Odaların duvarları çok ince olduğu için yan odalardan ses geliyor. Personeller çok iyi güler yüzlü cana yakın insanlar özellikle irem hn kızımız çok iyi bir personel diyebilirim.

This hotel was very close to the Airport and my room was great. I tried for 3 months to reserve a transfer to/from the airport to hotel and was told it's really easy but I had to wait closer to the hotel stay date. Cost would be 50 Euros total. As the date got closer I contacted the hotel, but nobody would book the transfer for me. I could reach them via email, but because I didn't have WHATS AP, the day I needed the transfer the hotel ignored me --- never provided transfer information, or even how to get to the hotel. They just sent a blank response. I finally had to take my own cab from the airport and I let the receptionist know I wasn't too happy. I then decided to book the return shuttle and was told it was 25 Euros ---- but it had to be in cash. I did not have cash and they wanted me to take a taxi to the city center to get cash. If I wanted to use a credit card I would be charged an extra 30% for the owner and another 30% for the driver. If the hotel had told me it was CASH only, I could have easily gotten the money while at the airport. In all of our emails, nobody told me I needed cash. It now makes sense why they wouldn't make the reservation prior to my arrival. They wanted more money. I let them know the extra 60% charge for using a credit card was ridiculous, and since it didn't make sense to go back to the city center, I was forced to pay a "negotiated" 30% increase. Transfer went well, but they're not great at telling important details.

Everytime i look a review i see mostly bad reviews so that you are aware, but i was mostly pleased with their been very professional. My standards were more than met: Late booking, perfect coordination with the transfer, extra help for booking a tour to downtown with little time. All at perfection.
