O hotel no geral é muito bom com uma região ótima! No geral eu daria uma nota 8 fácil, porém chegamos no apartamento e o estabelecimento tem um livro enorme de regras que devemos obedecer, porém apesar do apartamento ser limpo e muito bem equipado, algumas coisas foram ruins por exemplo: A lareira não funcionava! A máquina de lavar louça não funcionou pois não lavou a louça corretamente! Achamos embaixo do travesseiro uma larva viva e mosquito! Achamos também na janela um mosquito morto! Achamos uma aranha na cozinha também! Pode parecer muito, mas pelas exigências que eles pedem da gente como aprender a mexer no ar, televisão, barulho, janelas, louça, lixo e etc, acredito que deveriam ser excelentes se não perfeitos em toda experiência pro cliente! Eles não podem pedir pros hóspedes uma exigência tão grande e não oferecer algo 100%!

Great amenities and location, but check-in delays and no AC Rating: 3/5 Stars We stayed here for one night over the 4th of July weekend . Ahead of time, the front desk lady was very helpful regarding local fire updates and wisely suggested the $20 insurance just in case. She also assured us we could check in early or at least use the excellent facilities (pool, sauna, hot tub) and free parking while we waited. We arrived at 9:00 AM, got our garage code, and went to enjoy Vail Village. Check-in wasn’t until 4:00 PM, but we were told it would likely be ready much sooner. By 2:00 PM, tired from the parade and the heat, we called for an update but were told to keep waiting for a text. We returned to the property at 3:00 PM and finally got into our room just before 4:00 PM. The delay felt unreasonable once we saw the room and the checkout policy. The condo wasn't spotless—we had to wipe down crumbs on the table. Crucially, guests are given a whole book of chores, including throwing out your own trash and cleaning the condo to the standard it was received, all before a strict 10:00 AM checkout. If guests are doing the heavy cleaning, why did check-in take until 4:00 PM? Lastly, there is no air conditioning in this unit, only heat. On a hot July weekend, the room was stifling. Management absolutely needs to disclose this to summer travelers. The amenities and parking were great, but the late check-in, early checkout, chore list, and lack of AC made it overpriced

Very nice apartment. Spacious and clean. Nicely decorated. Good location. Great price. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Kitchen well equipped. Good layout, very nice balcony and large modern windows. Very enjoyable.

Everything was beautiful the view was Amazing. The only problem I had was no dishwasher soap none of the cleaning supplies that was on list was not in room as far as dish rags extra trash bag for kitchen
