Great place! Staff is nice.. place is clean... Even tho in the middle of town pretty quiet place!

Bare bones basic

I have stayed here many times...fairly basic but everything you need

This hotel was a charming older style 2 story motel very well located to the highway and restaurants. It was very clean and well maintained. The owner was friendly. We could park right outside our hotel room and this made it easy to carry our luggage in on a rainy night. There is a diner next door and a nice restaurant across the street. We had a quiet, restful stay.

I have traveled for business and pleasure most of my life and unlike some other reviews I try my best not to allow "emotions" to prevent me from giving an objective review. My objective was price, location, cleanliness: I wanted the lowest price possible, location safe and accessible for my trip, not new but clean. All of these were met. Now this being said you cannot compare an apple to an orange...meaning, in my opinion, a review should reflect my parameters...which provided an older clean budget motel. The front desk women was completely welcoming and accommodating. I requested a quiet area and that the A/C worked. She handed me a key to the room and said: "please check to make sure this room works"... the room meet fully satisfied my request! The mini fridge was already turn on and cold, had a microwave, TV, ice machine [downstairs], and it was a bigger room than most hotels. I had a concern it might not be very quiet as it was right next to a busy street yet it was exceptionally quiet! Nothing outside woke me up nor did I hear anything from other rooms. The bathroom was small but very functional, with shower water pressure that was superb! Was the bed fancy, no, but I slept with no issues at all. Pillow are always an issue even at overpriced newer hotels, same here, which is why I bring my own pillows. I have absolutely no legitimate reason why I would not stay here again! Summit Restaurant next to motel best breakfast!
