Great hotel. Customer service was outstanding and room was lovely. Very reasonable rate for location. Only awarding 4 stars because the pool is marketed so heavily in promotions but when we arrived it was quite small and very busy. We had planned on a relaxing afternoon by the pool but this wasn't really possible due to the compact nature of the pool and pool area so we made use of the local bars instead. If you are planning a stay with the intention of pool side relaxation, whilst the view is lovely I am not sure it is the right hotel for this kind of break. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay again.

Staff were so helpful when we requested an earlier check in to get ready for a function. Front desk staff could not have been nicer. Pool is the highlight at night, although certain lifts mean you have to walk through the crowded restaurant and bar in your togs .. so wear a duster or similar. Room was super clean and we loved that they didn't use disposable toiletries.

Awesome location. Biggest drawback was the general public having access to and using the pool. As a hotel guest, especially on a 36deg day, I expect to have access to the hotel facilities, and not have to sit on the floor because a group of rowdy drunks can head up the public access lift to the pool area, take majority of the deck chairs and have absolutely no regard for anyone else. And the hotel staff do nothing about it other than continue to serve them more drinks. I get that Fiume is a public bar, but surely access to the actual pool could be by hotel access chip/card!

This Crystalbrook property is significantly lesser luxury and service than the other Crystalbrook properties I have stayed in. Room was pokey. Parking expensive, discount code did not work. Great location for the city access. Value for money 3/5.

Check at this place is a disaster if you have a car. It is a tiny single-lane one way in, same way out street with a bunch of restaurants co-located in the same area. Taxis park in the area right next to the hotel and even stopping to drop off causes a huge tail back of cars, ubers, taxis etc coming into the precinct. If you are bringing your car, arrange parking with the hotel and get directions into it (it is just before the hotel). I dropped my family off and went to find a place to park. Meanwhile the surly receptionist wouldn't check my family in because the booking is in my name. I had to drive back to the hotel, hand over my ID and then disappear to park again. The hotel needs to make it very explicit that arriving in your own car can be a complete nightmare! As an aside, we went across the street to Felons Brewing for dinner; it was a shocking disappointment! Over-priced, poor food, non-existant service! Overall, we will stay in the city next time where it is easier to park and much better eating options.

The three of them went out of their way to help, and made the stay really lovely. The same cant be said for the Australian front desk staff who needs a lesson in being friendly. The area is wonderful; i had the best time walking around, along the river, and enjoying the restaurants at HSW.

We had bridge/city/river view and its a beautiful outlook. Room itself was very nicely appointed without any issues. The location is very handy for the entertainment precinct that Felons bar/grill is part of, but it is slightly out of the way in terms of CBD sites - but that also obviously has its pluses. Loved the close proximity to the riverside walkway, enabling a nice (and spectacular) walk day or night. Pool is gorgeous and the outlook from pool area one of the coolest in Brisbane (on a river bend enabling views in both directions). However the pool is pretty tiny for the size of the hotel (bit of a juggle to have personal space if more than ten people are in it), and only has ten pool loungers in a quite small pool area, so guests may not get lounger or even somewhere to put your belongings on nice pool weather days. Also, the bridge does completely shadow the pool area a bit earlier in the day than expected, but the bridge looming above is a strong/unique/beautiful visual feature. Roof bar area is nice and has the same gorgeous outlook as pool though again its slightly small for size of hotel. On a minor/picky note we found the paintings in all hotel public areas (nearly all portraits of celebrities or somewhat famous people) covered too much of the walls - dozens of them in some places - to a point where its cluttered looking and overwhelming.

Overall this is a very good hotel. I stayed in a large balcony room which has a lovely entertaining space. This is the second time I've stayed in the room. I would go back but there are points to be improved upon. House keeping did not clean the balcony area. One of the chairs was broken. One side of the internal space is dark and can do with some lighting. The room service desk does not always answer. The single blade disposable shaver in the vanity kit is useless. The "state of the art" gym is a small room with a few cardio machines. a fit ball and a dumbbell hex. That said, the view under the Storey bridge is stunning as is the hotel location and rooftop bar. I will stay there again but would love to see some improvements.

Cool and modern hotel with easy access to HSW. The location makes both the Valley and the city walkable as well. The downsides were that it wasn’t cleaned properly on open surfaces (e.g. table) and the bathroom design is cool but not practical. Overall would recommend it and would stay there again.

We chose this hotel for our first time in Australia and couldn't have been happier with the choice. Wasn't the smoothest trip from the UK but turning up here made it worth it. Staff were excellent and nothing we asked was a problem. Both the hotel and other facilities were clean and well maintained. When we next visit Auz there will be no question about returning here.

Absolutely no issues with the stay. Facilities were stunning and clean while staff were friendly and attentive. They even surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our marriage! 5/5 stars.

The hotel is in a great position, literally under Story bridge, 2 minutes from a City Cat stop and next to Felon's. Reception is nice, but a bit echoy if anyone else ismaking a noise. Rooms are nice, bed very comfortable. Our only gripe is that, after a hard days rain on the Saturday, we returned to a flooded room. We were moved quickly and without fuss, but to a smaller room. To compensate for having to re-pack, move room and un pack again through no fault of our own, a move to a better room would have been appropriate . Nothing, not even a credit against our stay. Hey ho, shame that nasty taste spoiled an otherwise great Brisbane city break

Room was not properly cleaned - used tissues on the floor by couch. Lighting controls difficult to operate - could not turn all the lights off, particularly bedside. Had to unplug standard lights because no on/off switch. No facial tissues provided, no bottled water. Pictures of resident artist, his wife and child fill the corridors, reception and the rooms - a vanity project not necessary in my opinion.

While it may visually not be well seen the Crystalbrook Vincent is in a perfect location, dining options are a mere few steps out the front door and the views of the river are beautiful. The room was functionally designed and so comfortable, every area was clean and well thought out. Despite being under the bridge there was zero noise my entire stay and all staff were kind and friendly. It is a perfect nights stay for a weekend away or for appointments in the city. It will be my go to hotel now for Brisbane stays.

The Crystalbrook Vincent is a very nice boutique style hotel with lovely furnishings, great design and everything you need right at your doorstep in the form of HSW, the river and its easy walkway to the CBD. However, bear in mind it is directly under the approaches to the Story bridge and while the rooms are double glazed you will hear the odd thump or bang as trucks travel over certain sections of the bridge above. Also while the Nature Wall view rooms appear fantasitc in the photos, if you end up on a lower floor its more like Cliff + Weeds view which result in the peaceful ambience represented in the photos.

This hotel is a real vibe - from the rooftop pool, to the Friday afternoon happy hour at the rooftop bar. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that looked out at the rock wall at the back of the hotel. I found it very beautiful and restful. This is a very unique hotel. The artwork, the rooftop bar, and the excellent breakfast service all contributed to a very enjoyable experience with Crystalbrook Vincent. I will be back!

Loved the location! It was great to be at HSW with lots of dining options at the door, but yet still a short walk along the river to the Eagle Street Pier and the CBD. Our room was spacious, especially the bathroom and the bed was sooo comfortable. We loved the funky vibe of the hotel and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop bar, but the bar does need a renovation or a bit of revamping, in my opinion. I found it interesting that the hotel promotes itself as being environmentally friendly, yet served us coffee to our room in disposable coffee cups. I did like the idea of the water filters in the hallways, however. We didn't get to use the complementary bikes, but will do so next time. Overall, 5/5 and we will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Crystalbrook Vincent and would not hesitate to stay again. Our room was a great size with an amazing river and Story Bridge view. We would certainly stay again for a special occasion.

The three of them went out of their way to help, and made the stay really lovely. The same cant be said for the Australian front desk staff who needs a lesson in being friendly. The area is wonderful; i had the best time walking around, along the river, and enjoying the restaurants at HSW.

Lovely room with great facilities and location but the promenade rooms are noisy on level 1 with Felons/Mr Percival right across the road. In the morning noise from delivery trucks early on. Poor sound proofing from hotel hall with sound travelling in to room from other guests/doors etc very easily.

Stunning hotel and rooms, however the service lets it down. In room dining wait was over an hour, I called the concierge and in room dining 3 times only for it to ring out. The rooms are beautiful though the location proximity to The Storey Bridge makes it a noisy stay.

Everything was amazing, great little rooftop pool and bar with a view, rooms very clean and the beds super comfortable Only issue I had was I requested an extended checkout as we were about to embark on a long trip back home (which I did let the reception know) however was told it was $45per hour and had strict no complimentary policy, I think it would be an Above and Beyond service if there was availability (which there was) a 30-45mins extended checkout would have made our experience a little more pleasant than rushing out the door, just a tip to consider

Check in and check out process was a nightmare… had almost $1000 put on “hold” instead of just paying the account. Reception staff didn’t seem to understand how anything worked and couldn’t give me straight answers on anything.

I’m a frequent traveller and this is the best service I’ve had in a long time! I travelled alone with my 1 year old and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The room and pool were perfect. We were only supposed to stay one night but extended our stay as we didn’t want to leave. We will be back for sure!

We needed to change the dates of our stay at the Crystalbrook Vincent, to contact their front desk/reception to move the dates request, was impossible and even trying to contact via email we got no response? We were very disappointed, also Wotif tried to change the dates for us, and had no response from management team to confirm.

The room was comfortable with a king size bed a dark and quiet. We enjoyed a meal at Fellons and a cocktail at the hotels rooftop bar. The hotel's cafe served a lovely coffee and breakfast in the morning. We were able to just walk in for breakfast. You will not be disappointed by this hotel. Prepay your parking at the time of booking for convenience.

Fantastic location. If you want to be left alone in glamorous digs by the river, this place is it. They even upgraded me! The pool is lovely. Food options to your room are amazing. Poor included breakfast. Only 1 item included so all we had was a bowl of granola and anything else would have been charged extra. Haven't encountered a hotel doing a breakfast like this before. No amenities in the bathroom. Walls are very thin so there's a lot of noise from corridors.
