This is a great modern hotel right near the water. Staff was very nice, has a great breakfast in the morning. Parking is valet and paid directly to the other company. You have to pay extra to use the spa amenities. Need to verify if room can add rollaway bed - not all rooms have space. Great location, would stay here again.

The only thing is the car parking, for a van should park in the public garage about 5-10 minutes from the hotel, but still ok.

#1 I was led to believe it would be easy to drop luggage off and have someone from hotel to pick up the car - it was a nightmare finding a place to double park to drop luggage off. I circled at least 8 times and there were so many busses on both sides and others doubled parked so no room for me. Every time I tried a bus or truck would come barreling behind me with a bus next to me. I finally double parked on other side to try to get help from hotel and a bus driver was so angry because I accidentally blocked his turnout. So - I circled more. Then at other times it looked easy but I had a horrible horrible experience and first impressions can not be changed easily. #2 I hated my room looking over the bus stop - Yes, I could hear the busses too. I felt because I was a hotels.com user - I was given that room instead of one that was not on top of the busses. #3 Guests should be told you can NOT regulate heat in the room at check-in. It took me 2 visits to desk to understand that because the control in the room looked like I should be able to with the plus/minus on it. It was 26.2 C degrees in room and I thought I could turn down the control. I was told to open window - I couldn't do that because the noise from the busses and traffic was terrible. This hotel really ruined my trip to Trieste. I always try to use smaller, more boutique hotels and not large chains and this was a bad mistake.

Quando seleciono uma cidade, incluo nas observações, café da manhã e estacionamento inclusos na hospedagem, porém no momento do check-in, fomos informados que não havia estacionamento e teríamos que pagar Euro 20,00 por dia para um serviço de valet, sem responsabilidade do hotel. Ou seja, temos duas possibilidades, o aplicativo erra ou o hotel apresenta um serviço que não tem.

What a Beautiful space and playful design detail in every way. Facilities and furnishings top quality. Very friendly and helpful staff. It’s on a busy road but has good sound insulation.

Nothing short of amazing. From the minute David checked me in, the experience began. He was welcoming, patient, and memorable in his concern. Then I went up to the room. It was beautiful- the decor, the lighting, and openness. The attention to detail and the amenities, including a robe and slippers. The breakfast too exceeded expectations. Smoked salmon, prepared meats, beautiful cakes and torts, and fruit, as well as the standard yogurt, cheese, bacon and eggs, etc. The breakfast room staff brought the coffees and the refills to the table with a smile. The location of the hotel was perfect. A five or ten minute walk directly from the train station, set in the heart of the historic district. I chose this hotel because of the wonderful reviews. So glad I read them and took them to heart.

Couldn’t gee a good night’s sleep. First off, you couldn’t set your own room temperature and on too of that the turned off the AC in the middle of the night. With the thick comforter it was just too warm. Woke up every night in the middle of the night. Opened the window to let in cooler and then it was way too noisy downstairs with all the buses and people talking!!!

Very modern design. Room had a small balcony which was a very nice treat. Room was very comfortable. It was a bit of a treasure hunt but it was locatable. Hotel is well located and very easy to get around on foot.

The staff were super friendly and attentive. The receptionist spotted that it was my birthday from my passport and sent a welcome gift to the room. The hotel has a seafront location but is in very close proximity to the train station, restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay there again if I visit Trieste in the future.

This property deserves 7 stars for its staff, location & service . The hotel and rooms were lovely with a super modern design. Bathroom had everything you needed and was also a fantastic design. Breakfast was delicious , The staff were amazing & we were even given a huge breakfast box to take with us for our very early departure at 4.30am plus a delicious cappuccino . Many thanks to all the staff from us 3 Kiwi (NZ) ladies .

We had a bucket list trip to Italy and this hotel was the best place, and really made our trip memorable and terrific! We especially loved Erika, who we called because we were lost in our car’s navigation trying to find it. Erika calmed us down and said on the phone “you’re ok, you’re close, and I’m going to stay on the phone with you until you get here” and then she quickly helped us understand why the valet service was the best route, much better than trying to find a parking spot on those busy streets! She also helped us reconfigure our room, because we had reserved it wrong, and needed an extra bed. We couldn’t have been more high maintenance, and Erika (and the housekeeping staff) could not have been more kind, accommodating and friendly. Really helpful to panicky tourists just trying to squeeze every minute into a short but meaningful vacation. She really is the superstar of the place, although the room was amazing, and the breakfast buffet deserves 10 stars. Terrific place!

Tout était parfait, sauf l’écoute d’une préposée à l’accueil qui n’a pas su nous comprendre lorsque nous lui avons parlé des difficultés rencontrées lors d’une excursion et qui a pris la défense du guide et en nous jugeant intolérants. Le guide nous a fait croire que nos 2 cartes de crédit étaient piratées afin d’être payé en cash.

The staff at this hotel was amazing! Very courteous and helpful. Since we were not able to eat breakfast due to an early check out, the hotel staff was able to pack us a to-go bag at 3:00 am...it was awesome, generous, and delicious! They even gave us a bag of pasta as a parting gift. Highly recommend this hotel!

You.Me Design Place Hotel is a wonderful hotel: the lobby/reception area and our room is very pleasing with its crisp and sharp looking modern decor. It is conveniently located close to dining, shopping, sightseeing, and to the port where we embark for our cruise. Erica at the front counter was very friendly, helpful and professional. Love the breakfast. Plenty to choose from and an option for Gluten Free which was great. Would have been nice to know the Coffee was extra $ prior to ordering it, but othrewise it was great. The staff were fantastic. The checkin with Alicia was perfect - she was so welcoming and friendly and helpful. We were there the night it flooded and David (?) the gentlemen on that night was stressed but handled it very well. Would definitely recommend this hotel in Trieste.

Everything was wonderful except the pillows (very flat). Just a short 9 min walk from the train station was convenient. Staff was incredible. Front desk, breakfast and housekerping. I was impressed. The room was AWESOME. Nice big bed. Comfortable. Big TV with abilty to screen share local movies from USA). Bathroom was large and the shower was great. The complimentary breakfast was delightful. Great selection, fresh juice and freshly made cappuccino. Had an excellent stay and enjoyed the simple decor

Das Zimmer welches wir hatten, hatte relativ kleine Fenster, wir hatten die Junior Suite gebucht. Das Zimmer ist gross jedoch ist der zusatzbereich etwas nüchtern ausgestattet. Es hat ein Bettsofa welches aber über keine Rücklehne verfügte. Es gibt also nicht wirklich einen Sitzbereich.

It was a very good experience to stay in Hotel You.Me. The breakfast was tasty and good organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Anna, who help us during the flood on September 10. She supplied us with plastic bags, so we can leave the hotel surrounded by water and arrive on time to the bus station for Ljubljana trip. Thank you Anna for your great care for the customers! We recommend this hotel and will come back.

The rooms were nicely appointed. Breakfast excellent. Service excellent. They weren’t above and beyond to help. Only issue was the safes they are hard to use, but the staff was great and got it open for us! Great city, food and people.
