Pool was closed the entire time, dining prices were too expensive and not worth it. Room floor had a big stain on the carpet. Drive in path way has massive pot holes be careful when entering the property.

It was a nice stay everyone was very sweet. The rooms were clean and comfy! I only had two compliants. The pool is indoor and ice cool and I mean just that. Although, the pool room is ridiculously hot like a desert. So, imagine merging two polar opposites in one space! 🤔 Very uncomfortable... Then there was the gym... It was scorching hot🔥 there is two small air-conditions that were not able to cut the heat. I had to open the door for the air to come in from the lobby into the gym just to workout. Well, I know what you want to know... Would I stay there again? Yes! I would the price was phenomenal!! Although, I would probably not use the pool or the gym. Heads up!! If you like to swim or workout in the morning you have been warned!⚠️ ENJOY!!!

I wish there had been a hot tub. The indoor pool was freezing, so I ended up going to the bar, but they said they couldn’t make any specialty drinks, so I just got a basic one. On the bright side, I really loved the hotel room and the impressive size of the building.

Pillows and mattresses were not comfortable and indoor pool is ice cold as they don’t heat it. The parking lot is atrocious and needs to be repaved. The side door didn’t need our keycard to get in, so that was concerning.

Had zero complain about the room itself! The bed was absolutely amazing, it felt like I was sleeping in the clouds. The enterance is so dark I passed it every single time, the parking lot was also very dark and couldn’t see very well. Other than needing more outdoor lights we enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

Place was alright. The side door by my room was cracked and didn't close properly so it did not matter of you had a key card or not. Anyone could enter if they pulled hard enough. The parking lot was also not lit properly and was quite dark. There was broken glass all over the parking lot as well. Not sure if it was from glass bottles or windows.

Overall it was decent. The location is like getto but the hotel itself was pretty good. We went to the indoor pool but it was not heated so it was super cold. Nothing really stand out for bad or good.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Corpus Christi Airport & Conference Center (Room 212) and was extremely disappointed. The room was very dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell from the moment I walked in. For a reputed IHG property, this was completely unacceptable. Cleanliness should be the minimum standard, but this experience was far from it. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

When we arrived at the hotel, I noticed the lobby area is rather large. There is no continental breakfast but we knew that ahead of time, as they charge extra for that. Upon going into our room we noticed a very strong odor of mold. I immediately inspected the beds as I usually do and you could clearly tell the room was made up in a hurry and I seriously doubt the bedsheets were washed. There was unknown liquids, hair and mold still on the bed sheets. The pillows had HEAVY black mold. I called the front desk and they offered to move me rooms & an apology. That’s it, nothing for the inconvenience. This was very inconvenient as we had reserved two rooms and wanted to stay adjacent to the guest we came with. Nothing was done to help us in this situation. My children could have slept on these filthy beds had I not paid close attention to how dirty the room was. When the attendants came up to the room to give us the new keys, they were shocked to see the state the room was in. Needless to say we will never choose to stay here again. I wish I could upload pictures on here to show the extent of how filthy this room was.

The house cleaning needs retraining. After cleaning our room they left the dirty towels outside our room. Thought it was an over site. After coming back the second day the housekeeping left all the used towels and the rooms garbage outside the door. Left no new liner in the garbage pail. Didn’t even put toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to go to the front desk to get things rectified. Upon checking out not any acknowledgment that things were bad here not even a thank you for staying here. Never again would I stay here.

When we first got there, the customer service was amazing and it stayed that way the whole trip. When we actually got to our room, we had noticed that the sheets were still wet and that there was not hot water at all. Later that night I had spoken with the front desk who was also nice and they asked if we wanted to change rooms? We did, upon going to the second room there was a sandwich and a coke bottle in the fridge. and the room still had no hot water, for some reason the rooms are also very moist as well. all together service was 5/5 stay was 2/5

We reserved 2 rooms for the family. 1 of the Hotel room was warm. A/c didn’t cool, carpet was dingy and room felt humid in both rooms…Toilet didn’t work in the one of the rooms. I’ve machine didn’t work either. I complained to the front desk and I was informed that I needed to complain to hotels.com because I made the reservation here.

I had to go through 3 before getting the room that I booked. They kept giving room without the sofa bed that I asked for when booking. The elevator button was broken on the first floor. I requested bedding for the sofa bed and they never brought it so I had to go down and get it myself. I also requested a pillow and towels and they were never brought. I have never had this kind of experience from a holiday inn before. I doubt that I will use holiday inn again.

Do not give this hotel your credit card for incidentals , after you check out, they will charge the full amount like me $ 450.00 the staff and manager michelle they dont care, and will take weeks and months to return your money, hotel is dirty and one elevator works when it want too. good luck climbing to the 5th floor

The hotel is very outdated , we upgrade to one of the suites and it was horrible , the smell was like and old closed apartment, the bedding was dirty , hairs in several places , they wanted to move us to another room and we went to check it out and it was the same , bedding dirty and hairs . We went to the lobby lounge to have a drink and the bar tender was racist , she was very rude to us and totally different with the other clients there , the only 2 good things that i can say is, the place is quiet and the breakfast was great and is worth to pay the little extra and the server from the restaurant was great as well . I will never stay here again.

Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. Front desk staff, Michael, Hailey, and Corey were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed a Wonderful Social Worker's conference there as well. This is my 2nd time staying here. Definitely recommend it.

The property is more in the industrial part of Corpus, miles from anything. Trash is overflowing in the outside trash cans. Breakfast was $16.00. Could not cancel the second night. Expedia said the property could, but the property said Expedia had to cancel the second night. We decided to just leave the hotel.

The restaurant and bar were convenient for bar food and drinks. The staff was attentive. The proximity of other restaurants was lacking over all if you are only there for one or two nights a great hotel location. For an extended vacation you may want to be closer to the Beach

Overall the hotel was ok, hotel is located in a not so nice area. Lobby had stained ceiling tile. I dont think the restaurant was open but didnt check. Bedrooms were nice except shower looked like there may have been blood on the wall and shower curtain. My wife had to clean it. Outside parking lot only had a few lights, majority of parking was in the dark.

I wish there had been a hot tub. The indoor pool was freezing, so I ended up going to the bar, but they said they couldn’t make any specialty drinks, so I just got a basic one. On the bright side, I really loved the hotel room and the impressive size of the building.

Location is a little away from all the beach centric activities but the hotel and staff is fantastic. Breakfast is superb specially on weekends. On week days the breakfast lady did not cooperate much.

It was overall a good experience. Ac worked well, good beds. Clean restrooms. Free ice , good pool . The only thing I say would’ve caught me off guard would be that the breakfast isn’t free.

Just had a 2 night stay while attending a Social Workers conference and truly enjoyed this place. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Front Desk staff Jesse was very friendly and helpful and made me feel like a valued guest. He even helped me sign up for their rewards program which was very appreciated. Highly recommend this property. I have already stayed here multiple times.

This place is just old. The parking lot is a mess with pot holes, broken pavement, and just needs a lot of work. The building is old and a bit strange. Doors are not working right, elevator would make you think its not working. The room was hot and humid and could not really cool down till the sun went down, The carpet looked dirty and the air conditioner was noisy, old, and worn out. But the room was still humid. The first room they gave me smelled. The second room was better, but still had a smell of an old vacuum cleaner. The place was once probably good place. But it is not a place that I would ever want to stay at again. I will pick something else next time for sure.
