Ocean Terrace Modern Villa Steps to Sea

Unit was very clean and even smelled clean when we walked in. Very impressed with the location. Short walk to the beach. Beds and furniture were very nice and taken care of. Only downside was there was no Keurig in the unit. I really recommend getting a Keurig to make it easier on guests to make a single cup of coffee.

We loved our stay !

We stayed at Ocean Terrace D4 and the pictures were exactly like photos. Very clean and the shower in the front bedroom was amazing! When we got there the elevator was not working but I called immediately and they had it fixed the next morning…great job! BUT the one thing which we were not liking at all was their TV service. Call us old but we just wanted the. Stations ABC CBS and NBC. It is a streaming set up and we are old fashioned we would have paid for better cable service while we were here.

We’ve been here for the month of February and had a wonderful time. We love the deck and the wonderful view of the ocean. It’s a keeper. It would be nice to have blackout curtains on all of the bedroom windows. The internet kept going out all of the time on the living room TV. There aren’t any dressers or nightstands with drawers in the master bedroom to put your clothes in. Also the kitchen is a little lacking in supplies to cook with. Pots and pans and kitchen knives were great. We had a great time and would rent your home again. It is close to a lot of places and we like we could walk to the grocery store. I would consider renting again!
