Absolutely filthy flat. It's clean the doors, walls, handles, light switches, etc had never been cleaned. We had t go to Co-Op to get sanitizing wipes and spent the first hour cleaning the place. To top it off there was a tip jar in the kitchen for the cleaning staff? As full time travelers homes that was a first. Tacky. The listing also listed a dryer, which was an absolute requirement for us, and the flat did not have one. Falsely advertising the lodging is a crime

Communication with the rental company was fast and very thorough. In addition, they were very friendly. The unit was very clean.
