breakfast time and very very very limited selection. Wouldn’t return

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to walk to some nearby restaurants, etc. Parking was expensive. Breakfast was extremely crowded. Being near Disneyland makes sense to be crowded. However, it doesn't seem like the hotel is adequately handling the amount of people with the layout and food amounts.

Modern clean hotel. Very convenient to Disney. Breakfast had a limited variety, but fresh and delicious. Front desk staff were all pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Will stay again

The location was great. Breakfast was good. The hotel could use more tables for breakfast. I saw many people walking around with plates looking for somewhere to sit. The bathroom tub and hardware looked like it was very old and needed an update and cleaning.

Overall great hotel, breakfast is not good.
