Inside the room was clean and cozy. Descriptions in the directions provided about little quirks were accurate and minor. We enjoyed the use of the outdoor patio furniture and games. We also were able to walk to a couple of restaurants during our stay.

We stayed in the airstream, it was updated and modern inside. Clean! It was cold when we arrived but the heater warmed it up quick. It was awesome to have our own private fire pit area. It even had a little court yard area for play and had a black stone grill. Our kids loved it. We had a great adventure.

We love this place !! I can’t belive all the tears we’ve stayed in Pinetop we’ve never stayed here !!! We will definitely be back and stay here again!! The coffee shop was the frosting on the cake!!

We really enjoyed staying at Corduroy. It was in the trees with a lot of shade, there is a coffee shop on the premises, it was walkable to the grocery store and all kinds of restaurants, it has a lot of fun things in the center like hammocks and games and fire pits. We were also very comfortable sleeping! The only thing we wish we had was a spatula. Otherwise the kitchenette was nice to have!

Such a great spot!! Walking distance to local restaurants and shops. The bed was supportive, but soft. Grounds were so cute! Fire pits and the s’mores supplies were a great touch. Dog friendly! We were so comfy.

The place was cozy and clean. It was in a good spot near a restaurant with music. There’s a coffee shop right there as well. Hammocks, and some outside games were available as well. One issue was that the electric outlet by the head of the bed acted like a communication port and we could hear the neighbors conversations coming through the outlet. There are individual cabins, a group of attached cabins, and air stream Rv’s. It’s a bit confusing as to what you are actually paying for until you get the welcome message. It would be cool if that was more clear.

We went for our 50th wedding anniversary. The room was absolutely filthy. The floors weren’t mopped and the kitchen table was covered in dirt. We had to clean the room by ourselves. The first night we found spiders on the pillows and above the bed. The cabin itself is very cozy and at a good location. The lack of cleanliness put a damper on our stay. We were very disappointed.

The refrigerator had a previous occupants groceries still in it (yogurt and an opened milk). The trash can in the shared space outside was overflowing to the point where it was falling out on the ground. There’s a bus next to one of the cabins filled with hoarded junk. The kitchen light was caked in dust with a cobweb. It makes you wonder what else they’re cutting corners on cleaning wise, like if the sheets were clean or not. I am not sure why check out is 10 am if they’re not using that time to actually clean.

The place was quite quaint! We stayed and probably the lower end of the airstreams that they had available to stay the night in but we were perfectly okay with that! We had booked this as a last minute reservation, our previous Hotel Arrangements did not work out based off of the cleanliness of the previous hotel. And a last minute search looking around the area for something that was an affordable price compared to what we were just working with they happen to have one Airstream right in that price range. It was 10 times better than the place we had just came from and it was absolutely perfect. Never got to sleep in an Airstream so it was cool. It was clean all around. Clean beds clean Linens clean toilet and shower sinks and floors. My daughter likes to run around on her tiptoes everywhere, clean floors where you can sit down play on and be bare feet is key! The little Courtyard cute and just what you need for a small place to stay. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays up in Lakeside and show low. Thank you to I do believe his name was Christopher for helping us check in find our place as well as sending us off the next morning. Again we really appreciate the stay and we will definitely be back in the future.

This “motel”/campground was deceiving through the Expedia add!!!!! Where do I even start?! There is no office or personal to talk to, you are given a email with instructions, which is weird. There is no office, just a boarded up building. We were told they would just leave the door open to our unit with the key inside on the table…..what?!?! How is this even safe?! Once to our “cabin” it too was old and falling apart. You could tell they tried to dress it up(which the photos of this place in the add showed), but upon closer look it’s just a facade, lipstick per say. The bathroom floor was bubbling, there were patches and stains all over the tub, the sink faucet wobbled back and forth so bad I thought it might come off. There was one single yellow light bulb, not even a fixture that worked in the bathroom so it was so dark I had to brush my teeth in the kitchen sink. There was a second actual light fixture above the sink but it did not turn on along with the one outlet that did not work…no power in the bathroom!!! To top off the bathroom there was NO hot water, not even a warm drop! We were tired and dirty from a family reunion and just wanted a warm shower…..nope, ice cold! Blinds were broken, AC wasn’t on, no outlets to charge by the beds. THIS PLACE IS A OVERPRICED SCAM, DONT FALL FOR THE PICS!!!

It really was great for an overnight with one caveat. The amazingly firm mattress might be perfect for others but was a bit brutal for us. (My hubby and I shared the only soft pillow.) Other than that, the accommodations were very clean, well appointed, and well taken care of. Thankfully, the neighbors were far enough away we felt we had enough privacy.

Our stay at Corduroy was fantastic. The room size and set-up is perfect for two people. The linens and towels were great, and the room was very clean. Everything was no contact, but they were super responsive by text. Check-in was a breeze. The outdoor area is very comfortable with games and fire pits. We definitely will stay there again!

I received a room other than what I booked. It was much smaller in size. Overall property condition was great. There was a bar next door that played music all night long. Extremely loud. I would advise to make sure you get what you're booking. No on-site staff. Everything to check in is done online.

Heater didn't work It was 4° outside and 32 inside the cabin The fireplace didn't work, furnace didn't work, CABIN #2 Hair on the shower, microwave was dirty, sheets were dirty, no one to call, office was closed. Never been so cold in a place that you pay to stay, Unacceptable

We really enjoyed this property and staying in the airstream was a unique experience however the air stream itself was very dirty (save for the beds which were clean and made) when we arrived and the bathroom door is broken as well as the only mirror. that said we would still consider staying here again. It was a great price and the coffee shop on the property is absolutely delicious and super cute!

Our cabin was great because it was set back in the corner by itself and had nice big windows. I would call these cabins/lodge rooms rustic but with some modern touches. Our group of 3 adults had at first stayed in one of the lodge rooms which had said online accommodated 3 adults but I would have to disagree. The cot wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on for an adult in my opinion. Nonetheless, I asked for an upgrade to a bigger cabin in which “Charlie” graciously provided for an extra fee. Speaking of Charlie he was such an asset to this resort with his courteous and helpful nature. If you’re only staying maybe a couple of nights with a couple of people and don’t need to cook then the lodge rooms are for you otherwise book 1 of the 3 cabins provided. I’m not sure about the RV’s there because I had not stayed in those. Oh and I don’t want to forget to mention the nice coffee shop “Cyclelogical” on site. It has some good coffee and breakfast burritos and is dog friendly throughout the premises.

Nice area and grounds. Clean and as advertised. There was no internet service for two days that we were there. The shower is tiny, if you are a tall or large person - it won't be a relaxing shower.

To top off the bathroom there was NO hot water, not even a warm drop! We were tired and dirty from a family reunion and just wanted a warm shower…..nope, ice cold! Blinds were broken, AC wasn’t on, no outlets to charge by the beds. THIS PLACE IS A OVERPRICED SCAM, DONT FALL FOR THE PICS!!!
This “motel”/campground was deceiving through the Expedia add!!!!! Where do I even start?! There is no office or personal to talk to, you are given a email with instructions, which is weird. There is no office, just a boarded up building. We were told they would just leave the door open to our unit with the key inside on the table…..what?!?! How is this even safe?! Once to our “cabin” it too was old and falling apart. You could tell they tried to dress it up(which the photos of this place in the add showed), but upon closer look it’s just a facade, lipstick per say. The bathroom floor was bubbling, there were patches and stains all over the tub, the sink faucet wobbled back and forth so bad I thought it might come off. There was one single yellow light bulb, not even a fixture that worked in the bathroom so it was so dark I had to brush my teeth in the kitchen sink. There was a second actual light fixture above the sink but it did not turn on along with the one outlet that did not work…no power in the bathroom!!! Our stay at Corduroy was fantastic. The room size and set-up is perfect for two people. The linens and towels were great, and the room was very clean. Everything was no contact, but they were super responsive by text. Check-in was a breeze. The outdoor area is very comfortable with games and fire pits. We definitely will stay there again!

Heater didn't work It was 4° outside and 32 inside the cabin The fireplace didn't work, furnace didn't work, CABIN #2 Hair on the shower, microwave was dirty, sheets were dirty, no one to call, office was closed. Never been so cold in a place that you pay to stay, Unacceptable

Apparently they told me I couldn't stay here because apparently the "guests" quoted that I had uninvited guests which was absolutely false accusations. The Corduroy Boutique Lodge property hasn't refunded my OneKeyAward when they canceled my booking without my consent. I've been treated with disrespect by all false accusations.

Omg the staff was very accommodating, very nice and helpful and even upgraded us to a sweet cabin when there was a cancellation....i strongly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

We were greeted by Charles Christopher lodge host. He was amazing the entire time we were there. offering great suggestions, showing us other rooms. just an overall super friendly experience. The fact that it’s dog friendly just makes it even more wonderful.

The place was quite quaint! We stayed and probably the lower end of the airstreams that they had available to stay the night in but we were perfectly okay with that! We had booked this as a last minute reservation, our previous Hotel Arrangements did not work out based off of the cleanliness of the previous hotel. And a last minute search looking around the area for something that was an affordable price compared to what we were just working with they happen to have one Airstream right in that price range. It was 10 times better than the place we had just came from and it was absolutely perfect. Never got to sleep in an Airstream so it was cool. It was clean all around. Clean beds clean Linens clean toilet and shower sinks and floors. My daughter likes to run around on her tiptoes everywhere, clean floors where you can sit down play on and be bare feet is key! The little Courtyard cute and just what you need for a small place to stay. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays up in Lakeside and show low. Thank you to I do believe his name was Christopher for helping us check in find our place as well as sending us off the next morning. Again we really appreciate the stay and we will definitely be back in the future.

Inside the room was clean and cozy. Descriptions in the directions provided about little quirks were accurate and minor. We enjoyed the use of the outdoor patio furniture and games. We also were able to walk to a couple of restaurants during our stay.

We stayed in one of the remodeled airstream travel trailers. It was clean and the Manager was helpful in changing out a microwave that did not work. The on site coffee shop is a nice addition. Multiple resturaunts are in walking distance.

Perfect comfy cozy cabin for my family and 2 dogs. My son had so much fun riding his bike around in circles around the property as well as playing cornhole and giant connect 4. We didn’t even have a chance to turn the TV on. Plenty of restaurants within walking/very short driving distance. Such a cute and quaint place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Corduroy. It was in the trees with a lot of shade, there is a coffee shop on the premises, it was walkable to the grocery store and all kinds of restaurants, it has a lot of fun things in the center like hammocks and games and fire pits. We were also very comfortable sleeping! The only thing we wish we had was a spatula. Otherwise the kitchenette was nice to have!

Such a great spot!! Walking distance to local restaurants and shops. The bed was supportive, but soft. Grounds were so cute! Fire pits and the s’mores supplies were a great touch. Dog friendly! We were so comfy.

Had a great experience. Nice little refurbished motel in Pinetop, near a ton of restaurants. A short drive to Sunrise Ski resort. A great place for a quick get away! Oh and don’t forget to visit the “Cyclelogical Coffee” ship down the street!

Loved the airstream we stayed in and the property manager was so nice and helpful! He provided us with lighter fluid and a lighter so we could have a fire in-front of the airstream. We would definitely stay again. Also right next store to an awesome little beer garden with live music, we walked over with our 2 year old!

The inside of the Airstream was really well designed and updated. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, well stocked and very modern. The only downside was the heater/AC unit which was really loud and kept us awake. We eventually turned it off and used the space heater. Would stay here again

We stayed in one of the newer Airstreams and had a pretty major issue with the water system tasting like adhesive from a plumbing repair. I brought this up with management and received no reply. I did so twice. I wouldn’t stay here again for this reason alone.

The property is pretty rugged, but still fun and quaint for families with kids. Courtyard has fun family games and areas to sit to watch kids. Bags for adults to play. Best coffee house !! Trees everywhere! We stayed in an Airstream . Was fun but rugged, no stove, no reg coffeepot. Coffee press only. Shower wonderful. Charles was available at any time, extremely helpful and friendly. Once we adjusted to rustic living, we didn't want to leave!
