Skytower Level 10 Relaxed 2BR with City Access C17

With our family of 4 (two young kids) the 2bedroom apartments were perfect for a few nights. The Beds were so comfy and the indoor pool on level 40 is great fun for the family. So central to everything in the city. The only confusing thing is the lifts inside the building to access your room there is over 4 different lifts in the complex. Park on b8 if you can. We will be back.

Steam room not working. Very disappointing. Takes a while to get from basement 7 to the 56th floor. Especially during peak hour for lifts.

It was missing the basics - no wall hooks for the towels in bathroom, just 1 tiny rail for 3 people to share. No long mirror, only the bathroom mirror - could have easily installed mirrored sliding wardrobe doors. Pool was freezing and not heated, no spa. Had to go down 8 floors in the carpark to take the lift up to the room. There were chips under the tv cabinet that you could see when you sat on the couch. Would not stay here again.

2x indoor pool was not heated. Roof top pool only aessvle to residents Rooms were very standard Cleanliness was good.

+ Beds were super comfy, rooms were spacious, never waited long for a lift, location was great for access to city, botanic gardens - pool is not heated! Indoor pool on the 40th floor and it isn’t heated… massive inconvenience as we had booked this to holiday and swim with our 5 and 3 year olds

The pool that was provided for guests was absolutely disgusting, the pool water was very dirty and not clear at all and had band-aids and clumps of hair floating around in it did not feel safe to swim around in and the pool vacuum had obviously not been in it for at least a week or more and was just over all very disappointing as one of the reasons we chose the Brisbane sky tower was for the pool

Fabulous views and location from well appointed high level apartment. Stayed in the ‘Uptown’ levels with great outlook over the river. Only minus- Level 66 pool should have been a highlight- but was not heated and exposed to the elements- so promptly froze!

Nice appartments. Lifts slow and congested. Very slow to get out of car park.

Checkin a little slow as only two staff on. Rooms are great, clean and quiet. Good beds and showers. Love the kitchen. Fast lifts Only issue was with parking on arrival as they have no forecourt. You have to park on the street, to check in (if you can find a park) and the basement entry is before reception. Parked way down on basement level 8, where guest parking was scarce

Outside the room on my floor, there were always smelly garbage from neighbours. I had to remind reception staff to send cleaners to collect and clear the way.

Almost perfect. The toilet paper was poor quality, the kettle had scale and mould, the shower ponds water... But the view is breathtaking! A decent stay and above par for most in the area

Spotless room. Amazing river facing view. All basic amenities including washer and dryer and kitchen.

Room smelly like off prawns. Spill in the lift area was there for 2 days

The apartment was not clean. This included the walls, the towels, bedding, unvacuumed floors, and soap scum/dirt in the shower. Tea kettle was rusty so unusable. The staff were able to offer clean towels but I had to buy and use my own cleaning supplies to make the place habitable. This was a very disappointing stay! Would not recommend!!

The reception staff were lovely. Our room was spotless. The hotel was close to shopping and entertainment venues.

Just awful. Always never cleaned properly and I have been there a few times. Mould in the showers and a musty smell

Friendly helpful staff. Great views from our room. Lounge was stained and dirty. Bathroom floor was stained, and shower cubicle door was dirty and had some rust around the hinge. Despite this we enjoyed our experience and will book again in the future.

Apartment was great. Kitchen facilities fab and the apartment was very spacious.

Nice apartment, but views only towards the wall of the neighboring building. Loud and annoying ongoing noise from running water (toilets/showers) from other apartments. Makes it hard to fall asleep.

Stunning views and great modern functional facilities. But OMG the internet was woeful. Needed to use mobile phone hotspot, it was so bad

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment met our needs and offered ample space. However, the furnishings were sparse and the couches somewhat uncomfortable, giving the apartment a rather austere feel. While the full kitchen was convenient, it was not particularly well equipped. The dryer was out of order during our stay, though maintenance responded promptly to inspect it. The absence of a full-length mirror was an inconvenience, and the parking fees were notably high.

The first room we were placed in had no working aircon. They upgraded us to a room that was 2 bed and 2 bathrooms. The issues with this room were numerous. One bathroom door had been broken and would not close. They did fix this. They was a hole, small, in the wall of the second bedroom. The walls had been damaged and repainted a different color. The walls were also stained. The views are magnificent but most of the windows were very dirty. All the staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful

The location and views can’t be beat. Perfect area for everything to see, eat and do. Though, considering the property is fairly new, the room maintenance has not been kept up or modernized. Broken handles and flooring, clogged sinks and ungraded shower that fills the bathroom with water, no USB charging ports, only one mirror in the entire two bedroom apt. which was in the bathroom and since there isn’t a fan, it was always fogging up. So not very useful. These are just a few things we noticed. Aside from that, the apartments are large and views are incredible.

Check in was a horrible mess. names wrong, configurations wrong. had to give back one of my keys because I was given too many.

There was no iron in the room. Received text threatening to charge me extra parking fees even though we had checked out around 9.30 and placed keys and parking card in drop box. Rang the number provided and the woman on end then wanted me to send an email even though explained where card is. She was too lazy to do her job. In stead wanted me to email someone else. Completely wrecked the entire experience

Unacceptable Customer Service – A Disgrace to Hospitality My experience at CLLIX Skytower was nothing short of appalling, thanks to the unprofessional and outright hostile treatment I received from a staff member named Senara. From the moment I raised a simple issue about a faulty car pass, Senara’s approach was accusatory, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. Instead of listening or investigating the issue, she immediately blamed me, insisted on charging me a $100 replacement fee (which she later denied), and raised her voice when I rightfully pushed back. When I politely requested to speak with another staff member to de-escalate the situation, she outright refused, yelling, "I won’t let you deal with my colleague whilst I am the MANAGER here!!!"—as if asserting dominance was more important than resolving a guest’s concern. Moments later, she screamed at me, "DON’T RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME!" despite the fact that she was the one escalating the matter. To make things worse, instead of diffusing the situation professionally, she brought in two security guards to stand intimidatingly close to me, as if I was some kind of threat—when in reality, I was simply a paying guest trying to resolve a problem that should never have escalated in the first place. Only when she realized that her aggressive approach wasn’t working did she backtrack, suddenly changing her tone and suggesting the charge “may not be necessary”. This was not a resolution—it wa

The location was great and the hotel offered good value for money. However, our room faced a construction site, and the noise was terrible — it continued until midnight and started again around 6 a.m. The window couldn’t be opened, so when we cooked inside, it was hard to ventilate the room. I complained to the hotel about the construction noise, but there was no response (communication is only available via WhatsApp). They only replied the next day when I asked for more towels, which felt unprofessional and frustrating. They eventually moved us to another room, but even though we were two people, we were assigned a two-room unit that actually felt smaller. The window frames were dusty, the showerhead was broken, and the TV in the new room wasn’t connected to Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi connection on our phones was also extremely slow. Overall, while the location and price were good, the poor noise control, lack of proper communication, and unreliable Wi-Fi made our stay disappointing.

Great staff at front counter who went out of their way to help. Received an upgrade which was a bonus. Rooms were a great size for our needs and it was a simple quick walk to queen st mall etc. very happy with our stay and will definitely look at booking there again when next in Brisbane

Was such a great location, right in the center city. Beautiful views of the city and river. Easily walkable to all the shopping and dining of city center.. Southbank and fortitude valley was not far either

The property is in an excellent location and only a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful South Bank neighborhood. Rooms are modern with beautiful views. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was in a great location, very central, close to river, botanic gardens, shops etc. Reception wasn't especially friendly. The apartment was ok - a decent size but a weird, pokey layout. It had everything we needed though.

We enjoyed our stay at Brisbane Skytower. The apartment was perfect for our needs. The location is great. It's easy to walk to the train station and to the ferry terminal. There are several grocery stores within an easy walk. We loved Brisbane!

Convenient to CBD, clean, friendly staff & great views. Would stay again!

Excellent location, close to everything

Great location and 'everything' you could need within 10 minute walk. Arrival and reception service excellent and quick. Easy for Uber pick ups outside on both front/back street. Stayed twice at Sky Tower on either side of a 5 day GC visit and both apartments [2 bedroom & 1 Bedroom] were modern and well presented. Definitely a regular stay option.
