Check in was a mess. Took me two before I could get into the condo. I never received check in instructions. Called and texted the contact and no answer. Called VRBO directly and they confirmed twice that I never received check in instructions. Vrbo told me to go to hotel and they would cover my costs. But it was a busy weekend plus I had a dog. No alternative place was available. Finally condo management contacted me with where to find the keys. Told me they sent me check in instructions. I Never received instructions. Anyway took 2 hours of panic before I could be sure I had a place to stay. Check out: I went to office to drop off the keys. Neon sign said open. Office was closed at 9:15 am. Was trying to text management AGAIN when a worker comes up to the office to open up. I just handed her the keys and left in disbelief in the incompetence of these place. The Condo was old and of need of a serious update. Carpet is stained and everything is old. But for single guy just to go fishing and hiking it’s ok. Wouldn’t take a family there though.

Overall decent place to stay. There are a couple of reasons for the 4 stars. The wifi and password were not posted anywhere within the unit. Had to call the reservation office for it. The WiFi ended up being terrible. Just used our data. The fridge was set to the lowest setting. Noticed this after we spent over $300 at the grocery store. Check the setting before you buy groceries. Never had this happen at any other condo up here. Also, the ice maker in the freezer doesn’t work so plan on buying ice. Other than these, it was a decent stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was in a very convenient location close to Canyon Lodge. Check-in was easy, but upon arrival the wifiv was not working (it turned out the password had changed and it had not yet been reflected in the check-in instructions) and the hot water was not working. To the owners' credit she had the hot water heater replaced on the first day, but it was disruptive and not a relaxing first day. Otherwise the facilities were great- the boys loved the game room and the hot tub, and it was a comfortable stay once the initial issues were resolved.

The condo was perfect for our snowboarding trip. The queen size bed upstairs was very comfortable. The heater worked great to warm the whole place. The fireplace was very cozy, however we did need to buy our own wood. A humidifier was provided and a nice touch. There are floor heaters in the front of the condo. The kitchen was stocked with cookware to make a yummy home cooked meal but we did need to buy every ingredient, including salt and pepper (which we left for future guests). The only thing we were a bit bummed to find was that the jacuzzi out of service.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was not worth $408 per night. Every plate in the cupboard was cracked. There were 20+ coffee cups and 1 wine glass. Yes, just 1 wine glass. The kitchen utensils were sorely lacking, the stove is from the 1970's and there were multiple light bulbs out.
