Conséquence ce matin notre voiture a été mise en fourrière . Coût élevé pour récupérer la voiture chez CHRISTOPHORUS. Nous sommes garés aujourd'hui à l'une des deux places ENFIN RENSEIGNEE ! Nous souhaitons le remboursement de ce coût de fourrière . As a result, our car was impounded this morning. The heavy cost to retrieve the car at Christophorus. We are currently parked in good space – FINALLY PROVIDED! All it’s fine

This hotel can only tell you if you can use there indoor parking on the day you will check-in. So you cannot reserve a parking spot before hand. This made us drive around for an hour to find a safe parking space in the neighbourhood. Also, the name of the hotel is not written on the building. The hotel is on the 2nd floor of a 45 story building. There is no one to check you in. You have to check-in at a kiosk. After entering the room, the bed was not made and there were no clean towels which means that the room was not cleaned. We had to call to the number above the check-in kiosk and had to wait 30 minutes for a maid to come clean the room. Make sure you can call free for international calls. The next morning we saw that the pillow case had make-up stains on it. So we wondered if the sheets were actually replaced. The room does have a fridge, a cooking plate and microwave/oven. We were not happy with the service. We couldn't do the things we planned for the evening because we were tired of the discomfort we experienced.

Der Check-in verlief leider sehr problematisch. Aufgrund eines Systemfehlers mussten wir den Aufenthalt ein zweites Mal bezahlen, was bereits sehr ärgerlich war. Nachdem wir schließlich die Schlüsselkarte erhalten hatten und das Zimmer öffnen wollten, mussten wir feststellen, dass sich noch mehrere fremde Personen im Zimmer befanden, die dort einfach geblieben waren. Diese wurden erst später vom Reinigungspersonal aus dem Zimmer geschickt. Aus diesem Grund konnten wir unser Zimmer erst am Abend beziehen. Insgesamt war der Start in den Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und schlecht organisiert.Aber das Zimmer wurde vernünftig gereinigt und war sauber !
