We were not happy to stay in Crystal Inn hotel. We have been moved for three rooms because the first room after we checked in then we went to the store after we came back the door was propped open. I asked the assistant to show me the motion when we left the hotel and the motion of whom tried to open our room and she couldn’t show. The next day morning I asked another assistant and he couldn’t show me the motion who opened my room either! They don’t provide microwave, no refrigerator, no free breakfast. The room floor was so dirty, not clean. I recommended not to use or rent this hotel anymore thanks

It was a nice stay. Safe area. Helpful people. Nobody was rude. Truly, a grade-A motel. Shower was really cool, everything was clean and had a fridge, stove to cook stuff (even though I didn’t use it, still a nice necessity if I ever need it.) I would go again if given the opportunity.

I didn’t realize it was more of a transient motel. There were no hangers, there was no place to put your toiletries when you showered. The blanket was thin, so I was not comfortable. I checked out after one day

I really like the hotel. Clean and quiet other than the train once n a while. Only complaint I have is nothing in the hotel room but towels and soap. No iron boards, kitchen isn’t useable with utilities or pots/pans. It’s just a room but it’s nice. And shower is epic.

We really loved the property upon entering. Nicely tucked away and very clean outside and inside. Felt safe with the lighted parking area. Check in was very easy and friendly staff. The rooms upon entering was clean, cool and big. Nice clean beds. Clean kitchenette and very clean bathroom. The TV was huge and refrigerator was big and clean as well. We really loved the place and definitely worth every penny spent. Originally reserved the room for 1 night but ended up staying the rest of our trip here due to the great price and overall nice place. 👍

A great motel in terms of price, rooms and cleanliness. It’s very modern with some nice features in the rooms and good amenities. There is one major downside however - a train track goes right past the front of the motel and the trains were blasting their horns late at night and early in the morning with such volume that it would wake up even the heaviest sleeper. Nothing the motel can do about this which is unfortunate.

tv in room did not work, i called the desk to complain, she came to "fix it" but the pop up screen came up every five mins to where you had to turn the tv off and back on. it was SOOOOOO NOISY as well. Instead of spacing out the guests they put them all together, granted there was only 4 guest and i can hear every noise from the tv's to banging to running upstairs. I ended up leaving at midnight and slept in my truck at my job. never again would i stay there. also there were nats flying around the room and crusted food stain on the tv.

The me and my mom stay here often. The owners are great. The rooms are clean and so modern looking especially the walk in shower. We love it… the only down side is the weekend price but it’s well worth it.

I asked the assistant to show me the motion when we left the hotel and the motion of whom tried to open our room and she couldn’t show. The next day morning I asked another assistant and he couldn’t show me the motion who opened my room either! They don’t provide microwave, no refrigerator, no free breakfast. The room floor was so dirty, not clean. I recommended not to use or rent this hotel anymore thanks

We were not happy to stay in Crystal Inn hotel. We have been moved for three rooms because the first room after we checked in then we went to the store after we came back the door was propped open. I asked the assistant to show me the motion when we left the hotel and the motion of whom tried to open our room and she couldn’t show. Not sure why there are so many good reviews for this place. Once we arrived, it was obvious cheap renovations had been done to mask the reality that in spite of the renovations, this place has a lot of problems. 1. Area is not ideal; on our second night there we started hearing banging so loud it shook our walls. We peeked out our door and realized it was some dude next door who was fighting with his girlfriend and she had locked him out. He was screaming and banging on the door so hard I'm surprised it was still standing after all was said and done. Police were called and for much of the night, the parking lot was filled with circling red and blue lights as they tried handling the situation. 2. This motel is literally across the street from railroad tracks, and trains come screaming by regularly, including in the middle of the damn night and they blast their train horns repeatedly, every single time. It's not fun to be aggressively awoken at 2am every night by a shrieking train horn that continues for 3 or 4 minutes. 3. The beds were not comfortable and the mattresses sit on these terrible metal bed frames that sound like actual thunder if you sit down on the bed too hard or at just the right angle. 4. The cable box was literally hanging down from the back of the tv and the remote would only work if we stood right in front of it. 5. There were no hooks for towels, just screws protruding from walls. 6. Dead cockroaches found on floor near the beds. 7. Staff was nice though.
