Lovely room with lots of nice touches, like the Ferrero Rocher welcome chocs. Excellent shower and fantastic cooked breakfast option. Parking good and easy walk into Lymington. Happy to recommend.

Comfortable clean room with great bed and lots of complimentary toiletries. Fully stocked tray with teas, coffees and biscuits replenished each day. Service was amazing and so helpful. Great secure parking and proximity to Lymington town which had great shops, bars and restaurants. The Saturday market was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back for another visit.

L'étape à Highfield Coach House lors de notre voyage à vélo s'est parfaitement déroulée. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable. Des articles de toilette étaient à disposition. L'accueil était excellent et nous avons pu garer nos vélos en sécurité. Également un grand merci pour l'aide à la réparation de notre vélo !

Personally met in the car park by Fraser who offered the EV charger at a small cost for our car. He explained how the key card and door entry system worked and helped with the luggage. Also escorted us to our room and said he would be contactable if we had any queries. Recommended a taxi service to us by a local company. Offered us an upgrade and breakfast if we wanted. Room and en suite, bright, modern and clean. Within walking distance of the high street. Quiet location and good off street parking. Excellent service.

We chose this guest house because of the excellent reviews. We were not let down, it was exceptional. Everything we wanted and more! Very nice hosts, very clean room with all we wanted. A surprisingly full breakfast that was fresh and tasty. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Lymington and if we return this will be our accommodation.

We received a lovely greeting - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotless, comfortable bed and very nice on suite. They provided everything & more what needed, kettle, selection of teas, coffe, sugar, biscuits and a daily chocolate each. We would highly recommend

We had a lovely one night's stay at Highfield Coach House. Although we were in the Economy Double as it was a very last minute booking, everything was lovely. Very comfortable bed, everything spotlessly clean, great shower. Excellent breakfast in the main house with Fraser and Maria as impeccable hosts. Fraser greeted us on arrival and made us feel so welcome, nothing too much trouble. Will most definitely be returning!

Lovely place, very welcoming. Everything was explained to me on arrival, couldn't have been more helpful. Room was very clean and had all i needed for my stay. didn't have breakfast as I had an early start. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you.

First rate hotel- spotlessly clean large rooms with home comforts and comfortable bed. We were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. An example was a request for gluten free breakfast was made a perfect fried GF tasty sausage! We are looking forward to returning as we rate 10 out of 10!

I was expecting a small room, as it was advertised at 6sqm. However, it had all the amenities I needed and, much to my surprise, the sizeable, well equipped bathroom was not included in their measurements. I was delighted with the room as a result. Obviously it would be very tight for a couple, but fine for a single person.

Maria Greeted us on arrival. quickly showed us our room and how to access all areas. The room was beautifully decorated, great size bathroom with all cosmetics and shower caps, etc. The property is most comfortable and great value for our overnight stay. Would be good for longer stays as well.

I had to stay overnight for work and booked this guesthouse at the last minute. I'm so glad I did. The place was faultless. My room was spacious, spotless and had everything I needed. The owners are lovely, beyond helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm down that way

Great position for exploring Lymington and new forest. Extremely well run, clean and comfortable . Flexible with time of arriving and breakfast options and not expensive for what you get.!

Very convenient for our overnight stay prior to travelling to the Isle of Wight the following day. Staying at Highfield meant that we could travel the day before without any stress about being on time for the ferry crossing.

Personally met in the car park by Fraser who offered the EV charger at a small cost for our car. He explained how the key card and door entry system worked and helped with the luggage. Also escorted us to our room and said he would be contactable if we had any queries. Recommended a taxi service to us by a local company. Offered us an upgrade and breakfast if we wanted. Room and en suite, bright, modern and clean. Within walking distance of the high street. Quiet location and good off street parking. Excellent service.

Lovely room with lots of nice touches, like the Ferrero Rocher welcome chocs. Excellent shower and fantastic cooked breakfast option. Parking good and easy walk into Lymington. Happy to recommend.

Had a lovely 2 night stay. The attention to detail was great and it was clear that Fraser and the team really aim to make the guests feel as important as they can. Excellent breakfast too!

We chose this guest house because of the excellent reviews. We were not let down, it was exceptional. Everything we wanted and more! Very nice hosts, very clean room with all we wanted. A surprisingly full breakfast that was fresh and tasty. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Lymington and if we return this will be our accommodation.

First rate hotel- spotlessly clean large rooms with home comforts and comfortable bed. We were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. An example was a request for gluten free breakfast was made a perfect fried GF tasty sausage! We are looking forward to returning as we rate 10 out of 10!

We could not fault the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners. Toiletries in a basket in the room also a cooler fan. Comfortable bed and walk in shower. The breakfast was cooked fresh for us and the table laid nicely. We opted for half English breakfast which was more than sufficient. Would certainly visit again and can highly recommend
