Moxy Paris Val d'Europe

Gutes Hotel mit einer jungen Zielgruppe und einem durchdachten Konzept. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe her in Ordnung, das Badezimmer jedoch klein, ähnlich wie bei anderen Hotels in der Umgebung. Die Sauberkeit war grundsätzlich okay, hätte aber gründlicher sein können – es gab noch Schmutz auf dem Boden und an der Einrichtung. Der Check-in verlief schnell, das Personal war freundlich. Ein Pluspunkt sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage, auch wenn aufgrund von Umbauarbeiten nicht alle verfügbar waren – ein Hinweis im Voraus wäre hilfreich gewesen. Positiv sind die vielen Ladesäulen, allerdings waren diese von nicht-elektrischen Autos belegt, sodass Laden nicht möglich war. Hier sollte besser organisiert werden. Leider gab es beim Service ein Problem: Unser Sohn erbrach in der Nacht und wir mussten das Bett abziehen, konnten aber niemanden erreichen, um frische Bettwäsche zu bekommen – weder telefonisch, per App noch an der Rezeption. Dies führte zu einem großen Abzug im Service. Das Essen an der Bar war okay, aber nicht herausragend, vor allem im Verhältnis zum Preis. Insgesamt macht das Hotel von außen einen guten Eindruck, hat aber in puncto Service, Essen und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Verbesserungsbedarf. Aufgrund dieser Mängel würden wir hier nicht noch einmal übernachten, was schade ist, da wir normalerweise gute Erfahrungen mit Moxy-Hotels gemacht haben.

Great hotel only 1 train stop away from Disneyland Paris and half the price of Disneyland hotels. Big lounge area with play room for the kids. Recommended!

This is a newer property and is clean, modern, and trendy. It has a games area, lounge area, pool tables, and provides welcome drinks. It's about a 5 minutes walk to the metro/RER line that is one stop from Disneyland Paris -- which was the purpose of our trip, so that was very convenient! Overall, we had a great stay and our room was very comfortable.

Rooms were very clean and well taken care of. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Hotel is within a few minutes walk of train station and shopping centre. Underground car park in hotel is free and secure.

Comfortable beds and fun decor rooms! Had stuff to do on the property too like a pool table, etc. Highly recommend!

Parking et chambre de qualité

Family room was very roomy, the hotel is pretty new and very nice. All staff were friendly and helpful, the late night bar and welcome drinks were a treat too. Room for improvement: there’s only two small lifts for a hotel this size and what has happened to basic kettle and tea bags in the rooms they seem to have disappeared. The bathroom could have been bigger but when the water pressure is this good it’s easy to deal with. The location is great, flat easy walk to the station and heaps of good restaurants in all directions. Kids play room and free pool table also helps.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Das Bett war sehr bequem und sauber. Ich hatte erst Sorge, dass wir die Party in der Lobby im Zimmer hören, da wir nur eine Etage obendrüber waren. Dem war nicht so, alles ruhig. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks ist nicht so groß und auch das Parkhaus war knifflig zu erreichen. Alles in allem aber ein super Hotel.

Was looking for a place to crash and got that. Unfortunately clearly visible stains in room, tv turning on in the middle of the night (did not have remote nearby) and not very polite staff in the evening lower the score from me. Morning staff and breakfast were great though!

My husband and I stayed at Moxy for 5 days, 4 nights. Overall our stay was great and the room was a great size compared to other hotels in Paris. It’s in a convenient location if you’re traveling to the Disneyland park. There was only 2 cons during our stay- the noise and the lazy housekeeping. We only requested for house keeping once during our stay and the sheets were not changed and the bathroom was not cleaned. Looks like they just came in, took out the garbage and gave us new towels. We were on the first floor and heard everything above us, as well as all the people going in and out of their rooms at all times of the night. Despite these things we would stay here again because it was so conveniently located to Disney.

There are several disappointing aspects. First, the room was not clean, and there were cobwebs on the ceiling. At 2 a.m., an alarm went off, waking everyone up and forcing all guests to evacuate. However, there was no explanation (was it a prank?) and apology.

I was very disappointed with the showers, the pressure was terrible! I complained as I tried to take a shower before a big day in Disneyland but I managed to get shampoo on then the shower completely stopped for 5 minutes whilst I stood there cold with shampoo in my hair. At this time I was in the 4th floor. After I managed to finish my shower I went downstairs to complain, where I was given another room, but still had the same issue despite it being in the 1st floor and an “upgrade”. Clearly the infrastructure is not sufficient for a busy hotel as the receptionist said it was because it was busy - with the greatest of respect that is not my problem as I expect to be able to take a shower when paying over £100 per night for a room. There was also no drink making facilities in the room. The rooms were basic bus decorated to a good standard. Even when the aircon was turned off though, there was still a loud fan blowing air into the room constantly.

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Zimmer klein, aber stylish eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Leider war unsere Klimaanlage sehr laut und im Zimmer war es sehr warm und klima sich auch nur bedingt abschalten.

The hotel was brilliantly located - it’s so close to the Val D’Europe station. That makes getting in from Paris and to Disneyland SO so easy! The hotel decor is so fun! The rooms are so practical and make such a good use of space!

Checking in was good- staff friendly and we enjoyed our welcome drink. Room was clean and bigger than most European rooms. Added breakfast one day but it was just ok so skipped it on the others. Only problem is the lights under the bed. When we asked we were told they were motion sensor activated and couldn’t be turned off but even while laying in bed still we noticed they were on most of the night which kept my husband up more than needed. Close to public transit and some restaurants which was nice. Liked the free parking- garage may be small for larger sized vehicles.

The property was really cute. The design was very unique. The room was very cozy which was to be to expected. But the our room was cold during the middle of winter and Luke warm shower both which weren't pleasant. One inconvenience was that to reach someone for room service you had no choice but to go down to the bar in order for help because there aren’t any phones in the rooms.

Great location for Disneyland Paris. One stop. Staff were excellent. Very friendly. Only negative was the shower is poor. No pressure.

Liked almost everything about this hotel. Close to Disney 2km walk which took us 20 minutes saving on the expensive parking fee at Disney. Room was very clean and modern. Bed was quite soft. Breakfast was good. However, in the room I had, the shower in the morning was a trickle - I would not have been able to rinse my hair out properly had I needed to wash it. It was the worst water pressure in a shower I have ever had.

OK til pengene, men virkelig dårlig oplevelse hver eneste morgen. Hvis der ikke manglede manglede mad, manglede der kopper, bestik eller noget helt 3. Det skete ikke af sig selv, da man skulle informere om det. Ydermere gik brandalarm midt om natten, alt personale virkede forvirret og virkede ikke til der var en plan.. træls oplevelse. Hotel was good - shower pressure was very poor - some staff was very helpful whilst others didn’t seem interested in helping. Breakfast was great - Apart from the cleaning staff touching your plates whilst still eating forcing to use a tray under your plate despite the tables being very small. Over all good accessibility to Disney and direct trains to Paris with ease

The staff were fantastic and all incredibly friendly, helpful and a pleasure. They all had perfect english too. Getting a welcome drink was very nice too. The Moxi beer was great and even worth buying more of it! Very nice decor throughout. Very family friendly and good for couples too. Breakfast was great, a good variety of food although it could've done with more fresh fruit perhaps. The pancake machine is a great addition too. The room was great too, great amount of space and facilties. The only downside was that the pillows were very large! The bedding also appeared to be a weird fit, although that may be a cultural difference more than anything the hotel did. Only other note it that we sometimes had to wait quite a long time for the lift as there was only 1 for where we needed to go on the forth floor and often people needed to go up and down a lot, where we weren't able to enter.

We really liked how the hotel looked. The common areas were very clean and modern. Lots of seating areas. The hotel room itself looked great too. But our major issue was only one outlet worked in our hotel room. We informed the front desk, they said they would send their technician in the next day. For our entire stay of 5 days, the issue was not resolved. It was upsetting because it felt like they made no attempt to even update us that the issue couldn’t be resolved. They didn’t offer a room change either. Every day, we would let the front desk know, they said they’d leave a message to have it resolved. Nothing changed. The chrome cast in the room was also very unreliable. The front desk told us they couldn’t fix it, it was something happening in the whole hotel. Overall, the employees were all very kind, the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and lots of shopping. I just wish they could’ve resolved our issue with the outlets, especially since we stayed for so many days.

We had 16 nights Europe trip in April/ May which we entirely booked through Expedia. Out of 16 nights, we stayed at Moxy for 3 nights. None of the hotel charged us extra for my 3 y/o except this hotel. We booked this hotel thinking the convenience of commute to Disneyland Paris. At the time of booking the hotel mentioned “children are welcome” and it also mentioned pet will be charged extra fee. So it did mention about the pet’s fee but not for children! When we checked in, the receptionist asked about my child’s age and I specified she is 3 years old, and then she said I have to pay for her 30 Euros per night, total of 90 euros due to their fire safety reason! I was so surprised, as every single hotel we stayed they only asked my child’s age, but never extra fee! If the booking page mention about pet charge extra 30 euro per night, why it didn’t mention about extra charge for children? On top, when we spoke with the manager Ms Annis, she was even more rude! As per her, I may have travelled other cities, but rules in France is different! I have to tell her here in this review, we stayed at Mercure Hotel Paris and they didn’t even ask us any question/fee about our child! If we knew we have to pay, we would rather stay at a 4 star hotel with extra money, not at a 3 star one! It’s all about getting the booking and then at the time of checking in ripping off tourist’s money as they have no choice but to pay! Expedia rep. called and s/w on behalf of us for refund, but she refused

The staff team lead we had was amazing, and went above and beyond for us after a really long travel day. Truly made our day. And the cherry on top was that it was a gorgeous hotel with food/bar amenities but was quiet and clean and close to Disneyland.

Weekend stop over whilst in Paris for business and decided to visit Disney for the first time. The hotel was in the perfect location for access to the larger shopping mall and Designer outlet village and with great access to the transport links to get to the Disney parks with just one stop! The Parks were also within an easy 30minute walk to the park for those with active souls! The hotel was comfortable with everything I needed in a room! Whilst food and dining was available I didn’t utilise the option and spent most my time out and around the area! The hotel was welcoming and provided a nice vibe to feel comfortable for my short.

Brilliant location as we were travelling to Disneyland Park - it was a 2-3 minute walk from the train station and very easy to find. Room was more spacious than expected, clean and modern. The staff were all really friendly and bilingual which was helpful too.

The hotel itself was great. It was very modern and very clean. If you are going to Disney it is the ideal location. A short walk to the train station and Disney is only one stop. There is also a nice mall for shopping if needed. It is a further distance from Paris.

Super convenient for Disneyland. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. Staff are friendly and very responsive. Breakfast was freshly cooked with an excellent choice of foods.

First impression is the hotel is modern and clean. Plenty of staff around that made check in easy and straightforward. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. We slept well on the two nights we stayed. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for breakfast. It felt quite chaotic and items were not being replaced quick enough to keep up with demand. Had to ask for more cutlery, trays, napkins, tea bags, food but to be fair, staff were great at replacing it when asked. Might just need another body to keep up with demand but overall we would happily go back. Would recommend.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and a 5 minute train ride to Disney. The breakfast buffet was worth the money for us. Definitely a great place to stay, if you are headed to Disneyland Paris.

Toller kids room! Alles sauber, nettes Personal. Frühstück und Abendessen an der baren (Nudeln mit Tomaten Sauce) war nicht so gut. Kissen/Betten sind unbequem

Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, un choix tres important, des produits très bon. Le personnel est tres charmant, la chambre était impeccable, le parking est très bien et très pratique. Un séjour extremement agréable grâce a cet hotel .
