A very nice property. The tram to Old City, railroad station, etc is just outside the door. And the hotel provides a pass to ride it for your entire stay. The front desk was extremely helpful. The breakfast was worth the cost. It included fresh to order eggs and such. As well as help yourself foods. Note that the hotel is owned by a foundation that provides supervised occupational training to slightly mentally challenged youth. We found that an unexpected plus.

Staff was very amenable. The hotel did a great job with special service for fasnacht. Pleasant & accommodating

Zimmer war sehr sauber.

This was a great place to stay! There is a tram stop and bus stop just outside. Also, the staff was so kind and courteous. The room was large and comfortable. We all really enjoyed our stay.
