Absolute gem!!! I have stayed 2 times in my Bangkok stay and I absolutely loved it. The people where super nice and helpful with all my concerns. They also helped check in my flight, when I was having trouble. Super nice rooms, very clean. Pool is small with a great view, absolutely phantastic.

員工：每個人都讓人感受到真誠，不是專業的冰冷感。房間：床墊加上乳膠墊，很舒適。房內冰箱大，有微波爐/電磁爐自己烹調很方便。設施：頂樓花園和餐廳很適合拍照。大廳同時為酒吧，晚上回到房間梳洗後可以到酒吧用餐聊天。週六晚上有現場音樂演奏，可惜我們錯過了。早餐：每個人可以自選一份套餐，份量充足。現場也有自助吧，廚師烹調的味道很棒。因位環境氛圍很棒，可以悠閒的吃飯。位置：距離 thong lo station 步行約7-8分鐘，位在巷子內住宅區，相當安靜。因天氣炎熱且巷子狹小，第三天起我們改以搭乘計程車外出。

FREE Breakfast makes this place worth going alone! The older gentleman who is the doorman is a sweetheart! Rooms are in the small side but it’s ok. Kind of far from major attractions like Wat Phra Grand Palace etc but a cab ride. There much to do in the Thong Lor section which is where the hotel is. Try the Prema Spa around the corner it’s phenomenal! Oh and the tooltip pool isn’t really isn’t a pool it’s like one of those plastic pools but it made to look like it’s one. We didn’t use the pool had to much to do outside of the hotel but if your expecting a nice pool this isn’t it. Rooftop is lovely. All in all I would definitely stay here again! BTS ( train is a 10 min walk!

C'est un très bel hôtel, récent et conçu de façon eco-responsable et vraiment très joli.le personnel est efficace et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très correct et les chambres très convenables. J'ai juste trouvé la salle de bain avec les toilettes un peu petite mais ça reste un detail.l'hôtel est situé à environ 500,.600.metres.du BTS, une navette serait appréciée quand on fait quelques allers-retours dans la même journée. L'hôtel est un peu sombre aussi, je trouve. Le rapport qualité-prix est toutefois excellent. Près du BTS thonglor, assez pratique pour sillonner Bangkok.quartier calme

酒店員工全都笑面迎人，招待的及餐廳員工亦有足夠的英語能力，給予非常好的服務體驗但泳池嚴格來說只是個大浴盆，底下的青苔及垃圾亦清楚見到，日常希望能多加維護住客每日分到的是一瓶膠樽水而非玻璃瓶裝水，建議可改用玻璃瓶及設置飲用水機在公眾地方讓人補充，另外退房時竟然再送一支膠裝水實在令人無語，住宿三天共花去四個膠樽，對地球未免太不友善了最後房間的門縫實在太寬了，走廊的一切動靜都會身歷其境總括而言是非常棒的酒店，將來還是可以再住的

とても清潔かつ、お洒落な空間で、毎日帰るのが楽しみでした。ホテルのスタッフさんも挨拶や気遣いがとてもよく出来ていて、気持ちのいい対応でした。帰りにはお土産でお菓子をくれたり、わたしが部屋にサングラスを忘れていたのに気づいて持ってきてくれました。とても大切なものだったので、助かりました。本当にありがとうございました！またタイに来る時は、滞在したいなと思います！

スタッフのサービスはフレンドリーで素晴らしい。4泊しましたが、いつフロントへ行っても心温まるサービスでした。部屋もおしゃれなだけでなくとても清潔で、設備・アメニティ含め素晴らしい。レストランでの食事は、正直似言ってバンコクで食べた様々なものの中で一番好きでした。モーニングがよく口コミに書いてありますが、ぜひディナータイムにも行ってほしい。とってもおいしいです。 …残念なところをどうしても書かなければいけません。泊まった部屋の上の階から、犬が床をひっかくような音や、小さな鳴き声が深夜、早朝に聞こえてきた。はじめの数日は、ネズミなのか、鳥なのか、わからず怖かった。数日して、もしかして犬が床を歩く音なのではないか、と推測しました。犬は吠えていたわけではないのですが、深夜、早朝の時間帯にそのような音が静かなホテルの部屋からするとうるさいし、不安な気持ちになりました。鳥なら仕方ないのかな？と思って我慢してしまって、ホテルにいつ相談しようかと悩んでいるうちにチェックアウトの日が来てしまったので、チェックアウトの際に伝えました。丁寧にお詫びされましたが、早く相談して部屋を変えてもらえば良かったなと思いました。なんせ眠れなかったので。総合して、私はこのホテルをとても気に入っており、次にバンコクに行くことがあったら、また必ずこのホテルに泊まります。ただし、その際は上記の事情を話して、次こそは静かな部屋に泊まりたいです。

部屋からの眺めが良かった(お隣のお庭でしたが) 朝になると鳥の囀りで目が覚め　バンコクの普通の人の日常生活に触れているような感覚でした。スタッフの人は英語可で　とても親切かつプロフェッショナル。ただ2000バーツdeposi t前金システムは知らなかったので　チェックアウト時に紛失物や壊れたものがなければ1週間後くらいに返金と言われて少々驚きました。防犯予防とは理解できますが　客としては残念な気持ちになりました。しかしその他は全て良かったです。

整體環境都很好，房間也很乾淨，周遭環境業安全，美中不足是隔音不好，但床很好睡,睡著了就聽不到了,距離地鐵有5.6分鐘.房間有放餅乾.以為是迎賓的所以有使用,後來退房才發現兩包要臺幣70元

6泊お世話になりました。室内はシンプルですが色使いや小物が可愛らしくおしゃれです。小さなキッチン、レンジ、冷蔵庫が付いていてとても便利でした。早朝出発のアユタヤツアーに申し込んでいたので、ランチboxをお願いしたところ快く引き受けて頂き、具沢山のサンドイッチ、タイティー、果物、ヨーグルト、豆乳、mixベリージュース　食べ切れないほど準備してくださいました。朝食も美味しいのは勿論ですが、毎日少しずつ変わるので飽きずに6日間過ごせました。他の方のクチコミにもありますが、駅まで少し遠いこと以外は文句がありません。

Very conveniently located near Thonglor station! We enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of food it has day by day. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very willing to help out with questions and concerns. The front door staff always greeted with a smile. Reception manager was asking me to make sure I return an extra keycard, when I asked for an extra one because I forgot it in my room, not to mention she didn’t do it in a friendly way like I am here to steal a piece of plastic from them. 部屋からの眺めが良かった(お隣のお庭でしたが) 朝になると鳥の囀りで目が覚め　バンコクの普通の人の日常生活に触れているような感覚でした。スタッフの人は英語可で　とても親切かつプロフェッショナル。ただ2000バーツdeposi t前金システムは知らなかったので　チェックアウト時に紛失物や壊れたものがなければ1週間後くらいに返金と言われて少々驚きました。防犯予防とは理解できますが　客としては残念な気持ちになりました。しかしその他は全て良かったです。

FREE Breakfast makes this place worth going alone! The older gentleman who is the doorman is a sweetheart! Rooms are in the small side but it’s ok. Kind of far from major attractions like Wat Phra Grand Palace etc but a cab ride. There much to do in the Thong Lor section which is where the hotel is. Try the Prema Spa around the corner it’s phenomenal! Oh and the tooltip pool isn’t really isn’t a pool it’s like one of those plastic pools but it made to look like it’s one. We didn’t use the pool had to much to do outside of the hotel but if your expecting a nice pool this isn’t it. Rooftop is lovely. All in all I would definitely stay here again! BTS ( train is a 10 min walk!

C'est un très bel hôtel, récent et conçu de façon eco-responsable et vraiment très joli.le personnel est efficace et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très correct et les chambres très convenables. J'ai juste trouvé la salle de bain avec les toilettes un peu petite mais ça reste un detail.l'hôtel est situé à environ 500,.600.metres.du BTS, une navette serait appréciée quand on fait quelques allers-retours dans la même journée. L'hôtel est un peu sombre aussi, je trouve. Le rapport qualité-prix est toutefois excellent. Près du BTS thonglor, assez pratique pour sillonner Bangkok.quartier calme

Hotel still looks new and fresh. Staff is exceptional. It's only about a ten or fifteen minute walk to the BTS, but no sidewalk so a bit dangerous. I'd like this place a lot for some reason.

Absolute gem!!! I have stayed 2 times in my Bangkok stay and I absolutely loved it. The people where super nice and helpful with all my concerns. They also helped check in my flight, when I was having trouble. Super nice rooms, very clean. Pool is small with a great view, absolutely phantastic.

Amazing stay. Love everything. 10/10 would stay again. The breakfast was limited but the food was so good and tasty. Had free flowing thai milk. The decor was chic and the room was very well designed. Only issue was the corner of the bed stick out and we hurt our leg walking by it but it’s not a big issue. Staff was so friendly. Their smile made the stay great. And the neighborhood was supper quiet. Able to chill and walk around at night. Overall we love being there.

早朝の出発で朝食を準備頂けたのはありがたかった、スタッフの教育も行き届いていて申し分なし。繁盛期でないならレイトチェックアウトの料金がもう少し安くして貰えると良いと思います。

Where do i even start… the stay was AMAZING. The room, common spaces, and breakfast was so great but the staff is what set this apart from other hotel stays. They were so kind and helpful and definitely exceed hospitality expectations. Would stay again! I normally never leave reviews but my partner says we absolutely had to.

The hotel itself and most of the staff are excellent, but I faced an issue upon check in, which I really didn’t appreciate. Despite having a reservation confirmation with me and my booking showing in the App, the staff at the reception counter said he couldn’t see my reservation. I understand that IT glitches can happen, but the staff could obviously see it was an IT error given he could himself witness that I had a reservation. Instead of trying to help, he just said I had to sort this out myself. He would not call the booking agent despite they have direct access for hotels and they are suppose to be the professionals to deal with these kind of issues as it’s probably not uncommon. Instead I had to sort this out myself. It took about 1.5 hour and eventually I go my reservation. That’s not the attitude I expect. Aside, they also take a deposit and give you a voucher. I am fine with that, but upon check out they say it will take 1 month to credit back. Sorry but that’s not ok. I am busy and I will not remember in one month whether it was credited back or not, and no I don’t blindly trust them or the system.
