The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The pool was terrific. The room was a bit outdated, but they are remodeling. The location is great and so was the price.

We had a quick stop in Tillamook. Quick check in and staff was friendly. Hotel under Reno’s. Pool was cold and couldn’t go in. One bed was good and one was squeaky. Gym consisted of 1 treadmill and 1 bike and 2- 3lb weights. Coffee/tea/breakfast sandwich available for breakfast.

Room was very clean and spacious! The pool is well maintained and clean. The temp was just right! Only thing mar the stay is the elevator was broken, but they offered carrying our luggage upstairs. I like it was next to Fred Meyer.

The "hot cook to order" breakfast was not as I expected. It was an order from five choices, microwaved, and bagged, to be ready at the time specified the night before. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The fitness room has one peleton and one treadmill.

Elevator out and front desk said an hour at 7 p.m. check-in, but was entire day of stay; nothing in the morning, either. So stairs, and no service if you can't hike them. Fortunately I could. Stairwell disgustingly dirty, seemed never to be vacuumed (human hairs and trash all up and down the steps) and I mentioned this to front desk--like, maybe run a vacuum because we had to use the stairs, and they equivocated. "Sorry, help is thin..." This would have been a 15 min. job. Rest of hotel very clean. Why not do stairs? Heated pool, lovely. Room spotless, but never upgraded for use of devices. Had to plug in phone where TV comes in and plug in tablet by microwave. No place to plug in by the table (for computer use) or by nightstands. They need to upgrade! No coffee service in lounge except at breakfast, which was a pre-order grab and go, and no decaf coffee. If you needed coffee for an early start, too bad. No coffee maker in room, but there was a microwave if you brought your own instant. I did appreciate that the little frig had a freezer section so I could put my gel packs in and not have to load up on messy ice. This is the first place I ever stayed with no coffee in room or in lobby at all times. Location nice, right near the Tillamook highlights, like cheese outlets. Also next door to a Goodwill. I had no time for these, but others may appreciate the proximity.

I dont recall seeing the pet policy attached to this holiday. Our dog was over the weight limit and there were multiple fees charged at the counter to gave a dog. $50 fee. 20lbs limit. First floor only. The pool was also out of order and it appeared it had been out of order for a while. We only picked this hotel because of the pool and they allowed dogs. Such a waste.

This place is a mess. Since it was the off-season I didn’t expect too many people but instead of spacing the visitors out all visitors were housed on the first floor right on top of each other. I can understand this because the elevator was broken, but reading other reviews it had been broken for months. That is ok but the one corridor we were all placed in was dirty, with some mystery stains on the carpet and smelled moldy. Our room had not been dusted in who knows how long and had several large spider webs in the corners . Finally the staff was rude. When I asked for creamer for the coffee they provided I was rudely told none of the staff wanted so they weren’t going to provide any. All around would not stay here again.

Very large room with comfortable bed. Clean room & pleasant odor. Very friendly staff. Nice lobby with seating. Laundry room was nice. Only issue was the breakfast, serviced English Muffins or burritos.

Hotel did not post on Expedia listing that it was under construction, the elevator was broken and that the pool/spa were drained and not in use. The floor in my room was super dirty with tons of dust/debris visible under the bed (no bed skirt) and food crumbs under table when I checked in. The staff was super nice and responsive, but just can't really recommend this place in its current condition- wish I had known would have stayed in the next town.

This may be the grossest place I’ve ever stayed. $200 a night for the worst smelling property I’ve ever stepped foot on. If you think the lobby smells bad just wait till you get a whiff of the stairs. The elevator needed to be “reset” like that’s reassuring and makes me want to jump right in. Our room smelled horrible. The ac only partially worked and I’m pretty sure the tub has never been cleaned. We didn’t have an option to go anywhere else, but if you do… pick a different place. This one was just nasty.

The property was going thru updates and didn’t have blackout curtains on the windows. The parking lot had very bright street lamps that woke me up. The first morning we were woken up at 7:30 by leaf blowers and the second morning to street cleaners at 5am! Needless to say sleep wasn’t great. The staff was great though.

Great fridge & microwave. No in room coffee service. Nice sized room with dated wood furniture but generally clean and neat. Like the recycle container in room. Good bathroom but showing wear. Poor lighting in room. Needs additional floor lamp. Feels a bit cheap not having decorative curtains, just shades. Could use more decorative wall art. Great A/C unit worked very well. Nice TV with Roku functions. Floor needs vacuuming. Very comfortable beds. Each queen bed should have 4 pillows and not only 3. That’s very odd. Strange odor in elevator. Bird poop on window.

The staff was great throughout our stay! I was there for a work trip and the staff was very accommodating and kind. Room was great for what I was expecting. It was a little noisy at the front of the hotel... seemed to be people racing motorcycles or hot rods but it was loud around midnight to 2am off and on. Also the view from our room was Goodwill which wasn't my favorite of all time but also not their fault. Overall I was pleased.

The service at the desk was excellent. Our stay as a whole was blemished by the TV not working in the room and the hotel wi-fi being down the entire stay. Would not stay again, as no one on site seemed to know how to correct the issue with there equipment.

The front desk person (I’m so sorry I forgot her name, but I’d like to call her Ashley!) was extraordinary! She greeted me quickly, kept her attention on our ‘check-in process’ even though there was another person wanting for service! Thank you so much.

When I review, I try to stay as objective as I can. There are concrete facts that make this location one to avoid. The elevator is and has been broken for, as I understand it, weeks. Anyone finding themselves on the 2nd or 3rd floor should look elsewhere. The smoke detector woke us up three times during the night for no reason. We learned in the morning that all detectors in every room behaved this way. People wanting to sleep at night should not stay here. The website promotes free breakfast, and I'm guessing most folks think that a selection of cereals, fruits, beverages, and maybe a waffle maker is de rigueur. Here, you make a decision when you check in of either a breakfast sandwich or two styles of breakfast burrito. You'll get a brown paper bag with your lukewarm selection when you approach the desk and ask. No ready beverages except coffee. If you want tea or hot chocolate, there is hot water. That's it. If you believe that a hotel breakfast should offer better choices, another hotel is your best bet. We learned by overhearing another guest speaking with police in the lobby: An individual impersonating the father of two teenage girls was supplied a key to the girl's room. I certainly don't have all the facts, so I can't comment on security issues except to say that the guest wanted the hotel to review the cameras in front of the officer and they refused. If you think that a hotel should protect the guests that stay there, another location should be on your list.

When I review, I try to stay as objective as I can. There are concrete facts that make this location one to avoid. The elevator is and has been broken for, as I understand it, weeks. Anyone finding themselves on the 2nd or 3rd floor should look elsewhere. The smoke detector woke us up three times during the night for no reason. We learned in the morning that all detectors in every room behaved this way. People wanting to sleep at night should not stay here. The website promotes free breakfast, and I'm guessing most folks think that a selection of cereals, fruits, beverages, and maybe a waffle maker is de rigueur. Here, you make a decision when you check in of either a breakfast sandwich or two styles of breakfast burrito. You'll get a brown paper bag with your lukewarm selection when you approach the desk and ask. No ready beverages except coffee. If you want tea or hot chocolate, there is hot water. That's it. If you believe that a hotel breakfast should offer better choices, another hotel is your best bet. We learned by overhearing another guest speaking with police in the lobby: An individual impersonating the father of two teenage girls was supplied a key to the girl's room. I certainly don't have all the facts, so I can't comment on security issues except to say that the guest wanted the hotel to review the cameras in front of the officer and they refused. If you think that a hotel should protect the guests that stay there, another location should be on your list.

I booked the hotel for my parents who do not speak English. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to communicate and help their needs. The hotel room is clean and very comfortable. Fred Meyer is just cross the street and you can walk to downtown. I highly recommend this place!

Check in was quick and professional. Learned that my cell phone could wipe door cards which explains a few things over the years. It's a nice location close to the dairy of course but also several beaches. I slept very well.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Really loved everyone who was working during our stay. The property itself is really run down and has a funky odor. The area around it is inconvenient and removed from pretty much everything but Fred Meyer and Goodwill. They are renovating so hopefully it gets better but it's not somewhere I would want to return.

We had a wonderful experience at The Ashley Inn in Tillamook. I didn't love that they charged me to check in early, and the "to go" style breakfast was meh. But the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. And everyone I interacted with was friendly.

Very sub-par property. Hotel was clean, but everything was very low quality. Mattresses were horrible, beds squeezed, pool area was closed, breakfasts were horrible. Not worth the money!

We have been to Ashley multiple times and appreciate the remodeled room and the friendliness of the staff. We do hope that Ashley brings back the sit-in breakfast. The 4 grab-and-go options aren't great and

While I understanding renovating, our room had enough of a strong paint smell to make me sick. Bed was way too soft and the room darkening shades were not the best. Overall a very plain rroom that lacked a wow. There were broken items in the bathroom and just a very awkward layout. The carts for luggage were not safe or sturdy for items as well. I did appreciate the mini fridge and freezer in the room. More than likely will not stay there again.

Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning staff was a different story. Breakfast was not ready as promised and was able to see reflection of girl making breakfast and watched her not washer har hands not once but twice as she made breakfast. Needles to say, I didn't eat.

We booked this place because there was free breakfast in the morning. Turns out you have to tell them what you want on several pre-determined options and time you want to pick up your breakfast.Turns out they don't have a vegan option, no bread just muffin. So we had to buy bagels from Fred Myer and ask the front desk for PB and jam each morning.

Great hotel, super nice soft beds. Very clean. Needs some outside maintenance with emptying trash receptacles so that owners with animals have a place to put their dogs poop bag. Great location.
