•Check-in was later than 2pm but staff were good •Phone reception in the room was very patchy, sometimes I got signal but more often not. •First day there and only 1 lift was working in the skycity tower, there was a 5min wait to get up and down the lift •The rest of the stay there, there was only 2 out of 4 lifts working •Went to use the dishwasher and it stunk, almost like it needed to be cleaned and dried properly

Hotel is centrally located in the CBD. Easy to walk to shopping areas. About 25 mins drive from the airport. Good city and river view. However, there are a few things to improve: There are wears in the room in particularly the bed side table, marks on wall. Gas wasn't on for the cooktop which a Maintenace were called to resolve. No concierge or 24 hrs reception service so have to either message or go down to the reception. Parking is not designed well with lots of corners and 2 ways traffic in a tight underground carpark.
