Easy parking. Local police park outside and makes it feel safer. Comfortable rooms.

Good place to sleep before getting the Le Shuttle home from France. Self check in seemed easy with our first room but the second room was considerably more difficult and the machine was temperamental and it took 6 tries to eventually get it sorted. Tried the phone number on the wall that was given in case of any issues and it would not work. (not the best with a child tired after a 12 hour drive. But beside that it was fine and convinient.

Automatic entry caused difficulties

Conveniently located near Le Shuttle terminal (9 min by car). Enough parking spaces. Did not have breakfast, had to catch an early train.

I could not stay as the room code did not work and would therefore like a refund

We got to the hotel very late, but checked in easily. Slept well in clean basic room. Asked for a hair dryer in the morning and was asked for my credit card, I only had my phone so was refused. I get that it’s basic but this just seemed over the top and not good customer service. Overall it was convenient, clean and you get what you pay for

One night stopover to the riviera . Great location , easy to get to from motorway , clean and comfortable .

A mixed review! The duty manager was friendly and helpful telling us we’d been allocated a large room. Indeed it was larger than usual, but the room configuration was odd. Although it had a small cubicle for the toilet, the washbasin was in the bedroom and the shower also opened directly I to the bedroom. No privacy at all, once you were out of the shower. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable but only one rather lumpy pillow each. The hotel appears to have been recently updated and forms a complex with two other B&B hotels, one 3 star and one 4 star. There is a restaurant in the 4 star one across the car park with food priced moderately. It’s convenient if you’ve just arrived from Le Tunnel or for shopping at Cite Europe.

The bad - the 24 hour check machine want accepting cards so couldn't access the room quickly as I had an €0.80 city tax to pay. No towels in my room which I didn't realise until 4am after a shower 😠 The Good - friendly lady in reception helped get the payment through and my room code even though she technically wasn't in shift. The location is great for the shopping centre, restaurants and cinema.

The service deserves 10/10. They were so kind, attentive and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Room very clean and well distributed for the space.

It was perfect: clean, kind staff, close to a supermarket for a simple meal, close to the Eurotunnel, fresh air because of a window that could be opened. Breakfast was fine too. I only missed a coffee machine and kettle for coffee/tea

This is a budget hotel so rooms are small and facilities cramped, but it is okay just for an overnight stay, bed was comfortable enough but the room was hot. Staff nice though. Outlet shopping centre nearby has many dining and drinking options.

Ça nous a prit plus de 2h pour pouvoir accéder notre chambre. Notre code de check in ne marchait pas à la machine, tout simplement car il s'est avéré que notre chambre avait été donnée a quelqu'un qui avait réservé une autre chambre donc le code ne pouvait plus marcher. On s'en ai rendu compte quand on nous a éventuellement donné le code de la porte, après 1h30 à essayer de contacter quelqu'un en appelant le numéro de service de nuit, et qu'en ouvrant la porte de la chambre on s'est retrouvés en face d'une autre personne dans notre lit, tout aussi choquée que nous. Il a fallu encore une bonne heure à la réception pour arranger le problème, en essayant de nous faire repayer une chambre puis de refaire payer une chambre a l'autre personne alors qu'on avait tous déjà payés nos chambres, chose qui au final fût confirmé et que c'était seulement la taxe de 1.60€ qui devait être payé et qui bloquait tout le monde. Réceptionniste d'astreinte très gentil mais malheureusement complètement perdu, qui au début pensait que la solution était de re-échanger les chambres, j'ai dû clarifier qu'il ne pouvait absolument pas nous mettre dans une chambre que d'autres personnes avaient commencé à utiliser y compris le lit! Arrivés a 21h, accès à la chambre à 23h30. Après un long voyage, très fatigués, expérience horrible. Pour couronner le tout, plus de savon liquide dans la bouteille du lavabo et toilettes qui chasse pas. Nous attendons une compensation de pied ferme.

On arrival at 1.45pm the reception was closed and shuttered. The alternative was self check-in. We at that time didn't have the relevant information. No internet. My wife booked the B&B Hotel 3 for the night. When I went back to hotel 2 there was a person I spoke to through closed shutters and booked us in. It was too late as we booked hotel 3. The receptionist started to raise her voice and demanded payment and credit card details. I refused. After continued voice raising she cancelled the booking.

Rooms were just right for our party, very disappointed with the service in the morning for breakfast as not much food to eat or choose from. Breakfast not good for value that day.
