Chambre très spacieuse et bien équipée (TV moderne, cuisine, machine à laver). Check-in et check-out automatique facile. Wifi partout dans l'immeuble. Salle de sport plutôt bien pour un hôtel.

Had 3 erroneous charges for incidentals that remained on my account for 3-5 business days and the front desk basically told me tough luck. For anyone on a budget steer clear of here and plan your stay elsewhere as they will do absolutely nothing to right their wrongs.

These has been so far the worst stay on that hotel. The check-in was an accurate no many help from the staff to check in, we got into the room, everything was pretty dirty. Nasty disgusting. There were no towels except one hand towel , they took forever to bring more towels, it was so much chaotic situation trying to get a hold of somebody. Nobody can talk on the phone, you only have to text and figure out things by yourself, no phone in the room to call anyone, pretty much a nightmare that failed that I was on a twilight zone Hotel. For being on Scottsdale, I would have think of something a little better than what it was, too much noise, kids, jumping up on my roof on the next floor up The cleaning is on the place was the worst for the price of the room, I don’t not recommend at all display to anybody Nobody deserves to go through what I went through there I have staying so many different hotels in my life, so far this is one of the worst Do not stay there if you really don’t want to struggle with no proper customer service, and dirtiness all over the place, the couch was pretty stained, dirty everywhere, full of cobwebs. Great property with excellent facilities and location. Wonderful staff. Parking is a bit expensive.
