If you like a budget motel spread out where you can back up your pickup to the front door, this is the best I have ever seen as far as the cleanliness of our room. Every sq in appears to have been rehabbed by some skilled craftsmen.

The room was very clean. The room Looked like it had been updated recently. It was quiet. Parking was easy. The staff was very nice and friendly. The grounds wre well kept and had nice landscaping.

Very clean room and a nice comfortable bed. The woman who checked me in was friendly and it took only a minute to check into my room. I like motels with parking right in front of the room. I recommend this motel!

Usual most motel on the side of a highway in almost the middle of nowhere, you’d expect something sketchy but this motel was very clean and updated! Plus the area was lit up very well so you could easily see outside at night

Love this place. Understated, family run, very very quiet and directly off the freeway. I love motels when they’re done right. It’s efficient and had exactly what you need. I also like parking right outside my room.

Room is recently renovated, exterior lighting is good, hotel sign could be brighter, we had trouble finding it right away, clean inside and out, no noise from the road, conveniently located, while we were dropping off hotel key the cleaning staff ran up to us to hand an item we would've forgotten in the fridge

Excellent hotel off the freeway for the price. Very clean room, quiet outside, could not hear the freeway even though we were close by it. Plenty of parking for our pickup truck and 24 ft trailer. It's a one story country motel in the middle of nowhere.

Very clean, easy to check in. Recommend, however $40 as a fee for 1 night with 2 dogs is excessive. The room was also extremely small and my husband scraped his leg on the corner of the bed which is literally right in the way when you walk in the room. However, if you aren't traveling with animals or got a different room it's probably great.

It is excellent value, and although the rooms are small, they are very clean and well-appointed: they have microwaves, large mini-fridges and hair dryers. (My stay at a much more expensive hotel in Albuquerque had none of these features!). I drive between Alabama and southern California regularly and I have stayed here three times now, and have always found the staff very pleasant.

We were on a long trip and decided to stop here for the night. We checked in around 8:30pm and everything seemed fine, even though the front desk attendant wasn’t very friendly. My husband and I both took showers and both started to feel very ill within the next couple of hours. I was nauseous and lightheaded and went into the bathroom and smelled a strong odor of gas. We immediately grabbed our things and wanted a refund. The front desk did not apologize but only claimed there was no gas anywhere near there (we suspect water heaters as the odor was strongest in the bathroom). I asked to get a refund and they claimed they could not that I had to go through Expedia since that’s how I booked. Expedia was unable to get them to approve a refund. Wasted money on a nights stay and a horrible hassle having to get up in the middle of the night and drive longer to a decent hotel, wish the front desk would have been more accommodating.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and stocked the room was. It is very near I-40, which was one of the reasons we chose it. It is also outside the craziness of Oklahoma City, which was another appealing aspect. Near Rustler’s BBQ, which was amazing for dinner. It also felt safe and had a little store on sight. I would definitely recommend this little gem.

Rooms are clean and comfortable! A/C unit smell is my only complaint but a Fabreeze Air vent clip helped! Door to the bathroom/shower door was broken, the top hinge was loose and screws stripped out so the door would not close. There was an abandoned building next door and surrounding area desolated. The property itself was good/ okay. All in all one of the better hotel/motels in Henryetta. All in all I would stay again.

This was a quaint little motel off I-40. Updated and very quiet. We left before breakfast was open, continental breakfast. There is a Shoney’s down the road where we had dinner. Otherwise not much else but fast food.

Super friendly staff. Clean and newly renovated. We just needed a comfy bed and hot shower on this stop in our cross-country travels. Simple breakfast. The location is conveniently off I-40.

The room was recently remodled, and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was packaged pastry and coffee...that did not. work. We headed out to get breakfast elsewhere

A special thank you to the staff member that checked me in !! He went above and beyond to accommodate me with a refrigerator that had a freezer. I have insulin that needed to be kept cold as I still had a 6 hour drive the next morning. I needed a refrigerator that had a freezer for my ice packs. He put me in a room that suited my needs. Thank you for your great customer service !!!!!!

The property has been dramatically updated since I last was there before 2020. The only comment/suggestion I have is the particular room I had....the bathroom door needed to be propped open to insure air circulation. Rehanging the door should fix it.

If you want a very clean room and a comfortable bed at an out-of-the-way, locally owned place, then I can recommend this room. The "continental breakfast" was not much - just cereal, but could not find any milk. But I saved enough money to get a good breakfast along the way.
