The Monterey Hotel - Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast.

Great hotel, amazing staff, lovely pool, all based in the heavenly island of Jersey...it doesn't get any better!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel a bit dated, but spotlessly clean. Good choice at breakfast, eggs cooked to order! Also had the advantage of a poolside room 🏊‍♂️

All of the staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel was exactly what were hoping for and did not disappoint.
