WoodSpring Suites Orlando I-4 & Convention Center

Hotel novo, mas so possui um elevador, q é dividido por hospedes e serviço.. Equipe da recepção gentil em sua maior parte, com destaque para Alejandro, muito atencioso e prestativos, a gerente tbm muito atenciosa.

Overall this was a very poor experience. The elevator went out when we were staying on the third floor. They didn’t have enough towels and did not have the best with customer service.

A localização é fenomenal a 1km de um Walmart, do lado de um restaurante excelente Hotel novo, limpo, tudo funcionando e bastante funcional!

As advertised. Low cost, long term accomodation. Room was comfortable albeit bed was a bit creaky. Kitchen had all the main appliances (fridge, microwave etc) but they ask you to buy plates, knives and forks, pots and pans etc. The cupboards and draws are completely empty! It’s a strange business model as Walmart are next door and you just go and get what you need there. Team weren’t empowered to do much but were friendly and helpful to the extent they could be. Not sure I’d go back but it filled a gap for me.

Excellent staff is very nice and this is a clean hotel! The only thing is parking! We came back late from one of the theme parks and had to park in a different spot due to parking lot being full!
