The only upset I have was the pool was not running. The front desk staff was super nice! Room was very clean, bed was super comfortable. Feel its a little overpriced especially without the pool but a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

I checked in at 1 am after going to the tailgate and late game. After a long day wanted to take a nice hot shower and go to bed. The tub was absolutely disgusting. I called the front desk right away and was told they were booked and no one was available to clean the bathroom. So when I checked out at 9 am I was told that they saw my complaint but the cleaning supervisor said they cleaned the bathroom. I then went to show her the picture of the nasty tub and she apologized and that’s all. No shower for me and I was called a liar. So happy I took the picture and told her they can go to the room and see for themselves as I didn’t use the dirty tub. Very disappointed.

The chair in the room was filthy stained. There was dirt marks on the walls. I brought it to the attention of the clerk when checked out and she said there was nothing she could do about it. I had to go to her supervisor. I have yet to hear from her supervisor or manager

Well we didn’t know about the $75 deposit. It wast said when booking (it should be since you need it in your acct when checking in) the girl at the check in wasn’t pleasant at all. When getting into the room The bed had hair all over it. The sheets definitely weren’t cleaned from Previous guest or previous few guests. There was cheese on the walls in the bathroom and peubs in the toilet. I had just had a procedure at Geisinger so I was to out of it to complain even though I wanted to. I always stay here when I need to get a procedure done at GMC which is often but this will be my last stay.

Nice stay for two nights. Breakfast was average. Pool was small, a little cold but okay. Construction company right behind hotel; Makes it very noisy in the mornings. 2nd night quiet hours were not obeyed. Very loud upstairs guest and guest in hallway. Air conditioner didn’t work very well and shower was very slow to drain.

Close to Geisinger Medical Center, really really tried to get me the proper room, an accessible room close to the entrance so I didn’t have to walk too far. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant when I had to make different arrangements for staying an additional night.

Quick weekend trip for a model airplane event in the area with husband and grandson. The grounds, common areas, and our room were all clean and well maintained. Plenty of hot water for three morning showers. The location is in an area that appeared very safe, close to many conveniences. The staff was very polite and personable on check in and check out. We had the breakfast, typical fare that was plentiful. English muffins were gone but a server willingly brought out more for the guest who requested them, even though it was right at the end of breakfast. Very nice family place with a decent indoor pool. We’ll come back next year!

I selected this Best Western because it was rated the highest in the area and it did not let us down. It was very clean, the staffing was super friendly and helpful and overall just a great place to stay. Very convenient. The location however does not have much around it. We came in late at night so there was no food place avail unless you wanted drive thru McDonald or 7-11. But that is not their fault. Just don’t go hungry. We did not want to drive but a mile or 2 for food at that point. But like said hotel was fabulous!!!

Wonderful, friendly staff and everything was very clean. The breakfast was really great - we were able to make our own Belgian waffles.

Wonderful, friendly staff and everything was very clean. The breakfast was really great - we were able to make our own Belgian waffles.

Overall it was a nice stay but it seemed pricey for what you get. Pool was undergoing maintenance so it was not in use. I asked about gluten free breakfast options and was told there was only cheerios (which there wasn't any) even though there's a sign saying there are several options available.

We just spent one night here but it was quiet, clean, and conveniently located. It seemed to be a newer property. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was the usual selection. Cereal options could be better but we travel with our own!

The room was clean and spacious. It was really nice having a sofa and coffee table for my son to eat on. We did not take advantage of the breakfast or swimming pool. The downsides were there was a bit of a moldy smell in the shower and the curtains to outside had stains, but it is an older property. Overall, I would stay again.

Terrible Wi-Fi. When you must turn OFF WiFi, so that Google, ESPN, Facebook, CNBC to name a few, so you get internet access you know the "safe and secure" internet server is neither. Also, water smells like chlorine. Maybe they ran out of Floride, and switched the lines. Still no excuse since you could smell it when entering the hotel. I paid 155 for that??? Not again
