Riktigt sunkigt budgethotell med tunna väggar och tak. Det ligger granne med en aktiv motorväg och järnväg. Jag bokade pga de positiva recensionerna. Grundlurad! Tack och lov för endast en natt.

Older hotel w/ clean rooms and breakfast offering. Train tracks are across the street; trains ran slowly in the overnight. I spilled some milk at breakfast and the desk clerk quickly offered a cloth to wipe it up. You're close enough to downtown to take a drive by the Capitol bldg or the train depot. Just a one night stay on the way back to Denver.

This hotel was recommended but My experience was less than great from the get go. The website said pool but when I called to reduce my stay by one day I was told that in order to modify stay I had to cancel/rebook & they no longer had a pool. In do this I lost the king suite and paid a higher fee for a single king (no suite). At check in I was told we we were on the 2nd floor. No elevator. Once I finished lugging everything upstairs we noticed yellow spots on the bed. They appeared clean but it was off putting. I tried to connect to WiFi but it did not work. When I picked up the phone to check password I found a sticky brownish yellow gunk on both the base & the receiver. I tried to call 2x but no one answered. When I called from my cell phone I got an answer immediately. The desk staff brought me a change of sheets to put on myself & a couple Clorox wipes to clean the phone. Next morning we found the tub did not hold water (3 small children) and I could not stuff it with a rag because of the design of plug. I told them I wanted a new room & was moved to far end of the hotel (2 queen room). We lost our ceiling fan, the desk was scratched horribly, the desk chair was broken &there was a sticky substance on the counters. I pulled back the sheets to find crumbs. We had been moved From a bad room to a worse one. We had a wedding to attend. As we were leaving I was caught by manager who said she never had this many complaints. She offered to move us again. We asked for maid svc.
