Stayed for 5 nights (6/24/24-6/29/24) with my wife and 2 daughters. The suite was as promised and has a great view of both the beach and downtown Miami. Service by the pool was top notch and the beach is much nicer here than at South Beach (and quieter). The pool bar also provides food and drink service to the beach. The water was very clear, calm and warm and we got to see a manatee and some baby sea turtles. You can walk out a pretty good distance. Overall, we all loved our trip and wish we were still there.

My family had a wonderful time visiting Miami. There was a small hiccup checking in and there was construction going on in the front of the building but owner had great communication and pool area/beach area were in excellent condition. The construction noise could not be heard from inside the building. Great place to stay!

The unit was clean and comfortable, the location is excellent, right on the beach. Our kids loved the pools and hot tubs, and the balcony with waterway and beach views were amazing. Loved it - we would love to come back.

Walls are solid and we didn’t observe noise from surrounding units while in the room. Unit was as advertised, floors were a little sandy upon entry but there is a broom and it is on the beach after all. Windows also had some marks from previous pets or kids. Enjoyed the boardwalk and lounging at the pool in a non rowdy, chill atmosphere. Typical resort type restaurant and sundry prices.

For the most part, this was a good property and as advertised. Location was great. Facilities and furnishings were a little dated but definitely serviceable. The unit was well stocked and the host was very responsive. Check-in was a little difficult as the Front Desk did not have any idea as to how to access the unit. The resort has electronic bracelets that are used for elevators and other door access, and as it turns out that bracelet is also the key for the unit. That was actually very convenient, it was just a little difficult on check-in when the Front Desk did not know how to access the unit and we had to get a security guard to take us up to the unit. This was not the host’s fault, and was not an issue after check-in. Check out was very easy. And valet, although expensive, was very convenient.

This particular property is a little further uptown closer to mid beach than we thought, but the grounds are gorgeous. Two beautiful pools, poolside bar and high class on site restaurant. They’re also very convenient store, coffee shop, live music venue. The condo building/hotel itself is in heavy disrepair, the elevators were broken, and there was a smell throughout the property. The front desk staff also was very rude as well as a very heavy security presence with no sense of customer service, mostly enforcement. This energy did change the energy for our stay. But, the host was amazing. In the finishes in the condo itself were also very nice. The view is top notch, and you can see the bay and ocean

We traveled with another couple. The condo was set up really nicely for 2 couples with the master suite on one side and the second bedroom and bath on the other side of the living area with a separate door offering nice privacy for both. The pool area was also very nice offering an adult only pool as well as a family pool with a nice bar. Everything was just a quick walk or Uber ride away. The little shop downstairs offered coffee and other options as well. Everything we needed! Minimal contact with the owners because there wasn’t a need. But the little contact we had was pleasant.

The pool area was also very nice offering an adult only pool as well as a family pool with a nice bar. Everything was just a quick walk or Uber ride away. This place is absolutely a great value for the view alone! We loved being steps from the beach as well as using the beautiful pool with great service! The room itself was very spacious and fit four adults comfortably. Only cons were cleanliness as the floors were dirty and gritty (even before we went to the beach), there were some broken tile by the windows, the headboard was ripped up in one bedroom, and drawings of a heart in another bedroom. Also there wasn’t any hand soap provided. Otherwise, beyond these small cosmetic changes, this place truly was amazing! My friends and i couldn’t stop saying how much this felt like an all inclusive resort and we would absolutely book again!

The property was advertised to accommodate 8 to 10. Unit was old, faulty bathroom water fixture leak, tv's remote non-functional, not enough towels or toiletries. Old furniture and broken. I attempted to communicate with owner or the person who advertised the unit, it took approx 1 1/2 to get acknowledge without any resolution addressing the issues.

The property was in a perfect location in Miami Beach! The views of the canal and ocean were amazing. The unit was not as fully stocked for a larger group than I thought. The TVs didn’t work, several cabinet knobs were off and light bulbs missing in master bathroom. The unit was very clean

The building and location are great. The host was absolutely awful. No internet, running toilet for 2.5 days, leak in the bathroom, given limited supplies and Jessica was terrible with communication. The drawers didn’t have handles so we couldn’t store items. Too many options to waste your stay in this unfinished unit.

Upon noticing there was a leak the day after we arrived, we reached out to the contact number that was provided. We got a call back 45 hours later to acknowledge receipt of our call but it was another 48 hours before it was resolved. The leak was not just an inconvenience, but a hazard as I initially slipped before realizing the issue and it was also dangerous as it was filtering through a lamp. I filled a security report with the hotel and during the process they did not treat us like guests but more like outsiders as renters, they also refused to give us a copy of the report. We felt like this ordeal merited at least a couple of nights of compensation but were offered $150 to “make it right” which we declined since that was not going to change the impact this inconvenience had on our family vacation.

My family had a wonderful time visiting Miami. There was a small hiccup checking in and there was construction going on in the front of the building but owner had great communication and pool area/beach area were in excellent condition. The construction noise could not be heard from inside the building. Great place to stay!

This property was not as advertised. It and the furniture were rundown and worn out. The kitchen and bathrooms were not adequately stocked, no broom, handles were missing from dressers and cabinets, the televisions did not work, one bathroom floor was flooded and the tub and one sink had no drains. Hosts were unresponsive except for repairing 2 tvs and the flooding. wre difficult

The unit is in great condition. We stayed in this building once before and this unit was the nicer of the two. Kitchen and entire living space was great. Bathrooms were really nice too! Only challenges were: 1 - Saying it sleeps 6 is deceptive. There is a trundle bed in the master bedroom which would be incredibly awkward to use as it would basically create one massively long bed with 4 people. We moved the mattresses out and had two kids sleep in the living space. 2 - The showers only had ridiculously hot water coming out. We let the unit manager know right away, he said he'd get back to us and never did. I followed up later and he thought it was taken care of, but he had never followed up with me. Both showers were the same. All of us had to take baths only which really slowed down the evening process (seriously, the water was THAT hot).

This particular property is a little further uptown closer to mid beach than we thought, but the grounds are gorgeous. Two beautiful pools, poolside bar and high class on site restaurant. They’re also very convenient store, coffee shop, live music venue. The condo building/hotel itself is in heavy disrepair, the elevators were broken, and there was a smell throughout the property. The front desk staff also was very rude as well as a very heavy security presence with no sense of customer service, mostly enforcement. This energy did change the energy for our stay. But, the host was amazing. In the finishes in the condo itself were also very nice. The view is top notch, and you can see the bay and ocean

The building and location are great. The host was absolutely awful. No internet, running toilet for 2.5 days, leak in the bathroom, given limited supplies and Jessica was terrible with communication. The drawers didn’t have handles so we couldn’t store items. Too many options to waste your stay in this unfinished unit.

Beautiful condo! Clean and exactly like advertised. Host was very responsive and provided excellent customer service! The only issue was the front of the building was not well kept, but the other amenities were perfect.

Stayed for 5 nights (6/24/24-6/29/24) with my wife and 2 daughters. The suite was as promised and has a great view of both the beach and downtown Miami. Service by the pool was top notch and the beach is much nicer here than at South Beach (and quieter). The pool bar also provides food and drink service to the beach. The water was very clear, calm and warm and we got to see a manatee and some baby sea turtles. You can walk out a pretty good distance. Overall, we all loved our trip and wish we were still there.

The unit was clean and comfortable, the location is excellent, right on the beach. Our kids loved the pools and hot tubs, and the balcony with waterway and beach views were amazing. Loved it - we would love to come back.

The property was in a perfect location in Miami Beach! The views of the canal and ocean were amazing. The unit was not as fully stocked for a larger group than I thought. The TVs didn’t work, several cabinet knobs were off and light bulbs missing in master bathroom. The unit was very clean

Walls are solid and we didn’t observe noise from surrounding units while in the room. Unit was as advertised, floors were a little sandy upon entry but there is a broom and it is on the beach after all. Windows also had some marks from previous pets or kids. Enjoyed the boardwalk and lounging at the pool in a non rowdy, chill atmosphere. Typical resort type restaurant and sundry prices.

We traveled with another couple. The condo was set up really nicely for 2 couples with the master suite on one side and the second bedroom and bath on the other side of the living area with a separate door offering nice privacy for both. The pool area was also very nice offering an adult only pool as well as a family pool with a nice bar. Everything was just a quick walk or Uber ride away. The little shop downstairs offered coffee and other options as well. Everything we needed! Minimal contact with the owners because there wasn’t a need. But the little contact we had was pleasant.

I took my son and his friends and we stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. The room was plenty big for five of us. 2 moms and 3 18 yrs. If you're looking for a fast pace location, I would say this is not it, but if you're looking for a nice, relaxing, cozy place... This is it!! It is in a safe location, valet & front desk were helpful in answering all our questions. Will return next week!

This was a great condo! Master bathroom was modern and spacious. Updated kitchen made wine, snacks and leftovers a breeze. Property owner was proactive and responsive. We knew exactly what to expect and all the granular details about the condo, the property and Miami were provided in advance. Owner went above and beyond to assist us when our flight home was delayed for two days. We were thrilled with our choice to stay here!

Post was indeed welcoming, and nice. However, the reservation claimed there was sleeping for six people, but only four beds are available. Officially, we’re not a book enough regular blankets available. Only three blankets for six people.

Beautiful condo with beautiful ocean/waterway/bay views. Loved the pools & bar food & cocktails. Love location on the beach. Rented bikes for the incredible boardwalk that runs along the beach.

The trundle bed was not really usable (for lower bed) since frame was very loose and we didn’t feel comfortable having someone sleep on lower bed. The ice maker did not work. Wristband sensor for gate to beach did not work well (often had to use push button to open gate and at least once, no one answered push button phone). Air conditioner worked fine. Laundry worked fine. Condo was clean. Pools were good and access to beach was good.
