Bien sans plus. Hôtel à rénover entièrement. Trop de choses qui ne vont pas. Tv dans la chambre, pas toujours de l’eau chaude dans la salle de bain et pas de chauffage dans celle ci. Lit inconfortables. Pas de deuxième draps de lit correcte et pas de couverture. Chauffage très bruyant . . Bref il y a du boulot pour améliorer l’hotel, qui offre une belle situation de bord de mer et proximité commerces, restaurants, bus et aéroport. Ambiance très sympa le soir. Personnel de l’hotel très sympathique.

Mit Airport Hotel hat das nichts zu tun, wir mussten kurzfristig wegen einem ausgefallenen Flug buchen und landeten irgendwo im Nirgendwo, man war nicht auf Gäste eingestellt, Zimmer wurde schnell gerichtet aber gemütlich und einladend ist anders. Das ganze hat überhaupt nichts mit einem Hotel zu tun, alles ist mehr als provisorisch. Das Personal und Besitzer sehr nett, mit Englisch geh es ein bisschen. Der Strand ist auch nicht einladend, also keine Empfehlung von mir. Hier lebt man von den Istanbulern die am Wochenende zum Picknick ans Meer kommen, aber nicht als Hotelier.

My flight was canceled so i needed a place to stay for at least 1 or 2 nights. Having already stayed the La Quinta by Wyndham in Istanbul for 2 nights, i wanted different scenery and relative close vicinity to the airport. I decided to check this spot out. I took a cab to Karaburun and the drive there was absolutely charming. The countryside scenery was picturesque with small country roads, farm animals and pretty flowers. The restaurant part of the hotel was open air and it was a very, very hot day. The first room i was given had a beach front balcony view which was amazing but the on shore breeze kept rattling the front door, sleeping in that room would be a problem so they offered me a different room which turned out to be equally as good if not better. I kept the balcony door open but also used the ac which was fine. The hotel has a restaurant with about 2 dozen meals to choose from ranging from $10-$20 plates of traditional meals. There is a small local market next door for any snacks or additional beverages you may desire. The beaches were fairly clean with a few gentle and playful dogs roaming free. The area is basically a small and quiet beachfront property with as local feel to it. Charming and hospitable.

very friendly owner-family, very helpfull, usefull information, car park directly at the hotel, just at the beach, supermarket nearby, tasty breakfast, very flexible, definitelly worth a stay :-) we liked it

Hotel frente al mar negro donde puedes ver muchos perritos. Es de los mas cercanos al Aeropuerto aunque la distancia es larga. Es una buena opción si tienes que estar a primera hora en Aeropuerto Internacional de Estambul. La zona es poco turística

I liked the property being small family run, compact and very friendly. What you pay for what you get is great. When you pay about £50 a night for a room you dont expect much. I got a very clean room , with balcony facing the sea, compact shower/toilet room with wash basin, also including some shampoo bottles. Hair dryer, kettle and tea and coffee facilities in room. Very comftable memory foam mattress, good pillows and quilt. Furniture on balcony (plastic) 2 x chairs and a small table. Breakfast was extra, either toasted cheese toastie, or a traditional Turkish breakfast platter-tea or coffee or what ever else you wanted to drink. Dinner was also available from about 10 different meals. I sampled 2 meals both very nice. Yet again very inexpensive. They accept cash or credit/debit cards. Limited parking at hotel but plenty availabilty on the road opposite which was not a problem.

Very clean, bed was comfortable, shower was useless, the door rattled in its frame and the door to the balcony was difficult to lock & unlock. The man who met us at the reception was very nice. It was a handy place to stay for our last night as it was near the airport.

Staff was kind and lovely, we stayed one night and had a great stay in their clean, quiet rooms. The view of the Black Sea is amazing. Omer and the rest of the staff were so kind and helped us arrange our taxi to the airport the next day.

Fairly accommodating staff members, but a dirty place! I stayed overnight due to flight transfer. The room and bathroom weren't properly cleaned after prior guest. There was a crumpled receipt from a prior guest on one of the shelves and stuff in the toilet... And it smelled terrible. I understand this is a three star hotel, but given it advertises itself as such, it should at least have a clean feel to it and it didn't.

Sejour horrible heureusement que deux nuits passées dans cet hotel à 100 € la nuit !!! On y avait sejourné une nuit et je n'avais retenu que le vue au petit matin. Là on nous a donné une chambre minuscule (alors que c'était pour 3 personnes) avec une propreté douteuse qu'on nous a changée après nos réclamations. La deuxième n'était pas bien mieux à part un petit balcon. Seuls points positifs la vue magnifique et la serviabilité du responsable qui nous a reçus. Le point le plus negatif la grossièreté de la femme de chambre et son ménage insupportable à 9h du matin ! Bref je ne recommande pas du tout !

The restaurant part of the hotel was open air and it was a very, very hot day. The first room i was given had a beach front balcony view which was amazing but the on shore breeze kept rattling the front door, sleeping in that room would be a problem so they offered me a different room which turned out to be equally as good if not better. I kept the balcony door open but also used the ac which was fine. The hotel has a restaurant with about 2 dozen meals to choose from ranging from $10-$20 plates of traditional meals. There is a small local market next door for any snacks or additional beverages you may desire. The beaches were fairly clean with a few gentle and playful dogs roaming free. The area is basically a small and quiet beachfront property with as local feel to it. Charming and hospitable.

Super friendly staff. They arranged our transfers and we didn’t have to move a finger. The food in the restaurant is tasty and fresh. We got a room with ocean view with a balcony. We would come back.

I liked the property being small family run, compact and very friendly. What you pay for what you get is great. When you pay about £50 a night for a room you dont expect much. I got a very clean room , with balcony facing the sea, compact shower/toilet room with wash basin, also including some shampoo bottles. Hair dryer, kettle and tea and coffee facilities in room. Very comftable memory foam mattress, good pillows and quilt. Furniture on balcony (plastic) 2 x chairs and a small table. Breakfast was extra, either toasted cheese toastie, or a traditional Turkish breakfast platter-tea or coffee or what ever else you wanted to drink. Dinner was also available from about 10 different meals. I sampled 2 meals both very nice. Yet again very inexpensive. They accept cash or credit/debit cards. Limited parking at hotel but plenty availabilty on the road opposite which was not a problem.

Sejour horrible heureusement que deux nuits passées dans cet hotel à 100 € la nuit !!! On y avait sejourné une nuit et je n'avais retenu que le vue au petit matin. Là on nous a donné une chambre minuscule (alors que c'était pour 3 personnes) avec une propreté douteuse qu'on nous a changée après nos réclamations. La deuxième n'était pas bien mieux à part un petit balcon. Seuls points positifs la vue magnifique et la serviabilité du responsable qui nous a reçus. Le point le plus negatif la grossièreté de la femme de chambre et son ménage insupportable à 9h du matin ! Bref je ne recommande pas du tout !

Communication was excellent. Scheduling transportation with the hotel was excellent. Constant communication throughout the day as our flight was delayed 5 times and still the hotel worked on getting us picked up from the airport once we landed in Istanbul. The ocean was right outside our balcony but with the flight delays and later check in we weren't able to explore or see it. I would stay here again.

Stayed in the hotel for two days(layover between flights). Personnel doesn't speak english(when they don't want to deal with you). Booked the hotel at Hotels.com and total amount was 110 usd. My card didn't go through so I picked pay at the hotel. when was checking out was charged 220 usd(not including food which was additional, don't even want to talk about it as quality was way bellow average ). I couldn't get reasonable explanation but I had to pay as I was with kids and late for the plane. They accepted cash only. I don't speak Turkish that was my problem. Also no infrastructure, nothing to do accept go to the beach. I would never come back to this Airport Kumsal Otel.

Bien sans plus. Hôtel à rénover entièrement. Trop de choses qui ne vont pas. Tv dans la chambre, pas toujours de l’eau chaude dans la salle de bain et pas de chauffage dans celle ci. Lit inconfortables. Pas de deuxième draps de lit correcte et pas de couverture. Chauffage très bruyant . . Bref il y a du boulot pour améliorer l’hotel, qui offre une belle situation de bord de mer et proximité commerces, restaurants, bus et aéroport. Ambiance très sympa le soir. Personnel de l’hotel très sympathique.

My flight was canceled so i needed a place to stay for at least 1 or 2 nights. Having already stayed the La Quinta by Wyndham in Istanbul for 2 nights, i wanted different scenery and relative close vicinity to the airport. I decided to check this spot out. I took a cab to Karaburun and the drive there was absolutely charming. The countryside scenery was picturesque with small country roads, farm animals and pretty flowers. Hotel frente al mar negro donde puedes ver muchos perritos. Es de los mas cercanos al Aeropuerto aunque la distancia es larga. Es una buena opción si tienes que estar a primera hora en Aeropuerto Internacional de Estambul. La zona es poco turística

Stayed in the hotel for two days(layover between flights). Personnel doesn't speak english(when they don't want to deal with you). Booked the hotel at Hotels.com and total amount was 110 usd. My card didn't go through so I picked pay at the hotel. when was checking out was charged 220 usd(not including food which was additional, don't even want to talk about it as quality was way bellow average ). I couldn't get reasonable explanation but I had to pay as I was with kids and late for the plane. They accepted cash only. I don't speak Turkish that was my problem. Also no infrastructure, nothing to do accept go to the beach. I would never come back to this Airport Kumsal Otel.

Stay was excellent, staff were super friendly, only a couple spoke broken English, but i was in Turkey, so i accept that. Room was clean, aircon was fantastic, downstairs is restaurant and bar, my menu had stickers on with pricing, noticed the locals menu didn't, suspect i was being charged a "tourist menu" :-) , but even then was only £20 for a meal. honestly couldn't fault the place.

Third floor walk up. Forgot to get the WiFi and it is a QR code that needs to be scanned. WiFi was slow. Bathroom is rediculous. The sink is tiny and stuck under a cabinet. Rinse and spit into the shower. They tried to arrange an airport transfer to and from for 70 euro. It cost 28 euro one way in the taxi on the meter. Made the mistake of having them call a taxi for the return to the airport. The driver charged us almost 6 euros extra for the phone call. Breakfast was supposed to be available starting at 8. The attendant was asleep on the couch so we woke him up and asked for coffee and tea. Went in and sat down. Waited 30 minutes and looked for the attendant who was back asleep. There was a woman there who worked the resteraunt but told us we needed to wake him to get anything. We left.
