I enjoyed our stay, there’s no one at the front desk though, had to call twice before they picked up lol. She gives u room number and passcode otp. It seems to me they’re in the process of remodeling the rooms which is nice. We got the King Suite and it looked exactly like the pictures online. The mattress was literally new and super comfy, the shower was marble and clean. After reading the reviews online AFTER I had already booked it, I was super skeptical and thought I had gotten ripped off, but it’s really nice. No bugs at all, the walls are freshly painted, it was super clean and comfy! The only issue I had with the cleanliness of the place would be the sand all over the floor when we first got there. I guess being right on the beach its kind of inevitable, but I assumed they would have swept a little haha. The pool is drained out and extremely dirty though it’s like brown, was hoping it was up and running I really wanted to swim, but other than that would definitely recommend to a friend and stay here again thank you!

The pool was under construction the outside was clean but hurricane damage was definitely done there! on the outside place looks horrible. Never judge a book by its cover this place is slowly being redone but the rooms are all brand new redone painted very clean. Free WiFi There is clean towels available upon request. I read these reviews about no towels or soap…communicate people because I did not have a problem getting what I needed The parking is not a problem because ms Vicki makes sure her guests have a place to park although there is only four or five spaces upfront there is always parking in the back property that’s safe. For the price and peace of mind you can’t beat it and waking up and there’s the beach me and my family had a great stay and we will be coming back in July and staying at the same place if available

We had a great beach weekend. The room was practically on the beach and had an ocean view. Be aware that parking is tough but the owner always helped us find a spot!

it seems they switched over to code entry call phone number on door for code a nice lady moved us from our first room There was poor lighting on the outside it may be for the Sea turtles the second room was nice the place was quite if I were 20 years younger no bother limited tv channels we booked hoping to say hi Bob &Penny they ran the place a couple years ago Great price basic place bottom line I would stay again even with the pool out being out but arrive in the day ken

The rooms are nicely decorated almost like you are staying in a boutique motel. The outside could use a pressure washing. The pool was being repaired because of the hurricane that hit the area a while back. Check in is by phone. You are given the combo to get your key from a realtor type lock box. The price for what you get is unbeatable!!!

Property Manger was so sweet and accomodating. Clean room with a king bed and pull out sofa. 2 adults 1 preteen and 2 toddlers slept comfortably. Cant beat the price at what they had to offer! Woke up to the sunrise pouring in the window. Gorgeous ocean view. Pool is closed, but it didnt bother us, because its beachfront!

The place was probably built in the 60's. I did see they were trying to update it. Court yards needed cutting and pruning, the pool was out of order, and the website is totally deceiving. I had asked for 2 king rooms, but I got 1 room with a king bed and the other with a queen. If you are into nostalgic things, you may enjoy it. I'm not saying it was bad, but the website makes you think its a nicer place than what it really is.

The inside of the rooms were recently updated which they did a pretty good job..The outside looks pretty rough.Parking is awful. They only have a few spots. If you park anywhere else near the hotel and dont pay the parking police will get you.Its ok for a day ot two stay.Thats about it.

I arrived at checkin at the front desk and was given instructions how to get into my room after I got into my room there was bugs all Uber the floor and food products in different areas of the floor the bed was stained I asked for a new pillowcase the front desk of personnel gave me one I let her know my wife was not comfortable with the bugs in the room those bugs on the in the bed roaches on the floor and ask for a refund tune relocated to somewhere else and they told me they already got paid and you can't do anything for me to contact hotel.com it was my worst hotel state ever

We stayed at this place for a couple of days and overall, we had a great experience. The room was simple but had everything we needed—clean, cozy, and comfortable for our stay. The kitchenette was definitely a plus and came in handy. The outside area, on the other hand, could use a little TLC—it felt a bit neglected and could be improved with some maintenance or updates. But what truly stood out was Anita. She runs the place all by herself and is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of—super helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. Her kindness and dedication really made our stay more enjoyable. We appreciate everything she did for us and would definitely consider coming back!

For the price...this was an excellent value. I was in the Deluxe Studio Suite which was the front room closest to the beach. The view of the beach (over and beyond the closed pool) is great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette is very basic, but with the things I brought from home, it was okay for just me. Sharon, the housekeeper, was very friendly and accommodating, answering any questions and making sure I had everything I needed. With all that said, I would stay in the same room again.

I couldnt actually stay here. They use a lock box with a key in it. Without saying what the code to the lock box was, i can say that it is simple enough that its unlikely it's ever changed. But you don't really need to get into the lock box because all you really need is a crow bar. The door has space along the side of it where any kind of psycho could invade your room if they want to. I booked a room with a view and was given a view of the parking lot. Honestly, that sucked but i couldve rolled with it. The tv couldnt connect to the wireless router and while we were waiting for that to be fixed, we found bugs, stains, and pubic hairs in various parts of the room. Literally cobwebs on the door, gunk splotches on the wall, the ceiling fan looked like it was due to fall off. I will say that the people from the hotel accomodated my need to cancel the booking, so ive been reluctant to review, but expedia reminded me other customers may need to know.

Room was clean and had the beach theme . Beds were comfortable and sheets smelled like gain . Room was big and location was perfect . The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us . More so than any hotel I’ve ever been to . 30 stars for that alone . I saw bad review on this place but can’t see why . Thanks y’all

Looks like it just finished with a remodel on this older model building, we stayed in the room right by the office, it was roomy, 2 queen beds, small microwave and small fridge. They had wifi BUT it was not the best, the staff was super sweet . We stayed during Daytona Bike Week, so it was a little pricey( for the room ) Hot water was the best , I always love a super hot shower

Property is dated and pool is still damaged from hurricanes. Rooms are newly remodeled. Location is excellent and it is nice to walk right out your door to the ocean. Price is unbeatable!
Property is dated and pool is still damaged from hurricanes. Rooms are newly remodeled. Location is excellent and it is nice to walk right out your door to the ocean. Price is unbeatable!

Promised an ocean view got the only room that didn't have an ocean view right behind the office next to the highway where you could hear every vehicle and every conversation on the sidewalk along the street in our room. The front door didn't seem to have a seal and couldn't hardly get any sleep there. Take a shower and the water pools out in front of the toilet. Had planned to stay there three nights decided we couldn't do it. they promised to refund our money through Expedia and then changed their minds. we left anyway

Property Manger was so sweet and accomodating. Clean room with a king bed and pull out sofa. 2 adults 1 preteen and 2 toddlers slept comfortably. Cant beat the price at what they had to offer! Woke up to the sunrise pouring in the window. Gorgeous ocean view. Pool is closed, but it didnt bother us, because its beachfront!

For the price...this was an excellent value. I was in the Deluxe Studio Suite which was the front room closest to the beach. The view of the beach (over and beyond the closed pool) is great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette is very basic, but with the things I brought from home, it was okay for just me. Sharon, the housekeeper, was very friendly and accommodating, answering any questions and making sure I had everything I needed. With all that said, I would stay in the same room again.

Room was clean and had the beach theme . Beds were comfortable and sheets smelled like gain . Room was big and location was perfect . The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us . More so than any hotel I’ve ever been to . 30 stars for that alone . I saw bad review on this place but can’t see why . Thanks y’all

I enjoyed our stay, there’s no one at the front desk though, had to call twice before they picked up lol. She gives u room number and passcode otp. It seems to me they’re in the process of remodeling the rooms which is nice. We got the King Suite and it looked exactly like the pictures online. The mattress was literally new and super comfy, the shower was marble and clean. After reading the reviews online AFTER I had already booked it, I was super skeptical and thought I had gotten ripped off, but it’s really nice. No bugs at all, the walls are freshly painted, it was super clean and comfy! The only issue I had with the cleanliness of the place would be the sand all over the floor when we first got there. I guess being right on the beach its kind of inevitable, but I assumed they would have swept a little haha. The pool is drained out and extremely dirty though it’s like brown, was hoping it was up and running I really wanted to swim, but other than that would definitely recommend to a friend and stay here again thank you!

Beautiful area, beach front and plenty of amenities. Michelle was amazing to us our entire stay, great communication and was so helpful with anything that we needed. We came on a semi-budgeted vacation and our little kitchen was great for preparing a quick meal and keeping snacks and drinks. We will definitely be staying here again if we get the chance! Highly recommended just because of how great the staff was to us.

Vicky and Tim were great! Our AC didn’t work but Vicky and Tim gave us a portable ac unit. Vicky deserves an award, she does it all!! Ftont desk, management and housekeeping. I am an Area Operations Manager for several hotels in Orlando and for het yo be a one women show is remarkable. She does it with a smile. My husband and I had a great time and we will definitely be back again.

We had a great beach weekend. The room was practically on the beach and had an ocean view. Be aware that parking is tough but the owner always helped us find a spot!

Was a great stay! Rooms were comfortable, area felt safe. We loved being right across from the beach! Only thing I would recommend is maybe having a broom available in room we had so much sand and I felt awful not being able to sweep up before we left! We will definitely be back.

Motel is super convenient to everything. Rooms are very nice and clean. Property is dated and pool is shut down due to hurricane. Staff is excellent. Love the fact you walk right outside to your own picnic table and can be in the ocean quickly.

This property is a good lower price option for stays in Daytona Beach. While it does not have the amenities of more upscale properties (no pool, no bar, no restaurant) it makes the most of what it has. There was a self serve breakfast that was pretty good offering sandwiches, fruit, waffles and a few other options. Our room was good sized with a small but well equipped kitchen space. We had an oceanfront balcony which was nice. The room, while dated, was also kept very clean. We have stayed here a couple of times now, so overall I consider it a good value.

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend in the room with the beach view. The room itself was very clean and had a nice sized mini fridge and microwave, as well as a stove and a grill outside. The staff member running the whole thing was very helpful as well! Anytime we had questions we were able to call or text the provided phone number and he would respond immediately. Over flow parking available less than 2 minutes across the street and less than a minute walk onto the beach. Would definitely stay again!

I missed the email saying I needed to contact them 24 hours before arrival. I called the day I was supposed to arrive, left 2 voice messages and a text and attempted to contact through Hotels.com and got no response. I could have understood losing the one night of stay since I missed their email. However we missed both nights because they wouldn't return a call. So paid for 2 nights and didn't get to stay.

We stayed for one night on our way to Miami. It looks like they are in the middle of renovating the property. The outside is a little shabby but the rooms were super clean and up to date! We were able to walk from our room right out onto the beach. The pool was empty and in disrepair on our visit but we weren't interested in that amenity. If you are, you may want to check on that. Overall great stay and totally worth the price of admission!
