- Delays in check in over two hours - No Towels in the room - No hot water in the room ensuite - No pillow covers x 4 pillows - Room phone is not working - Unhygienic bedrooms & Toilets - Power Cut twice in same day in all the hotel - Bad smell in restaurant & it's air condition not working in very hot weather - Facilities like pool/billiards broken cues and table & with added charge - No double beds available in all the hotel as advertised but only two single beds available - Hotel advertised as 4 stars but seems very unlikely - No parking was available except far from the hotel
