Felt right at home! We cannot wait to go back. Pool was great, cart with chairs and umbrella made beach day so easy. We didn’t kayak or bike, but it’s on the list for next time.

The room was FANTASTIC!! Loved everything about this place: the proximity to the beach, the paddle boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc.. super super cute place and will definitely be back!

We have been coming to this property for decades. I remember when the new owners had a video of what they planned for it to look like after the remodel, and I didn't really think it would happen. Well, it took a few years, but they accomplished their goal. It exceeds my expectations. It is absolutely beautiful. They captured tropical, modern and comfy all together. To add to all of that, the service is now exemplary. As soon as we arrived, the manager had wagons with chairs and umbrellas delivered to our door. Everyone is just so friendly and kind. This beach is our favorite in Florida -- we have tried different places all over the state, and we live less than an hour away from Cocoa and Melbourne. But, this is where we always return. We have also stayed at most of the places on the island, and now Escape is where we always return. It is not directly on the beach, but the rooms are spacious, and the pool is fantastic. There are no other places with that combination. And the beach is literally a one-minute walk away. They do have water view rooms on the intercoastal.

We rented a two bedroom condo and had a terrific time! Beds were very comfortable, used the included kayaks and paddle boards and saw a dolphin! The heated pool was lovely. There were two grills I’m the courtyard - we used the gas one but charcoal was the other option. Everything was clean, and comfortable. The beach access was super convenient and my college kids used the work out room. We took advantage of all there was to offer except the bikes. We definitely would stay here again!

Cozy little hotel nestled on Nokomis. Property is in excellent condition and the staff is more than friendly and helpful. Lots of amnesties and gadgets available (various BBQ spots on the grounds, bikes, beach chairs & toys etc.). Highly recommended

This was a very unique property. Quiet, clean and convenient in every way. There were complimentary paddle boards along with kayaks. The beach was a short walk in front of the resort and the canal was right behind us. The staff was very attentive and made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful one night stay at the Escape! The grounds are immaculately kept and we enjoyed the hidden art pieces amongst the gardens and by the pool. We had a great time riding the bicycles to a nearby restaurant for lunch, then we used a beach wagon and gear and hung out on the beach until sunset. Mark the manager was incredibly accommodating and an amazing host. The community is darling, it felt like old Florida. Best stay we’ve had in awhile and we’ll definitely be back!

There was more than 1 hair across the pillows which given the attention to folding and tucking I would think someone would have seen. We loved the beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and shell shovels. Kitchen had all the basics. Would not have been enough seating in the living room for 4 but for us it was enough for 2. Liked the over sized bathroom. The walking bath to the beach was great. Suggest putting a light and room number signs on the fence to point you in the right direction- we arrived it was pitch black and drove past the turn.

Look forward to going back! Was the perfect place to take my 9 yr old nephew fishing for the weekend. Spacious, extremely clean and comfortable & grounds were beautiful, clean & quiet. We fished off the dock at the property, across the street at the beach & walking distance to fish at Albee Bridge. POPs Restaurant was a pleasant surprise down the street too.

The nicest staff I’ve ever had. Jonas was absolutely the nicest most accommodating Hotel staff person I’ve ever dealt with, and I travel a lot. The room that I had was magnificent. The view of the boats was wonderful. I had a baby owl fly right up on my deck. I will be back.

Room 10 is really nice! Very spacious 2 bedroom with an amazing balcony and upper deck. If you get there after the office closes, don’t worry, they put your key in an envelope with your name.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was decorated well and we loved the roof top patio and the patio outside our bedroom. Views of both the gulf and canal. No nightlife and only 2 restaurants nearby that are way over priced.

I Great place for R&R. Just a laid back feel. Very niche community. A real Hidden gem. Rooms look great, updated with lots of amenities for my taste. The atmosphere is great very nice Landscaping beach on one side marina on the other. Very good restaurants everything’s close by you can walk everywhere. Mark, the property manager is the best he will make you feel like you were staying at his own home. He will give you all the information you need and take care of everything necessary for your stay here. He definitely makes staying here that much better. First time impression great. Will be coming back as soon as possible . I came here with my wife for her birthday and our anniversary. She is very satisfying and happy so I am too. 🤗

I had planned a great trip but was so upset that my car was stolen from the lot. You would like that the property people would have just thrown their hands up and said it was my problem, but they went above and beyond helping me. The manager Mark even gave me a ride to the rental car so I didn't have to Uber. Everyone on the property was told about my car and helped look for it. They said just to ask and we will do what we can. Who these days are willing to help someone out with out anything in return.... THANKS !!!! I will see you again...

We love this resort. Great location, walking distance to bars and restaurants. The manager is amazing. The property had damage from hurricane Milton. Prior to our stay, he called and said we could checkin any time after 9 am since no one was in our room the day before. That was great! We had a whole additional day to hang out. We will go back to this resort!

My wife and I came to the area for our daughter’s wedding and we can not say enough great things about our stay! The property was beautiful! We only stayed for 2 nights and will definitely be coming back. Mark the general manager was AMAZING and easy to see how much he likes his job. He walked us around the entire property and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and visit during our stay. If you are looking for a place VERY close to the beach and within walking distance to eating and shopping this is the place to stay. I promise you will not regret it. Even if you don’t want to walk there are bicycles on the property that are available.

Sometimes you check in someplace and you instantly know it’s going to be perfect. Perfect location with a walking path to the beach, close to restaurants, groceries, and other shopping. Perfectly updated villa with a ton of room, king beds, and a patio. Perfectly friendly staff that make sure you have what you need including a really nice setup with everything you need for the beach. Perfect laid back vibe. My only regret? Not staying longer. I’ll be going back and I’ll recommend Escape to anyone visiting the area. Thank you!

We have been coming to this property for decades. I remember when the new owners had a video of what they planned for it to look like after the remodel, and I didn't really think it would happen. Well, it took a few years, but they accomplished their goal. It exceeds my expectations. It is absolutely beautiful. They captured tropical, modern and comfy all together. To add to all of that, the service is now exemplary. As soon as we arrived, the manager had wagons with chairs and umbrellas delivered to our door. Everyone is just so friendly and kind. This beach is our favorite in Florida -- we have tried different places all over the state, and we live less than an hour away from Cocoa and Melbourne. But, this is where we always return. We have also stayed at most of the places on the island, and now Escape is where we always return. It is not directly on the beach, but the rooms are spacious, and the pool is fantastic. There are no other places with that combination. And the beach is literally a one-minute walk away. They do have water view rooms on the intercoastal.

We love this resort. Great location, walking distance to bars and restaurants. The manager is amazing. The property had damage from hurricane Milton. Prior to our stay, he called and said we could checkin any time after 9 am since no one was in our room the day before. That was great! We had a whole additional day to hang out. We will go back to this resort!

It was beautiful and a very clean facility with a convenient 1 minute walk access to the Gulf beach. We also liked the private seating area outside our room.

My wife and I came to the area for our daughter’s wedding and we can not say enough great things about our stay! The property was beautiful! We only stayed for 2 nights and will definitely be coming back. Mark the general manager was AMAZING and easy to see how much he likes his job. He walked us around the entire property and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and visit during our stay. If you are looking for a place VERY close to the beach and within walking distance to eating and shopping this is the place to stay. I promise you will not regret it. Even if you don’t want to walk there are bicycles on the property that are available.

This was a very convenient Beach place. Very clean and location to everything was excellent. We walked to the beach and to an excellent restaurant for dinner. Sunsets were absolutely amazing from this area.

I Great place for R&R. Just a laid back feel. Very niche community. A real Hidden gem. Rooms look great, updated with lots of amenities for my taste. The atmosphere is great very nice Landscaping beach on one side marina on the other. Very good restaurants everything’s close by you can walk everywhere. Mark, the property manager is the best he will make you feel like you were staying at his own home. He will give you all the information you need and take care of everything necessary for your stay here. He definitely makes staying here that much better. First time impression great. Will be coming back as soon as possible . I came here with my wife for her birthday and our anniversary. She is very satisfying and happy so I am too. 🤗

Cozy little hotel nestled on Nokomis. Property is in excellent condition and the staff is more than friendly and helpful. Lots of amnesties and gadgets available (various BBQ spots on the grounds, bikes, beach chairs & toys etc.). Highly recommended

We had a wonderful one night stay at the Escape! The grounds are immaculately kept and we enjoyed the hidden art pieces amongst the gardens and by the pool. We had a great time riding the bicycles to a nearby restaurant for lunch, then we used a beach wagon and gear and hung out on the beach until sunset. Mark the manager was incredibly accommodating and an amazing host. The community is darling, it felt like old Florida. Best stay we’ve had in awhile and we’ll definitely be back!

Property is beautifully maintained. Lush flowers, hedges, and trees. Wildlife enjoys the grounds as much as we do. We saw several species of birds and butterflies, a couple bunnies hopped across our patio each day, and we were lucky to spot the tortoise one morning for his daily feeding. Rooms are clean, updated, and stocked with everything you need. Kitchen had all utensils, plates, cups, pots, etc. that you need. We cooked breakfast each morning in the room and used cmmunity gas grill to make dinner. Pool and Cabana always nice and clean. Having bags of ice available on site it so nice and convenient. We enjoy using the bikes to get in a little daily movement. They've really thought of everything here. It's so peaceful and relaxing! We love staying at Escape!

Everything was clean and beautiful. We absolutely loved that beach chairs and a tent were provided for us and the easy access to the beach was fantastic. We also really loved the use of the clubhouse to play games. Overall, wonderful stay and we’ll be back!
