Holiday Inn Express and Suites Atascocita - Humble - Kingwood by IHG

Started with unable to locate ice bucket. Went to get that. Found bucket in closet? Next iron did not work; water still in it. Took it downstairs they had to get an iron from another room and bring up. Turned on iron and THE LOW POWER BURNT A HOLE IN MY PANTS I NEEDED FOR AN EVENT!! Had to go out at 10:00 and find another outfit. — Left room at 10:45 Saturday morning. Cleaning staff were servicing room next door. Can back to room and was disappointed that room was not serviced. THEN RECD KNOCK ON DOOR @4:30 asking if we want room serviced?!! Unacceptable service at this hotel! Plus I’m out a very expensive pair of pants!! And had to purchase a something for next day events!! Please respond

Everything was excellent! The Suite was great, clean and very spacious. Staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast was delicious!
