Très bel hôtel. L’ emplacement, les employés et la qualité du service. Un vrai 5 étoiles! Points négatifs: stationnement à 40€/ jour donc mauvaise idée d’arriver en Voiture. Par contre tout est accessible à pieds. Pas besoin de voiture. Deuxième point négatif. La plage est à 1 minute de l’hôtel, très accessible par contre pas de transat réservé pour les clients de l’hôtel. Il faut payer 20,50€/ jour pour avoir accès au transat+ parasol. Décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Sinon je recommande cet hôtel à 100%

A falta de informação sobre estacionamento é um ponto ruim. 40 euros por dia é um valor bem desproporcional e a opção são parkings públicos todos lotados. Chegamos para uma viagem de 10 anos de casado que fomos exclusivamente para esse hotel comemorar e avisamos isso.. espero um minimo de atenção ou uma cartinha que seja pelo valor da diária cobrada. A meia pensão não é totalmente necessária pq tem muita opção para comer na rua mas a qualidade da comida do jantar é incrível. Não tem como negar, tanto na janta como no café, comida maravilhosa.

Beliggenheten til hotellet er veldig bra. Fantastisk sand strand rett utenfor hotellet. Det er god plass og vannet er klart samt ryddig og rent. Hotellet har sikkert vært 5 stjerners men det er ikke vedlikeholdt så det er såvidt 4 stjerner i dag. Maten er en god 3er. De ansatte skjønner lite engelsk. Trenings fasilitetene var der men tredemølla virket ikke og alt var slitt. Frokosten var bra med god utvalg og fantastisk utsikt. Kommer ikke tilbake

Rent værelse og god seng. Hotellet ligger godt placeret i byen og har god udsigt til havet. Opvarmet pool. Vi fik desuden lov at få vores værelse 4 timer før officiel indtjekning og kunne også få en sen udtjekning (5 timer mod en betaling på 80 Euro). Vi var ikke tilfredse med buffeten i deres restaurant. Hverken til morgenmad eller aftensmad. Og det var mærkeligt at kun to-tre af hotellets fem restauranter holdt åbent selv om der var 90% belægning...

In der Vorsaison ein tolles Hotel mit nettem Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Abendessen in Buffetform war sehr lecker. Fleisch und Fisch konnte man sich aussuchen und es wurde direkt zubereitet. Große Auswahl. Lediglich das Gebäude bzw. die Gänge könnten eine Aufhübschung vertragen. Sehr schöner Garten mit Pool. Zimmer mit Meerblick ist empfehlenswert.

It was a nice hotel however aware it not on the private beach. It’s beach front but when you get access to the beach it’s not adults only & you have to purchase an umbrella and chairs. Nice dinner we got half broad which was a good idea breakfast and dinner was lovely and fresh, did have a late night snack one night and the sandwich was old and made me sick so stay away from midnight 24 hrs room service.. We did have a massage too at the spa it was very nice we failed asleep lol. Overall a nice place to stay a lot of couples

Amazing for the situation, the rooms with a view, the terraces, the garden, the piano bar and the shows.. A little less for the meal. Hotel parking too expensive. Not enough deckchairs. Well-maintained exteriors but would deserve little renovation.

Fint hotell med en nydelig frokost – absolutt høydepunktet på oppholdet. Utover det opplever jeg at prisen er høy i forhold til hva man får igjen. Området rundt bassenget føltes trangt, ettersom store deler av utearealet var forbeholdt «Preferred Club», som til gjengjeld virket lite brukt. Rommene er små, treningsrommet er greit, men ikke mer enn det. Generelt synes jeg det var lite ekstra for pengene. Selve området er veldig turistpreget, men det finnes mange hyggelige restauranter, barer og kafeer i nærheten. Buss til Palma var vanskelig å få til, da alle bussene som kom var fulle.

We had a lovely stay. Unfortunately the cafe was closed for the duration, the beach grille was not serving food for the duration and the restaurants were closed on certain nights. The rooms were nice but a bit tired, noisy fridge and smelly aircon.

Das Zimmer war leider mit einem dauerhaften modrigen Geruch belastet, selbst das durchgängige Lüften kam nicht dagegen an. Ich hatte einen Wasserschaden im Badezimmer von der Decke, der zwar behoben wurde, dennoch wurde keinerlei Kommunikation veranlasst, ob alles ok ist, ob ich in dem Zimmer bleiben soll / kann. Also für ein so gehobenes Hotel, war das echt schlecht. Privatsphäre war eingeschränkt im Zimmer, da man sehr gut vom Aussenbereich Speisesaal auf meinen Balkon bzw. in mein Schlafbereich schauen konnte. Ich fühlte mich während den Mahlzeiten beobachtet, was daran lag, dass die „feine“ Gesellschaft sich scheinbar weniger zu sagen haben und nur klotzen anstatt sich beim Essen auf sich und ihr gegenüber zu konzentrieren. Ein besonderer Dank geht an George, der sich in dem Zimmer überall verewigt hatte, dass zeigte mir, dass wohl schon sehr lange nicht gründlich geputzt wurde. Dass man zwar fernab von Kinderstimmen ist, wird durchaus wett gemacht von dem schlechten musikalischen Angebot abends. Da wären die Kinder angenehmer gewesen. Ganz schlechtes Programm die letzten zwei Tage. Dann bitte lieber kein Gesang. Das Frühstück war wirklich toll. Leider war das Personal nicht ganz so aufmerksam, nach einem halben Glas Orangensaft, hörte die Leistung des Services auf. Das Essen am Pool war wirklich toll und auch der Service war zuvorkommend. Die Anlage außen war sauber und schön angelegt. Die Haustechnik war zumindest draußen ordentlich und gewissenhaft.

För oss som åkte som par och är i 40-årsåldern var väl det här ingen höjdare då medelåldern var ca 70 år. Ingen musik ens vid poolen. Rummen var helt okej, saknade dock en hårtork. Fin städning och helt okej mat. Läget var toppen med närhet till alla bekvämligheter!

The hotel is very clean and quiet. It is located by the beach. The breakfast is good. There is a free public parking near the hotel if you have a car. There are plenty of good restaurants around. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel.

Secrets Villamil is a fantastic hotel, high quality, and very relaxing environment. The staff are all friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They even gave us a free upgrade to a larger room with large balcony compared to what we had originally booked. The room was very spacious and comfortable and like the rest of the hotel it was spotlessly clean. We don't normally take the half board option but were delighted we did as the food selection, quality and dining service was excellent both for breakfast and dinner. For me the best part of the hotel is the beach front location. The rear of the hotel and the outlook from the beautiful lansdscaped grounds, wonderful pool area on the terrace or the external bar terrace area is stunning. I have to commend the staff who are responsible for the maintenance of the trees, garden and external pool areas as they were all immaculate. Especially considering there was a storm the day before we arrived, they very quickly tidied up the storm debris and brought everything back to being pristine within 24 hours! The sun beds are very high quality and there are none of the usual shortages you can get at other hotels. The ability to stay in the secure hotel grounds but only be 25 to 50 yards to the beach and sea if you want it is fab. We had a great time and would like to thank all the hotel staff for making such a memorable weeks stay. We have already recommended the hotel to some other family members and friends!

I have to commend the staff who are responsible for the maintenance of the trees, garden and external pool areas as they were all immaculate. Especially considering there was a storm the day before we arrived, they very quickly tidied up the storm debris and brought everything back to being pristine within 24 hours! The sun beds are very high quality and there are none of the usual shortages you can get at other hotels. The ability to stay in the secure hotel grounds but only be 25 to 50 yards to the beach and sea if you want it is fab. We had a great time and would like to thank all the hotel staff for making such a memorable weeks stay. We have already recommended the hotel to some other family members and friends!

Die Lage vom Hotel ist TOP! Das Hotel sollte dringendst überholt werden. Das Zimmer mit Meersicht ist extrem klein. Man kann nicht mal ganz die Schranktür aufmachen. Die ganze Aussenanlage ist schön gepflegt gehalten. Wenige Meter zum schönen Strand. Für mich ist es kein 5 Sterne Hotel.

We came back to the room after having dinner and the air condition was leaking so much water through the ceiling that we had to switch rooms at 12am. The resort did nothing to accommodate us just provided a new room. Not good customer service.

Excellent hotel, outstanding, highly motivated, courteous & professional staff, location fantastic. Initially was disappointed by our room in particular the view from the balcony, hotel responded positively to our complaint & moved us to a better room with a beautiful view, well done & appreciated. Everything about the hotel is great, when booking pay extra for a balcony with a view of the Mediterranean, street view is poor. Congratulations a 5 star hotel, with a real emphasis on quality and service, will return next year, highly recommended.

I’ve never see such diligent room service. Every time we leave the room for more than an hour, we come back with a freshly made room - multiple times a day. Incredible service! The lounge room was very convenient and so was the courtesy room. Needless to see the sea / beach is incredible too. 10/10 experience.

Beautiful place and location. A bit dated with the furnishing but the bed was very comfortable. I really appreciated the action that the staff members took when I had multiple issues with my room and they’ve accommodated us to a new room that was much better. Service was too notch.

Great stay at Secrets. All the staff were really friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel is right on the beach but with enough privacy as it's set back..really relaxed, laid back couple of days. Thoroughly enjoyed and would visit again

The resort was lovely. There was unfortunately one front desk staff member who was rude all week to us and I feel she may be better suited for a position that does not interact with customers. The remainder of the front staff were very friendly and welcoming all week. I wish there would have been more of a variety of food options. There was only one restaurant open other than the buffet on any given night.

This hotel has all the potential to be a “5 star” hotel, but it just misses the mark. It is very understaffed, with employees working multiple jobs in one day and even at the same time, leaving guests waiting for service at every point: at the valet, checking in, guest services, restaurants, pool, etc. There wasn’t even anyone to greet us upon arrival and I ended up having to hunt someone down to valet my car. Spanish hospitality is very hard to come by and this hotel is no exception. The “all-inclusive” option is a hoax, the restaurants try really hard to be fine-dining establishments by making you wait in between “courses” and adding embellishments to meals, but the food is just not good and don’t even step foot into that “Asian” restaurant, if you could even call it that. The breakfast and dinner buffets at first glance seem pretty good, but upon a closer look, you’ll find foods that have been sitting out for hours with no temperature control, flies infesting the fruit and meats, and overall very underwhelming. The only saving grace in terms of food is the poolside eatery, but again the wait for service is very long. Now the rooms are ok, just think Best Western or Motel 6 unless you have the foresight to book one of the “club member” rooms, which I thought when I paid over $5500 for 7 nights for an ocean view balcony room would afford me at least a “3 star” hotel room, but no; peeling paint, 2 twin beds pushed together to make, and terrible AC. Don’t waste your money!

Par contre tout est accessible à pieds. Pas besoin de voiture. Deuxième point négatif. La plage est à 1 minute de l’hôtel, très accessible par contre pas de transat réservé pour les clients de l’hôtel. Il faut payer 20,50€/ jour pour avoir accès au transat+ parasol. Rent værelse og god seng. Hotellet ligger godt placeret i byen og har god udsigt til havet. Opvarmet pool. Vi fik desuden lov at få vores værelse 4 timer før officiel indtjekning og kunne også få en sen udtjekning (5 timer mod en betaling på 80 Euro). Vi var ikke tilfredse med buffeten i deres restaurant. Hverken til morgenmad eller aftensmad. Og det var mærkeligt at kun to-tre af hotellets fem restauranter holdt åbent selv om der var 90% belægning...

In der Vorsaison ein tolles Hotel mit nettem Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Abendessen in Buffetform war sehr lecker. Fleisch und Fisch konnte man sich aussuchen und es wurde direkt zubereitet. Große Auswahl. Lediglich das Gebäude bzw. die Gänge könnten eine Aufhübschung vertragen. Sehr schöner Garten mit Pool. Zimmer mit Meerblick ist empfehlenswert.

We did have a nice stay and enjoyed our holiday, but a couple of points for feedback and future guests to be aware of: -Service at the poolside bar and in the restaurants was slow at times and we had to ask a couple of times for drinks -The menus were not very accommodating for anyone with a lactose allergy (or vegans) -Whilst described as 18 it was more a 55 resort with the atmosphere and entertainment geared to a much older crowd

Second time I have visited hotel - location, room, staff, food, beverages are excellent. The only thing can be improved - the main pool is overcrowded and even though there is a new pool for club members or for extra charge, still seems not enough to get sun beds during the day.
