The property is nice and clean, well maintained the front desk staff was attentive. Unfortunately the air conditioning unit in my room sounded like a freight train driving through my room every time it turned on. I didn't get back to the room until just after midnight, so, it didn't make sense to change rooms at that point. I didn't sleep at all and when I walked over to the unit to see if I could figure out why it was making the horrendous noise, the carpet was all wet. I told the front desk upon check out. At least the coffee was good in the morning. The property is decent and I probably would stay there again. But, definitely let the front desk know of any issues as soon as you encounter them.

Awesome hotel. Rooms are big with a kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was top notch. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. First and most important, the receptionist when we arrived was the best. She was kind, friendly and genuinely seemed happy to have us there. I did have a couple questions which she was able to answer and act on quickly. The pool area was clean and the towels were always stocked for use. The only thing i wish had been better was the breakfast. The options were not great and everything seemed very artificial and unmanaged. There were very little fresh options unless it was an apple or a banana, which were thrown in a basket. In addition, there was the same singular bagel all 3 mornings we went, with no cream cheese. Lastly, there was not a worker cleaning or manning the breakfast area any of the times we were there. Guests were cleaning tables and the "bar" in front of the breakfast foods on their own. The only time we saw a worker was when the trays of food were being changed out - then they retreated to the back area out of sight. For a hotel where people stay for long periods of time, this was disappointing. Had the breakfast been better, this stay would have been 5 stars for us.
